Been shopping with this store for a while and bought our pet from here. Been a loyal customer and today I went in trying to turn a product (cat harness) that was brand new and still on original packaging. Bought the kitten version compared to the adult and did not realize until it was time to us it when moving my cat. I went in asking to exchange the product for the EXACT same just adult and they wouldn’t do it because I was outside the 60 day time period. I understand following policy but I asked to just be given store credit for whatever they would give since they have done that before and the manager stated “Well, I follow the policy so that isn’t going to happen here. You can try that at another store but not here.” Very disappointed in the way the store has gone down hill.

The manager refused to let my dog be groomed when I let them know my dog has a collapsed trachea. Of course, this is common with small dogs and there is nothing that can be done other to let them know if they start coughing.She wanted me to re-schedule when my vet office was open, as if that would make a difference if there was an issue.The manager made a poor decision without talking to me first or having a clue about what the dogs issue were.That’s Ok I’ll just spend my money elsewhere and not have to deal with idiots.

Fish department is horrible with customer service. Was trying to buy 10 gold skirts, 10 black skirts, and more! Was overlooked and the woman helped 3 other people who got there AFTER me. Didn’t even acknowledge me standing there waiting for her, continued to help the people just arriving instead of the person patiently waiting. I also buy all my bloodworms/food and chemicals from here. Might have to consider sticking to my local REAL fish store who actually take pride in helping customers, petsmart is far from a real fish store.

PetSmart has been my go-to for my cats' needs for many years. Always has what I need, both in food (canned, dry), treats, and toys. Prices are always pretty good. And I always give to their charity.

I had the worst experience here with grooming. I have a Yorkie and they said that he became vicious. He fur was a little matted but if you knew how to groom a dog you would know how to do it without stressing a dog out. They said they had to stop half way in the middle of the grooming process. But here's pictures of how my dog was given back to me.

This review is for the grooming department. I have brought my doodle dog here for almost 2 years and we went to the same person every single time and my sweet boy came out looking amazing every time but unfortunately he has to leave bc he was moving. Okay that’s fine. I wanted to still bring my baby here bc he was used to the environment and I had hoped that the other groomers were as well trained as him but I do not think that is the case. Most recently I took my dog to see Zaria and he was given back to me looking all kinds of crazy. She did not trim him muzzle at all and did not clean his ears. I did ask for them to leave his ears longer but I certainly didn’t mean to ignore his ears entirely. My doodle is very prone to ear infections and if you let his ears get wet and then don’t clean them he will most definitely develop an infection. I’ve seen it happen over and over again, and he is about to have surgery on his eye and so I definitely cannot handle him having another infection. I’d like to think that if I’m paying 130 dollars for him to be fully groomed that the service would be completed and petsmart sure ain’t paying the vet bill for his ear infection. I’ve had a really hard time finding a groomer since his last one left but I guess I won’t be bringing him back here again and it’s a shame bc I have two dogs that I bring here and neither one will be back. I’m sick of every time I bring him in he comes out with his ears not being clean or his breath still smelling bad or his nails not trimmed. Even though I always pay for any extras such as those. We need better groomers for curly babies

My 1st time taking my dog to get groomed because he was newly acquired after my best friend passed away. He is a toy poodle & this is how they returned him to me. I paid an extra $20 for his “hair matting”…hair texture is a bit different but there is no way that it required all of this. I don’t typically leave reviews but this truly upset me. I paid a total of $167 for both of my dogs to be groomed, meaning this one alone was $84. This looks cruel to me. I trusted them to do their job correctly while explaining that I was not familiar with the hairstyle needed for this kind of dog, I expected them to have a better idea. This is what you came up with?! I will never go to another PetSmart again.

My dogs love coming here. Just mention the word "Petsmart" and my babies go insane. Never have had a problem with the groomers and the staff are always happy to help. Thank you for making my baby look cute again. Because of covid, she's had to live with a bad mommy hair cut for months.I can always find science diet on the shelves.

While waiting for my dog at banfield directly next to the grooming area, i saw a small black dog screaming in pain while the women groomer pulled his arm and was very clearing hurting the dog. I informed management and he went in to speak to her i’m assuming. Doubt the owner or the dog will be notified. Poor dogs arms are probably in a lot of pain, dog was less than 15 pounds.

Great pet store. Very clean and well-stocked. They have a wide variety of fish and pets. They have both a vet and grooming service inside the store.It's obvious they screen for employees who love pets.

The woman who did my dogs nails was awesome! I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses. She was so kind and gentle with my baby. And the woman at the register was so friendly and helpful. This is by far one of my favorite Petsmart’s.Only giving 4 stars because they never have XXS sweaters or harnesses. I know of another Petsmart that always has XXS stuff, so idk why I can never find it here. But aside from that the merchandise is great. The store is always tidy and the employees are always super helpful and nice.(I had to get my dog a guinea pig dress because none of the sweaters were small enough and I needed something to keep her warm for the time being. It’s not what I wanted but it will work for now I guess haha)

A couple months ago, I was ordering pet supplies online from PetSmart. All the stores close to my house had only one box of litter or were completely out of stock. The Kennesaw PetSmart had plenty in stock. Even though this location is no where near my house, it is on the way to a friend's house. I was so impressed with my first experience, I ordered from this location again. I drove up from Midtown Atlanta Monday, and again was not disappointed. The team is exceptionally nice and friendly. They go the extra mile. I will definitely keep shopping this location.

Savannah has the worst attitude and doesn’t need to be grooming animals!!! I was 2 minutes late from the grace period and she refused to groom my puppy after I traveled a long way to get there… I have brought my puppy a couple of times to get groomed and never have I ever received this kind of treatment… I will NEVER book with her again but if you looking for a good nice and friendly groomer Dakota was excellent
