I’ve brought my dog here about 3x, I’m always satisfied with the work they do, love the little bandanna they give her (being as she’s short haired and can’t get cute bows and stuff lol), the prices for her were great with all that comes with it. I recently brought my cat in as well for a trim unfortunately they only provide very low cuts for cats (keep that in mind) and it’s a bit pricey but she needed it due to her excessive shedding during the summer months and it looks great, she also got a cute little bandanna! They do a good job with the grooming, my pets smelled nice, overall I was satisfied!My only con is how long it takes; which I’m sure is because they’re dealing with a lot of pets at once since they don’t really do appointments, so it’s understandable— but each time it’s taken 3+ hrs and I have to call them to make sure everything is okay (worrisome pet mom), I don’t live nearby anymore so I have to find things to do in the area to pass time and sometimes it takes the whole day 😩

I love this place. The ladies are so friendly and my dog Diamond always looks good after her grooming and boarding. I bought another dog and while he (Benji) is more rambunctious, he too leaves smelling and looking good. The prices are good and my baby enjoy the interaction with the other pets.

Took my border collie for a shampoo and trim. They did an excellent job, trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. And cheaper than PetSmart!.Review Update ***This company has turned into a money hungry company that charges more than PetSmart and provides a lessor service. My dog is limping due to the under belly cuts. I ate all for a sanitary trim. There should have been no shaving. SMH I will not return. If you live your pets go else where.

I boarded my dog here friday march 29th picked him up April 2nd and he was first looked like he was wobbling down the stairs, his ball was blood shot RED he’s pacing really really bad. His food was still filled to the top like they haven’t even fed him at all! He’s vomitting and bloody diarrhea and all the OWNER said was it’s a possibility that he was giving someone else food or he’s probably stressed because the new environment! And also suggested medicated powder for his private area This is so unacceptable DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!! I’m calling the news on this business NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVER!!

This was my first time using The Yuppie Puppy I came in by myself and asked questions about boarding and pricing. The services seemed to go for the most part well. The issues I experienced were the facility's hours of operation, even though I was back by Saturday night I couldn't get my dog until Monday, also my dog returned home with a distinct throat clearing sound. It seems painful and in conversation with people it have mentioned it may be "kennel cough"... the staff never told me he had any issues they only said he was such a good dog.

My dog was matted up while I was in Europe for two weeks and they shaved him up and had him looking pretty - I don’t like my baby shaved down but it had to happen and I respect that- they did what they had to do and had him looking neat and good! I’ll be back! She even knew I was concerned and was like we don’t have to do this every time and told me a timeline when to be back- they took him with a moments notice and everywhere else was too busy to take him- will be back for sure

Our first time here was on Thursday 3/16 as we have just relocated from Fulton County and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The Receptionist I didn’t catch her name but she did greet us right away to assist. Our previous groomer made notes of how my dogs were groomed so I had a chance to show it to them and she went to speak with someone about it. A gentleman came out from the back and kindly explained they don’t use guards. Instantly I was nervous but new I had to trust the professionals would do a great job. So after they had a chance to look over both of my poodles I was advised there was some matting and the blade# possibly would have to be shorter to the skin. I appreciated they took the time to tell me honestly what to expect BEFORE starting but also wanted to know my preferences. One of my dogs gets a shaved face, the other doesn’t and I like lamb cuts. A lot of groomers have not listened to me in the past so that alone is why we will definitely be back. The cuts were better than we expected honestly and GREAT poodle groomers are so hard to find. We lucked up!

I decided to take my dog to them for two reasons. The first, I saw their mobile van in our neighborhood in Locust Grove. I also read a few of the reviews. The problem comes in when they asked me to come back and put the muzzle on my dog. He has never been muzzled before. I had no idea how they worked, because I've never used one. I was told, "It works like a seatbelt, you have used one of those before, haven't you?" My response was, "Excuse Me!!! you are being slick and I don't appreciate it." I should have known better at that point and took my dog and left. When I picked him up. I was NOT impressed. His face wasn't straight. The cut on his face is horrible. To there credit a young man came out and tried to fix it. My dog was over it at that point and was ready to go. I told the lady at the front desk, I won't come back. Mainly because of the groomers comment. Customer service is EVERYTHING! as well as the energy of the person giving you service. An apology was never given.; only yes..ma'mam.I'll pass on yuppie puppy next time.

They take the best care of my fur baby. I absolutely adore this place & staff. I feel she’s in good hands as she’s drop their for grooming and my husband and I are at work. She’s so happy when we pick her up and the confidence she exudes when we pick her up to leave as she waltz away reassures us she’s been well respected and cared for. They used to be friendly but now they aren’t . The ladies who are at the front desk are so nonchalant it’s ridiculous. i’m trying to find another spot since i just moved near . they charge too much for my 3lb puppy anyways . I don’t mind paying the price if it was good service . Seems like they don’t want to be bothered . The other staff in the back is nice . I think they should replace or train the receptionist . First impressions are everything .

My baby was a scraggly mess when she arrived but she came out fluffy, clean, and smelling so good! I love the care they showed. They even put a bow and bandana on her. How cute! Prices are affordable too. Can't wait to come back for her next trim.

I ask for a poodle cut and at #4 length neither of my dogs got number 4. This is what I got. He had beautiful hair to work with and no mats at all. Also no one has followed up with me after I complained when I picked them up. My girl is cute but her front toenails don’t look like they were touched. What kind of cut is this?

Bad experience.. they shaved my dogs chest bald and didn't mention it. When I brought it up to the manager, she had an excuse of low staffing and she had to jump in and help cut some of the dogs (she's clearly not qualified to cut dogs) then the "groomer jumped in and said his face wasn't cut correctly because he was drooling to much(he's never had that problem before) they messed up on my dog and assumed I wouldn't notice that's why they didn't mention any of the issues when I picked him up that's bad customer service all together. They did redund me half my money after I complained. I do not recommend this grooming business as you never know what you may get. #disappointing

This is at a good place to go to and take your babies they do not care about the customers or your pets the lady at the front desk really insulted me today yesterday I went in and paid 250 to get my babies taking care of and now today I am being charged $10 for my baby to get the right results that I asked for yesterday I'm sitting in my car because they told me that the owner is out won't be back well she won't be in until 12 o'clock I'm here at 9 AM yesterday I broke my baby's at 11 A clock Ami did not pick them up until 7 o'clock PM and they hadn't ate or anything

Terrible service! Every time I take my fur baby to this place he also come back with something wrong. My dog was drop off at 8am, and wasn’t ready until 5pm. They had the audacity to not even call me to informed me he was ready. I knew something wasn’t right. Immediately when I walk in it was dead silence I wasn’t even greeted. After paying, I noticed my dog started making a blowing noise like if he was submerged in water and was trying to get the water out. He is still making these noises and I took him this past Saturday. I should of knew better not to bring him again after they clip his ear and made it seem like it was a small cut. Never again!!!!

Today was our first visit. When I called I immediately got an answer and was given a quick appointment which was great!! I showed up during the time frame given. There was a very short line and I really like that they let only one family in at a time, so it doesn’t get chaotic and you and your fur baby have their undivided attention. I also liked that my baby was taken back to the groomer and I was told ahead of time that she will be shorter this time because she had a few mats. That was fine with me especially since it will be hot soon. I also like, that I’m able to pay upfront and there are no surprises when you pick up. I did not read the sign until I showed up but I was thinking they closed at 5 and I should be there. In the future I know that I just wait until I get called. I wish I would have asked the name of my babies groomer but I am in love with her hair cut, her nails, and her hair dye lol. They are convenient to my home, their customer service was A1 and I’m so happy I found a good place. I will be finding out the groomers name because I’m super happy and I love my baby’s look! Thank you Yuppie Puppy!!
