This was the worst customer experience. I was humiliated by manager Robin J in front of all the guest in line because of a simple price check. On Feburary 22, 2024 at 6:25pm, I went in to purchase water. I went with smart water because it was advertised on sale for 2 for $5 inside the store on 2 END CAP locations. When the cashier rung up my items, it came up to 2 for $6. I simply asked Robin J to honor the sale of 2 for $5 that was advertised her 2 END CAPS , she got upset and had an agressive attuudte towards me. She said in front of all the customers I was being GREEDY and would she would only honor the sale on some of my smart waters and not all. I even walked Robin J and another employee to the the end cap that had the adverisement 2 for $5, and it didn't matter to her. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. As a former manager of Walgreens, it is the store's responsibility to update signs periodically and when necessary to avoid FALSE ADVERTISMENT. This employee needs to seriously be trained repeatedly on professionalism, being respectful and honoring her store's advertisements. This is the best way to lose a good customer! I will never patronize this Walgreens AT Tara Blvd. again! On February 23, 2024, I called back to Walgreens to speak to the Store Manager about my concern and I was told by Brittany to call back in a week because Store Manager Janice was on vacation. The lack and absence of accountability at this store is very disappointing!

Omg š³ what is really going on at this location, numerous 1 star āļø reviews with no response to customerās concerns. This location needs to close their doors permanently because the staff doesnāt answer the phones, they do not care and they keep telling you the doctor didnāt fax over the prescription when in fact they did. Please do better, is there a supervisor that manages these lazy staff? The worst location ever. Smh š¤¦āāļø

Itās always something with this location and they are always short staffed ā¦Upset when I drove all the way to the pharmacy to find out that they are closed Sundays ! š My only day off to pick up my medication on time and now they are closed Sundays ā¦

This new staff with the pharmacy is nothing but terrible and extremely rude and insensitive I will be going to another Walgreens Iāve heard the one in Fayetteville was nice.

I no longer bother through the pharmacy. Walgreen Corporation obviously doesn't care evidently from all the number of complaints from these nasty, ignorant medical and customer care dis-employees. I'll move back to CVS until I can move to a community that hires people who actually WANT to work & CARE about customers who are paying. As soon as Walgreen cares that they're losing real $$$, they'll start to appreciate us consumers.

I came here to purchase an item I saw on there website for 1.99. I get there shortly after they open and located the item for 2.49. I had price on my phone to request a price match and the cashier acted dumb founded like she didn't know what that meant. So I requested the manager to approve the transaction as this was the same item. The item online was not on sale either, just a .50 cent difference. The manager comes over and looks at my phone and tells me I need to go purchase online using their online coupon code in order to get .50 cents off and she briskly walks away. Annoyed at this point I purchased the item letting the cashier know she was wrong and she had no idea what she was talking about. Why would you tell me to go online to buy a minimum of $30 just to get 15% off. I'm already in the store trying to get one item. I call corporate and was told they do indeed have a store match policy as long as the item is not on sale at Walgreens! I already knew this I just needed clarification and I reported the store for not following protocol. Apparently the manager does not know her store policies and procedures. Later that day I returned the item and had the policy on their website ready to show on my phone where it states the same thing corporate told me. Its sad how they try to get over customers. All this over .50, I refuse to let these stores feel like they have one up on me. You wouldn't be in business if its not for us, especially in your neighborhood.The next day I went to Walgreens on hwy 85 and had no issue getting the same item for 1.99, I even got two.

All of these new people that are working at my neighborhood Walgreens need to be fired already!! Last night the lady couldn't even double bag my items because she was rushing to get over to her roommate and their friends to laugh and talk and the other lady that was working with her! Now this morning a young girl with long hair with no name tag on stands behind the counter with her hand on her hip rolling her eyes at me as I'm getting my items, and when I said Thank you to her which she didn't deserve it she didn't say anything, but rolled her eyes again. Please fire these new people; Customer service in Atlanta is going down the drain.

Same S.H.I.T. different year. Walgreens has wasted enough of my time, money, and energy. This black short hair lady needs to learn to listen. All she had to do was look in the bin by last name, and she would have seen my meds. Just looking on the computer isn't enough. Even after I explained to you, they parical fill my meds, and they already called me that's its ready. Then come to the window with your half a%$ apology. Finally, I got the pharmacy change. No more Walgreens for anything.There is always some type of problem at this location. After this I will be going somewhere else. They always have an attitude problem, tell you the doctor didn't send the prescription, and it's always someone else fault never them. Went to pick up my prescription on 02/18/20 at noon (which was sent over at 9:30am) enough time for them to fill it. They said they hadn't received it. Went back at 4 pm same day same thing. Call my doctor office and they resent it to them and still nothing. Why does Walgreen Pharmacy want to play around with people's medication? I don't know. Like I said, I will take my business elsewhere.

It's so sad when you are mistreated at a pharmacy. This is a medical environment where people coming are going through things and to always be treated like you are a bother and irrelevant is sad. As the other customer stated I will be going elsewhere as I've been meaning to do for sometime now. Truly a hot mess always.

Pharmacy.....They have me on hold over an hour everytime. Then when I go up there its always a problem. I had to put my clothes on to go back up there because they figured they over charged me after I had a long day at work and in fact they did. I appreciate their honesty but I asked before leaving. But when I get there this last time after being on hold, I asked the young lady whats the problem and she said she has to run the drive thru and inside by herself. She apologized but I'm moving to another pharmacy. Its not her fault.

I pulled into the drive thru for service. Liliana was at the window fulfilling another prescription, I suppose. She didn't even acknowledge my presence or provide any type of professional customer service. I sat there ten minutes before I decided to call inside the store to see if the patrons inside took precedence over those of us on the drive thru line. Vincent, the pharmacy manager answered and apologized. He came to the window and I was there another ten minutes before receiving my mother's prescription.

I never typically have problems here but recently I had a family member put in a call there to see if they could get their medicine from this location since I get mine from here also. The lady on the phone left us on hold for incredulous amounts of time and had the worst attitude. Fortunately for her I did not get her name, but she had a very degrading tone for no reason. We weren't rude or disrespectful to her. I get that retail sucks, but the customers didn't put you there.

Rude pharmacy staff, slow to fill prescription, and then come to find out they can only do a "partial fill" because they have 11 of the 20 pills in stock. This was a commonly prescribed antibiotic and they were about to be out of it on a Friday morning during winter sickness season and tell me Oh well, try coming back Monday, maybe there will be more, maybe not? Ridiculous. If they had been honest and told me that up front, I could and would have gone somewhere else.

What customer service? It took me over an hour in the lobby to get my medicine with a line. Drive thru is worse. Ashley was nice but other workers donāt speak or donāt want to help. No sense of urgency at all. Horrible maybe one of the worst ones Iāve been too

Management is horrible! The only time I like going to get my family's medicine is if the Indian guy is there. He is very helpful. I hate going when the pharmacy manager / pharmacist is there with his African senior pharmacy technician. She seems to always be in a bad mood. And the wait is horrible!

I was treated very nicely and respectfully over the phone by pharmacist when searching for a pain medication others pharmacy didn't want to give me information about if Instock for a post - surgery pain meds. Kudos to them that know how to differentiate between legimate call from a customer and not force the patient to drive all around town to find out personally that if they do have to order it.

Was told that my prescription would be ready at 10AM which would have been fine because I needed them by 11. Was supposed to take 4 antibiotics before having my tooth pulled at 12 because of a heart murmur. I didn't get my meds until 11:10. Just hope it is still time enough for them to get into my system.When I tried to find out what was taking so long, I was completely ignored. This is not acceptable and I have no problem going to CVS for the rest of my meds.

Robin J, Robin J, Robin J...5 stars!!!I came from the Walgreens on Hwy 85 and encountered horrible service so I wasn't expecting much especially with it being Christmas Day!!! Well, I was very wrong. Robin J was working the photo section, amongst other things, and her attitude and willingness to help went above and beyond! She saved Christmas!!! Thank you Robin!!!

The pharmacy staff is very nice but they need more help because the wait is just too long.. Kelena I think that's her name (i glanced at her badge) she works in the pharmacy but she was soooo nice.. it was after 6pm and it looks like she was working the front by herself. I think around 3pm until about 8pm they need to have at least two people working the front one person working the drive thru and one with the in store register.. I stay in Jonesboro but I travel to Fayetteville because I have better service.. I think I'm going to maybe try cvs up the street...

I wish you could rate them a -0. This pharmacy staff is the worst. They must got there degrees from a Community college. Go here if you want bad attitude, getto, and rude customer service. They will give you the wrong prescription for your kids and your self and act like it's you fault. They take forever to call over and get prescription. They don't answer the phones. THE WORST PHARMACY DEPARTMENT EVER.
