He does a good job with my dog, but he can be somewhat unpredictable.but my doggie loves going! But everyone has good and bad days because we are human. He is accommodating when it comes to my fur baby, so I do appreciate that and my baby always looks great! Boarding is great too! He was clean and groomed when we got back.

Worst customer service ever in life! Was greeted rudely and yelled at first off. I did NOT like the way he handled my dog at all nor how he talked to me! After seeing how he was for 2 mins I decided against leaving my dog and opted to just get his nails clipped. That brought a even bigger attitude from the man! I watched as my dog was held down roughly and even dropped from the dang table! Pissed is an understatement! If you love your dog DONT BRING/LEAVE THEM HERE! Worst experience of my life!!

My dog doesn't like doctors or grooming offices but I don't have any problems with the groomer he does a great job and my dog likes him overall he's a great groomer I would recommend him.

Dedrian is a master groomer! My doggie walks in at ease because the vibe of the shop is so zen. He gets squeaky clean and has the freshest cut! I love this place. You'll definitely want to make Pawfection your doggie's grooming home!

The guy that works in this place was rude and wasn’t too concerned when I expressed concern with my dog .. dogs was crying and barking like crazy and I got a bad vibe soon as I walked in the door I do not recommend I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog there.. i don’t want to give even 1 star! And it was also my first time thete. You won’t get my business

First time here after waiting to be greeted the owner came up yelling at me keep in mind I have never been to this groomer . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... And I will never recommend the place/groomer to any one the only reason this groomer is getting 1star is because it does not give me an option to leave none..
