Today I shopped at this store and I was told by the store manager Billy Adams that I couldn’t have my service animal in the store with me. I’m disabled and is allowed under Georgia law to bring my service animal anywhere I want. He went on to explain that there is food in the store, Mr. Adams need to understand that service animals are allowed anywhere their handler is and they are also allowed around food if it’s already prepared and package.Georgia's laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) recognize that fact and allow Georgians with service dogs to take them to all public accommodations. Furthermore, staff can't ask to see your service dog's registration or papers. That's considered discrimination under the ADA and is a no-go in Georgia.Barbara the cashier refused to give me corporate number and when I asked to verify her name she hung the phone up. This store is sad and pathetic and I will be moving forward with a law suit, if I can’t received a call back from corporate in a timely manner

The store has great prices and very easy to find what your looking for. Customer service was great! Yes the women seemed a bit serious but they were straight forward and courteous to the length of the line!Funny short story of my visit there today.I was purchasing a gazebo for summer since they we’re on sale. Towards going to the counter to pay for my items the line was long. I would say there were 2 people ahead of me with a a lot of items and only 1 register open. A worker there noticed the line and asked me if I was paying with debit/credit that she could take me in the next register. So the lady behind me who seemed perfectly able to walk just a but overweight was on a riding cart and start reversing (forklift beeping noise going on) and does a complete 180 turn. I’m thinking she’s going to respect the fact that I was in front of her and let me go in front of her as I respected her space and didn’t force my way through. This lady decides to cut in front of us and reaches the front of the counter as if we were invisible. Thank Goodness there are still people with morals and the cashier pointed out that I was in front of her and asked me to come to the front of the line. She didn’t seem to happy about it at all but she should know better then to do things like that. And anyone who does these types of things think twice before you end up looking like this lady did!

Coworkers told me about this store it looks small but its really a big store found some great deals a $1 lotion that is now my fav lotion ill buy all of emOn the shelf lol $1 perfumes, pictures for my apartment, clothes for my daughter, super soft bath towels. The employees are all older women and have just a sweet attitude just dont return anything they have to ask the manager and hes busy restocking shelves so it takes long and dont buy electronics the headphones i got didnt work.Update: came today and got a rude cashier who didnt want to price check what i was buying everything was on the clearance racks despite the $1.50 and 3.50 clearance its a scam ive got to the register nothing was the same price it was $10-15 and the tags even said $7.99 they rang up as $10 and ask do you want it? NO your not going to embarass me into spending more money. The lotion i omce liked was watered down wont be back for awhile

My experience at Roses .. variety of merchandise to choose from .. you may find an outfit with pieces missing .. no price tag on over half my items. When I asked associate for help she looked for a second .. couldn’t find a price and just walked off .. Got to cashier ask for a discount off an outfit missing the pants. She act as though I was bothering her.. at that point I just asked for the manager.. she solved the problem but with same attitude as the associates ...

I was very surprised at the selection they had at the store from Toys to clothes, to Home furniture to bedding and much more. The prices are very reasonable I will say a little bit lower than Walmart but not much I would definitely comeback

This store needs to be next in line for an immediate closing. There is no store policy listed for customer's to read, the manager on this particular day was rude and very unprofessional and most importantly they make their own rules!! I will be contacting the store manager Billy on Monday. Do NOT patronize if you're looking for customer service and professionalism!

My experience on yesterday with Roses was not rosie.. Store manager Aprill was gossiping about a customer as I shopped and when I was at the counter asking for a price check on 3 blankets she was standing behind the cashier and spoke "they not marked down" with a not so friendly attitude.. I simply asked for a price check.. I asked her since you made that remark which ones are marked down.. She throws up her finger pointing towards the back of the store indicating no customer service skills. Then proceeds to talk about the same customer again. By this time the customer was outside I let her know the lady inside was talking negative and I was going back in to get the complaint number. I go back in and Aprill hesitated to give me the number. I went outside to call and the number was not in order.. I go back in and let Aprill know the number she given me was incorrect while I had my phone on speaker. She loudly says "it's the correct number and if anyone says I was talking about you they are lying." "I told her you may have been talking about me but the other lady you was talking about you don't know if we are family or not and you was out of line of doing so!" Her mouth was still moving like a teenager when I left the store.. She's definitely not in the position to be a manager with those poor social skills!I do have the correct corporate number and will give them this information!
