On the first day that I brought my pup everyone I met was so nice and were super helpful. This was my first time experiencing doggy daycare and they gave me the assurance that Marshall would be taken care of. They also answered all the questions I had, and the prices are very fair. Now when I take Marshall he gets so excited when I tell him he’s going to daycare. At first he was timid to go in because it was a new space but now he runs in there and knows exactly where to go. He’ll be excited to go in and see everyone. He feels loved and I’m happy that he is given the best care.

My pup, Justice, loves this place! As a Double Merle who is deaf / partially blind, we wanted him to have more socialization in a safe environment. I love having him come home freshly bathed and tuckered out! (And bathing a sensory reactive dog is hard at his big size.) Thanks for taking excellent care of our fur baby! He loves Pet Play Place!

My dog Rex is new to Pet Play Place, but this is already his most favorite place in the world! He’s super excited when we pull up every time. He is well taken care of, the staff are very observant, friendly and professional, and they treat my baby as if he was their own. There is a lot of love, fun, care and activities here. They pay attention to the needs of the pets and they keep the place well maintained. Plus, they keep me informed about Rex and are always willing to answer my questions :)! It took us a while to find a home away from home, but we are blessed to have found this place. I highly recommend it!

We LOVE Pet Play Place! Our Buddy is always excited to hop out of the car when we get there, and the staff always seems delighted to see him. We love that he can socialize with other dogs as well as enjoy the attention he craves from the wonderful people who work there. It's a perfect home away from home for our sweet boy and we always feel he is well taken care of when he is there for extended stays. Oh, and did I say we LOVE Pet Play Place!!

LOVE PPP! We've been taking our girl here for a year now and she loves it. We have boarded multiple times and average about 1x/week for daycare. Staff is super friendly, prices are great. Violet's tail always goes crazy when we pull up!

We brought our puppy here for an evaluation to board him after a recommendation from a friend. Our puppy hasnt been around other dogs before, so he may have been a bit overwhelmed without us in an environment surrounded by lots of dogs. We were able to sit with him and the staff for a few minutes for him to get comfortable with them before he went back to the kennels. Their process is they introduce him to other dogs individually and it worked out really well for our puppy. He was able to get more confident and was comfortable around other dogs by the end of evaluation day.We took him to another kennel for a similar process a couple of days before and the experience was night and day. As soon as we walked through the door, the owner was literally dragging him back to the kennel. They had webcams so I was able to watch them as they kept him locked in the kennel and let all the other dogs out to run around. As soon as the owner put him in the kennels she was back out in the lobby telling me about early calls if he fails their process. It seemed like our puppy was predetermined to fail their evaluation as soon as we walked in versus the compassionate and individualized process the staff has at Pet Play Place.We are grateful for the staff here and the warm approach they take for pets that may not be as comfortable being boarded for the first time. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone that asks us about boarding their pets in the future.

Using this place over 10 years and for two different dogs. Our new pup was boarded for a few days and has now the second time contracted the kennel cough. Last time after we had her boarded there she needed two vet visits, quarantine and two different rounds of antibiotics and other meds - here we go again. Counting the vet costs, the hassle and the pup being sick needlessly this place is off my list.

Due to a space issue we had to board my grandmother's cat for close to two months while she was in the hospital and rehabilitation centers and the Kennesaw Pet Play Place is fantastic. The people are lovely and they all really seem to love the animals. They listened to and respected the restrictions and concerns we had with Patches. She has bad teeth so she gets picky about food. They made sure she had her flea medication on time and even gave her her motion sickness medicine two hours before our scheduled pickup. Which I am super grateful for since she gets carsick with a 10 minute drive up the road to the vet. I am planning on using them to board my two cats any time we go out of town in the future.To find them you have to go to the back of the warehouses on the right. I missed the turn the first time because GPS isn't very clear. It may have been updated but it is something to note just in case.

We have never boarded any of our pups, we had to board for Christmas. We have a Sheppard mix, a black lab, a 5 month old mastiff who is 80 lbs, we went to another facility before this one for a temperament test and they said my dogs were to timid they couldn't board them. With it being 2 wks before Christmas most places were filled. I'm glad that was the case bc that led us here. All 3 of my dogs passed their test with flying colors. My dogs after being boarded here a wk every time they see the leash are so excited bc they think they are going back. We will continue using this facility and we highly recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. my dog stayed here for a couple of days and died a WEEK after picking him up. he was perfectly healthy before taking him. not a coincidence after seeing a lot of other people providing evidence of their dogs coming back skinnier or ill.

The staff was amazing! My dogs love it when we park, they know they are going to have a great time and get very excited. The report cards when they are boarded are a great way to know they are having a great time and taken care of. So glad we saw the van parked in McCollum Rd.

There is one amazing feature about this company: the staff! Each Associate is so genuinely invested in each dog, they really care for our fur baby when his is in their care. I don't worry about him being overlooked during his stays with Pet Play Place! Every visit is consistent, great care, happy pup and looking forward to the next play-date.

Mark is the dog whisperer!!! He is a miracle worker! Also, Kristy is so sweet and kind. My dog stayed 2 weeks and was boarded and trained. We had been through training before, with another local company, but it didn't stick and the commands were not intuitive and natural for us. I'm so pleased with her progress in such little time. I am enjoying her so much more.
