Well, this is one of the most ghetto Kroger's ever! Spoiled food (meats, cakes, produce, fruit...etc.). The pork chops were marked with "reduced" and turning brown! All of the produce had black mold, and the fruit was very dry! I complained to two managers, and all both of them said was, "Just put the items back on the shelf." What?The bakery section is not friendly and labels cakes incorrectly. How is white cake labeled as yellow cake? Prices are too expensive for poor quality! In the past, every time I shopped here, I was always spending over $100. Also, the salad is always stale!I shop at Publix now! Kroger may be cheaper, but Publix has fresher food! It's worth paying more to Publix for food that lasts two weeks and saves me multiple trips to the store.

The worst part about this store is the lack of management. You can order ahead, be texted to pickup, then wait an hour only to be informed your order hasn't even been pulled. Then the manager doesn't even make it right, or even come back to to see the issue got resolved. Left without any groceries after being told they'd be right out for an hour.

I've lived in this neighborhood and shopped this Kroger for over 16 years. Been a customer so long that my 31 year old son worked there when he was in high school. Not sure what changed...management etc. but the quality and service went downhill. Product availability is ALWAYS poor and the store always looks dirty. I went in this morning to get my grocery shopping out of the way while its quiet only to find bare shelves and display cases - like why even bother being open? We need a Publix back over here because this is such an inconvenience having a grocery store with hardly any food. My assumption is that I'll be driving to Publix in Fayetteville or the new one in McDonough from now on because this isn't the first time they had no chicken early in the morning - I'm frustrated.

Found what I needed. The digital coupons are becoming easier to use. You don't have to scan your Kroger card at the register if you make a shopping list beforehand on the Kroger website. However, you can add groceries using your cell phone while at the store as well.

Everyone I have encountered here is very nice, but the deli counter needs some help. There were 3 people ahead of me and I stood there for almost 30 minutes!

Prices are too high now and I think security should turn everybody around who enters the store wearing pajamas. Too many ADULTS walking around Kroger with pajamas on. I know we're in a different era, but growing up...we weren't allowed to cook in pajamas. I still can't and won't cook in them let alone walk into a GROCERY STORE with them on. Clean store though, but I can now find better deals at Aldi's. Crisco $10.99 really?UPDATE: DECEMBER 20, 2022 6am hour. WHERE IS THE GAS ATTENDANT!?!?! I'm paying cash, but had to leave because NO ONE was in the booth! REALLY!?!?!

I shop here weekly for all of my groceries. They have an awesome natural food section and organic produce...I am vegan raw so I am so grateful that they have healthy food at a healthy price.... they have Walmart prices with the small intimate shopping. The customer service is great also

I purchase these ribs Wednesday for my husband’s memorial. They were spoiled! My husband’s favorite food was barbecue ribs off the grill. Today is Saturday as we prepare the ribs. All four packs were spoiled.!!! DONT BUY MEATS HERE!!!!

I Shop At this Kroger all the time. Love the Staff and the Neatness of the store. Lately they have been out of stock on a lot and the Produce section is full of Knats . Never really seen it this way till the last 2 months. Hopefully they get it under control.. Fresh Produce and Fruit is one of the Reasons I shop at Kroger.. I’ve had to go elsewhere these last couple of trips

While other stores are struggling, this Kroger is a gem and I’m grateful to have it be the nearest to me. They do an incredible job of keeping things stocked and rotated. All of the employees we’ve come across so far are pleasant and doing a good job. There’s rarely a wait at registers and it’s even rarer that they are out of stock on something I need. They clearly have good leadership to keep something like that up.

Intermittent crowds, services are very good, additional workers are quickly provided during backups.Lines are typically not more than 4 deep. Cashiers are professional and support for the self service are readily available to assist.

If it wasn’t for Marcus, I would’ve stopped coming here a long time ago. He has a great, caring energy. He makes me smile every time I see him. But the store…different story…... 9am and only have 2 SELF CHECKOUTS open?!? Come on now! I had to put back my breakfast because there were 14 other ppl in line.

On Sunday, 6/18/2023, around 8:45 a.m. I visited Kroger Lovejoy - 10375 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro Ga 30236, at first the self checkout lanes were the only lanes opened when I first arrived and the lanes was extremely long. When I finished shopping a lane with a cashier had finally opened. I was in line for over 20 minutes when another lane with a cashier opened up. The cashier opened the lane and did not walk over to the lane I was standing and ask for the next customer in line to come to her lane. Instead, she opened the lane and people just walked over. I approached her to let her know we were standing in line for over 20 minutes and she opened her lane without walking over to us and asking for the next customer in line. Soon after Yolanda, walked past our line - the line that had been forming for 30 minutes at that point, and ( went to the lane that had just opened up) told a customer to go to the lane that Yolanda was opening. I approached Yolanda and informed her we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and lanes are opening and instead of approachiing the lane that been waiting the longest - you all are going to the people who been waiting the least amount of time. I told Yolanda to check me out. Yolanda stated she was not going to check me out and she was not going to rectify the situation by calling the shopping guests who been waiting the longest. I told Yolanda the young lady in front of me only had 3 items, including flowers and she had been waiting 30 minutes along with the other shopping guest behind her. Yolanda did not care. This store historically, has poor customer service with long wait time and long lines. The shelves are generally empty; the products are geneally out of stock or low quantity - if you want two items - there are only one on the shelf and its generally damaged. Kroger 10375 Tara Blvd - LoveJoy - Jonesboro, Ga 30236, just lost a customer and I hope other follow. The employees and the managers are rude inconsiderate of their customers time

Very horrible selection on sandwiches pre made.. Didn't have what I was looking for. Hot foods/Deli Didn't have any type of selection. Store should take more pride, and the employees did see were very lazy.. employee in self checkout had a nasty attitude.. Only visited this location because the DMV kiosk was in working order, other than that will never visit.Employees ought to take more pride in that store.. Definitely do not recommend

We have moved all of my mother’s RX’s. Janice is a nightmare, no compassion or understanding. Told me she would not talk to me about my mom!s RX and she has cognitive issues and I have power of attorney over her care.Oh, I allowed myself to get heated. I knew then we had to go!!!. We would wait days on needed meds . I am so thankful to be away from the years of people that do not care. I can not say everyone in the pharmacy was bad but more bad than good . What a breath of fresh air at our new pharmacy!!!!

The gas station attended needs to be trained on customer service and how to handle a shut down. He decided to yell at all the customer for pulling up to pump gas that they were closed at 2:46pm on Thanksgiving Day but there were no signs indicating an early closure. So he turns off the light and proceeded to leave.

The store did not open on time. There were employees walking around inside but it seemed as if they forgot to open the door at 6 am. Finally, someone came to the door at 6:25 am and said they don’t have any cashiers.

They need a new manager ASAP. Ms.D, with glasses, also has white hair needs better customer service ,because she me wait more than 30 minutes for proof of my signature of WIC. I cannot stand for so long, because we were waiting my feet were swollen. Yes, it is policy but they never seem to followed since yesterday I came, and nobody in that store asked for my voucher folder. Now it is a necessity” to follow policy “ Be considerate and kind to one another.

Bought Kroger brand baking mix and got home to find out it was full of bugs. Took it back and the customer service guy was rude because the customer service counter was closed.

Still okay, but used to be a lot better. Ever since they stopped being open 24hrs, it seems that customer service and store efficiency has taken a downturn. Also, shelves are not stocked as well as they used to be. Items can be missing for a week or more before being restocked. I think the manager can pay better attention to these things.

The store has gone downhill. Im not sure if it's the lack of be employees or management issues or what but it's awful. The pharmacy is terrible. Today I decided to try the grocery pick up after taking myself I would never do pick up again at this location, and the same exact thing that happened during my first experience happens again! I get a notification in the app that my pick up is ready, get there and an employee tells me that they are still working on it give them about 10 mins. 45 mins goes by and I'm still waiting, I called and spoke to a manager who never gave me a call back to explain what was going on or to apologize for the wait. Completely unprofessional. Also if you need to use WIC for formula or baby food, get ready for the eye rolls and rudeness from the cashier when you go.
