Finn loves this place so much. He's been going for a year now. I knew when he was a baby I was going to have to get him socialized because his separation anxiety from me was brutal. When we pull up, he starts going crazy because he's so excited and could care less that I'm dropping him off. We are moving out of the area and I'm devastated that we have to say goodbye to this place. The staff is unmatched and treats my boy like their own. They're even throwing him a going away party. I just cannot say enough great things about Happy Campers and we're going to miss them terribly.

My pup, Eliza, loves Happy Campers! She knows when we’re getting close and starts getting so hype in the car from about a mile out. The owners are SO kind and they take great care of the animals. They are communicative and professional. Most of all, they are loving.

We have had a wonderful experience with them and recommend them highly. The owners truly care about the pets left in their care. Our elderly dog was worse off than we realized when we went overseas for two weeks. We learned on our return the owners came over at 10:00 p.m to give her care. They live across the street so they can keep close tabs on the business.

First time having to board a 13 yr old and 9 yr old dog and I felt so at peace leaving them in Happy Campers care for the weekend. I think I was more concerned for staff having to care for the spoiled babies! They are knowledgeable about dog breeds and their personalities! Our dogs always have happy tails and big smiles when they see we are going to Kottage Kennels. The easiest part of our travel planning is making our reservations for Kottage Kennels because we know our dogs will be so well cared for.

For many years Kottage Kennels has provided us with peace of mind knowing that Maggie is well cared for. Everyone knows her by name and they are always happy to see her. We have used the boarding and grooming and both are excellent. They are caring and professional and have always treated our Maggie with kindness and affection. Can't say enough good things about this place! My dogs came home happy as can be, well cared for, and clean. I am so happy to have found a place to board my dogs so that I can go out of town without worrying about them. Had a great experience with the owner; she is very kind and extremely careful with the health of all dogs in her care. Highly recommend!

Great place today was the first time I have been inside my girlfriend has used them before. The ladies there are beyond nice. Great service and know the dogs by their nicknames. Spidey and Fuzzy!!! The Grooming is always spot on. Our dogs always seem to ride better than the ride there and are always so happy when we pick them up unlike a place we have used before where they were shaking and scared. Great Job!!!!

Tine and her staff are absolutely the ONLY ones we will leave our puppies with! If they can't stay at Kottage Kennels, we don't go! Tine is not only the best with the dogs, she has great advice for caring for them as well. I can't speak more highly of Kottage Kennels. I will NOT take my dogs anywhere else! We had previously heard good things about this facility so we decided to try it out and leave our baby there over a long weekend. When we were dropping the baby off we told the owner we were coming back from out of town Sunday and would be passing right by the Kennels so we may come early, she said if you come earlier than your assigned pick up time you may have to wait because there are alot of pickups. When we came back we did get to the facility early so we knew we may have to wait. We even called her an hour and a half prior to getting there to notify her we we were coming early and left a message. The person who answered the door advised us they were closed but would get the owner. Well when the owner came out she gave a clinic on how to handle a situation as rudely and unprofessionally as possible. We told her we knew we were early but just wanted to try to see if we could get our baby. She said she was closed (which was interesting considering we were talking to her) and that we could not pick up our dog unless we paid an additional $50 due to the inconvenience of our arrival time. We told her we lived close to warner robins so that is why we stopped but she said that we would have to pay the $50 to get our dog right now or we could go home and come back at our assigned pick up time. We understood that we were early and that the pick up may be an issue and did not have a problem with that. The problem was how angry, unprofessional and rude the owner was when talking to us. It was completely uncalled for and undeserved as we were being very pleasant. In addition to this we could hear our dog behind the fence (outside unattended in 90 degree heat) and the inconvenience she was referring to would have been her moving an entire 10-15 feet to get our dog and hand her to us, but apparently that was too much to ask and carried a $50 "convenience" fee. I will never bring my dog back to this facility and will advise anyone I come into contact with to make alternate arrangements. The owners completely unprovoked aggressive demeanor makes me concerned for the safety of my baby while in their care. If you like unprofessional and aggressive interactions with the people you are paying to care for your prized possessions then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away.

I take my dog there to be groomed. They do a great job at a reasonable price. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and cares about your pet. If I needed to board my dog this would be the best place to leave him. On another note, they chose my dog to be Mr. February on there calendar this year.

I have to say. The dog was very happy but I am not..We called and ask for 5 nights but when we brought her I informed them that I only wanted 3 nights because of changes in our schedule . When I pick her up the lady held the dog hostage and made me pay for the other nights. She said we needed to give them a weeks notice. Hell. How can You do that when you only called the day before. Also promise for the second time to bathe her and it never happened. I told her that If you charge me for something I didn’t use and I clearly made it clear when I brought her that we would not be back. She just said. Well I’m sorry. Bad or ignorant as far as business practices go. We wll not be back even though our pet was very happy. So sad they decided to rip us off. So beware..😒 Ronald H Smith

Good place for boarding. Dogs have access to outside, and ample room inside. Our dog acts happy when we arrive here for grooming or boarding.
