I was a customer at thus Kroger and was waiting for customer service and the line was out the door so I got on the phone to call for management and no one came to the phone I then saw a manager talking and laughing with the employees so I walked over and met Store Manager Michael Ferguson and asked about the line being long and he said you have to be trained to work customer service and he proceeded to ask me was I trained to work over there never have I been talked to so rude but this is the same manager I've had to talk to about the carts for handicap people not being available or charged my next complaint will be to the American disability association to see if Mr Ferguson is as rude to them with no apology I only recommend this store if you have no other option for that day.

Absolutely love how much I save couponing with Kroger and planning my meals based around what's on sale and what has a coupon. It's so easy to use the app and I schedule pick ups and deliveries all the time. So convenient and easy. Kroger helps me save....periodt! šŸ’Æ

Overall, the store itself is wonderful at times just no sense of urgency when it comes to getting consumers from check out. I was there yesterday and the security alarm went off. I turned around and gave my bag and receipt to the security officer. He glanced at the receipt not even long enough to read any of it. He looked up at me and said ā€œ You can keep what you tookā€. I didnā€™t think of what he was implying but Iā€™m highly appalled that he would insinuate that I had stolen something. Just horrible

I truly agree with the last customer ..Awful customer service some of the employees act like you're bothering them for help in the self check out service. when your on your lunch brake wanting to get in and out with no assistance when needed is ridiculous while she stands there on the phone. To Publix I go. I would rather pay more to receive good service.

Never buying groceries close to closing againThought I scored a deal with Buy 2 Get 3 on chips. Somehow the clerk (name redacted for now) accidentally scanned one bag of chips twice, adding an additional charge.Because customer service was closed, I was told to just ACTUALLY grab a bag of chipsReceived my refund in full cash. AWFUL customer service. Today while doing inventory a lunch box and work bag were both left behind. My coworker made a phone call about it. He managed to get in touch with a manager... who promptly cut him off as he was explaining the situation and transferred him without any notice. The phone rang, and rang, and rang... and he gave up. I gave it a try. My request dialed the lost and found automatically, he had asked to speak to a manager. The phone rang for over 30 minutes before I gave up. Lucky for us a coworker who doesn't live an hour and a half away (without traffic, much more with) saw it and grabbed it... the work bag, not the lunch box unfortunately. I will also say all of the shelves were empty, several parts of the store were disorganized. There was a very small selection/variety of goods and I don't know if I remember seeing ANY of the checkouts open aside from self checkouts most of the day...

Horrible service from cashier and Supervisor at Kroger located 8059 Tara Bld.Customers please check your receipts, Kroger taking your money twice.Cashier charged me twice for a bag of cherries. I showed it to her and she told me to go to the back of the CS line for a refund, line with 5-6 persons waiting. I asked for a Supervisor and she came and told me the same after her cashier screwed up.I am disgruntled because as a leader one should go find an available register and reverse the error they have caused but instead I was told to wait in another line.I will never shop there again.

Everytime I come to the store I am over excited to see a young lady named Ashlee, she does not work for Kroger but she does the resets for the store. Her energy is ALWAYS top tier and I love how attentive she is towards me. Always a breath of fresh air and good energy. Meanwhile the cashiers and people at the front end doesn't want to even be bothered half of the time it's absolutely insane.

Iā€™ve shopped at Krogers in many states, and this one is, without a doubt, the worst one Iā€™ve been to. Most of the staff are rude and lazy, with a few exceptions. It doesnā€™t have a good variety of items either. Iā€™d recommend shopping at any other Kroger than this one.

Girl at Self Checkout was on her cellphone the whole time and didnā€™t even greet me or any customers until she noticed I took her picture to post on my reviews and she was very rude about it and told the person on her phone that some woman was taking her picture well maybe if you do your job instead of on a personal call it wouldnā€™t have happened! Just know when you get here you work here. Grab your cart from the parking lot because there are none inside. And donā€™t bother to look for a cashier because you are the cashier. With more self checkout lanes than ones with cashier, you just clocked in! Need to take a break? Well, good luck finding a manger on duty. Looking for something specific for dinner tonight? Well, they are guaranteed NOT to have it. Give yourself a break and keep riding down Tara blvd and go to the Lovejoy location.

I was just let go yesterday horrible place to work I started at $11.50 which I thought I would be payed $14.50 and all managers was cool but Mr Ferguson he literally forced me to work Sundays even though I said Iā€™ll work all days but Sundays and ever since I didnā€™t show for one Sunday heā€™s been making it his mission to get me gone I had a family emergency and he told me to leave and this my last day I would say if you are young and have a disability this jobs for u but if u want to be respected or just go to work and work and not be everyone friend this job is not for u you will be slaving for $11.50 and disrespected if you tell them u canā€™t come on your days off or be forced to work shifts

Id rather pay a few extra bucks and go to publix, where you are treated, like your a valued customer. There a few friendly cashiers but most are harsh in tone, pushy and just plain rude. I've never experienced anything like the level of nasty I hate my job, attitude they have here. Customer service is rarely ever open any more or you have to wait until 2 to 3 in the afternoon for it to open and then the close it super early some times. The cashiers get nasty if you try to ask questions that they feel you should only ask at a closed customer service so there is no assistance. Also please make sure to grab your own buggy in the parking lot because by lunch time there are never any buggies, you have to scavenge for one. It is apparent they could care less about customer service at this location maybe in need of new management and some staff changes. I only go here if it is an absolute necessity!

Michael Ferguson and Tiffany provided terrible customer service while I was attempting to utilize my Pampers Rewards payment. They couldā€™ve easily seen that Kroger is one of the retailers that accept it by doing a little research but instead neither of them were helpful. Iā€™ve been a Kroger customer for decades-smh!

I have been a Kroger customer with 8059 Tara blvd location for 7 years & I would just love to say that the produce manager DeMario Smith has been awesome, every time myself or my family walks in there to shop everything is clean & in place & he teaches his team extremely well, I am extremely proud to call this my home Kroger, Mr. Smith has done a great job with his department for years & it never changes, Iā€™m glad to call this my neighborhood Kroger, He fits exactly how a manager shall keep up their department for their customers & I appreciate that, I will come back as long as I need my fruits & vegetables & etc. Thank you Mr. smith.

As I was shopping one of the employees who knows me runs to the back to tell his coworkers how he hates food stamp day. As I continued to shop more and more employees made slick comments about how they hate working on the 23rd.This used to be my favorite place in the world. Always clean and well stocked quality and value. But I feel like public enemy #1 now every time I come . I don't understand their backwards behavior. Please give your employees a little appreciation. Kindness goes a long way.

Issues with this store include:1. They NEVER have a shopping carts available, and the few they do have are in poor shape.2. The manager on duty is never available to speak with customers as he is "unloading a truck" every time.3. The deli dept begins pulling their food from the refrigerated section (ie rotisserie chickens) at 7:15 so customers are out of luck after then.4. This location is always severely under-staffed with customers often waiting 15+ mins to checkout.5. They rarely have the Kroger brand available leaving the more expensive brand name items as the only option.

Donā€™t ever do a grocery pickup from this store, they are horrible! They have one lady who is exceptional, she brings the orders out right when you check in on the app or call. When she is not there, they are so lost and confused. They say they didnā€™t know the checkin was placed or didnā€™t get the call and when you call the number, they place you on hold forever and no one ever picks up. I waited for over an hour, twice! I could have went into the store and shopped! This has happened to me twice now and I will NEVER return to this Kroger for ANYTHING!

Love this Kroger. The people here are great. They have always been friendly and helpful.Except at the pharmacy. There is one pharmacist there that is the worst. She is just a petty little person with hate in her heart. People like that is what's wrong with this world. But the rest of the people there are the reason I keep shopping there.

I have been coming to this Kroger since I moved to Georgia and have never had an issue with customer service. Well till tonight and coming from he manager it crazy. You big company's should be very careful who you hire because you lost a customer. The manager working June 8 the closing manager is very rude. And does not represent Kroger well as a manager

It says a lot to me when you go into a store and your greeted with a smile and a good morning or hello. I donā€™t know whoā€™s over the security at the store but I commend them on the awesome why they train the security team. I pray that God would watch over them and keep them safe always.They always have everything I need when I come in the store and They have great sales. the meat department is awesome if I donā€™t see what I want on the floor they will go to the back and get it for me with no problems. I have no issues with the store other than the Customer Service need to be a little bit more friendly..

Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and just drive south a few more minutes to Fayetteville, or ANYWHERE else but here!I placed an order this morning and arrived at the store to pick it up. I checked in and went in to the customer service desk to pay for it as usual. While inside, I was called by someone who stated that she was a "manager" (Denesha listed on receipt) and very rudely said that I was messing up her time and that I was lying and not at the store and I told her where I was parked, described my car, and informed her that I was already inside, as I am almost always asked to do so when picking up an order from this store. She then told me that I was a lie and that she's the only one that fills orders at this store and that she's been doing it for a year now so it couldn't have been this store. I told her that she could check my order history and she would see that I only pick up from Jonesboro and Fayetteville and Fayetteville always brings the items to the car. She then called over another associate to validate her story and the associated said that sometimes you have to come in to pay because there's only one person working and they can't come to the phone which I agreed, that's usually the case but the "manager" unnecessarily continued to argue me down that no customer is ever asked to come inside (despite what her coworker just told her) and that all her workers bring everything to the car, load the car, and no one ever has to come inside the store to the point that I was almost in tears. She and SHE ALONE RUINED my Mother's Day with something as frivolous as admitting that she was wrong or not the only person that fills orders at this location. She berated me trying to prove her point, which was actually pointless. This store has continued to go down in customer service but this is the final straw! If this is how their "management" behaves, no wonder the store's customer service and employees have gone downhill! It's ridiculous that I have to drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction from my house to get good/fair service. I don't expect Royal Treatment. However, it is unfortunate and inconvenient that I have to go to another city to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and some professionalism when this location is literally less than 5 minutes from my house! Like I said before, do yourself a favor and just shop ANYWHERE else but here!

I never leave reviews but please expect to wait at least 1 hour for Kroger pick up at this location. I have came here at least 10 times and experienced the same wait time. No one is ever apologetic. Just a heads up!

This is my least favorite Kroger to go to. There is absolutely never any carts at the entrance. NEVER. Employees are rude, donā€™t really want to help and this store is just plain and simple poorly ran. People drive the extra few miles to go somewhere else:
