Bruce is the best. Very friendly and helpful. What ever you need he can order it for you if it’s not at the store. I purchased German Black Rams and Black emperor tetras from here all healthy, except 1 out of 15 fish.

Monday February 5 2024My husband and I purchase three African Cichlid fish and a used heat pump. Bruce (the owner) explained how to place the fish and heat pump in my 30 gallon tank. I did everything as instructed. I was excited and happy with my fish.The next morning less than twelve hours; all three fish was dead and the heat pump not working. I call the fish bolz and spoke with Bruce. He asked were I aware of the no refund sign posted. I stated yes. Bruce stated that we was a nice people and he would test our water and replace the fish in two day. Went to fish bolz on Thursday afternoon. Bruce wasn't there there per his wife; he would be there Friday. Went there on Friday afternoon; per his wife he would be there on Saturday. She took the water; stated she will test it at her house because she didn't have the testing kit there. I called the fish bolz SEVERAL times leaving messages with no response. That Very Bad customers service.I reported this business to the BBB. He was contacted by the BBB, however he refused to respond to me or the them.VERY BAD BUSINESS..the

Rude over the phone experience. I called to inquire about a fish. No hello he just picked up the phone and continued to have a conversation to someone in the background. (No) "Hello fish bolz please hold". After waiting and listening to the guy joke on the other end . He finally got to me. I asked if you had any 7 in Fire Mouth in stock. He rudely said. Fire Mouths don't come" not GROW ",but come in 7in". I said I have a 7-in Fire mouth he said ummm I never seen a 7-in and your 7-in maybe different from mine. Now was that necessary I try to support small businesses but big box store here I come ...said hello to my 7in Fire Mouth .

The owner of this small business is absolutely focused on customer service. They are a very busy place and take the time to answer all your questions and provide guidance as you build your aquarium.They have a wide range of types and sizes of fish; both fresh and salt water. Will be my new goto place for all things fish.

This is where you go if you want something unique for your tank. Its a down to earth no frills place with a friendly owner. I got two little lobster looking fellas who are great tank cleaners and fun to watch.

Absolutely disgusting, their whole system has ich, they put too much salt in the water, they abuse their fish. Never go here your fish will die I can't believe I'm saying it but pet smart would be better than this. There's other fish stores further away it's worth the trip. I feel so sorry for all those fish. They dint even acclimate the fish. One walk in and I knew this is just a place where the owners want to make money.

Tbh I been buying fish with them since last year and the expensive ones too I got three tanks two fresh and one salt and Nick did his things with setting them up so did Bruce I will recommend a y icy who buying fish or tanks to go to fish BOLTZ but really I love them and they come and service my tanks look they good at what they do I consider myself a VIP cause I be buying fish like crazy but Bruce and Nick y’all I am so thankful for both of you for everything

There was some pretty cool fish but they were very expensive. Most of the fish tanks were not clean and some where pretty nasty!

This place is constantly growing and improving. What I love most is that there's always something new to explore. Bruce is always willing to help. If he doesn't have it, he's more than willing to get it. Reptiles, birds, fish, anything! Guess what! One day I even saw a Guinea Pig!! I've been coming here for years now and there is no place I'd rather be!!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good fish store for my family and I to keep up with the hobby. After our awesome first visit, Fish Bolz is now our new favorite fish store in Georgia. Nicc provided a great personal experience as he was able to answer all of our questions. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They were well stocked and all of the fish looked very healthy.

This place was great compared to our last one. I would always return and they were really nice helping us with our fish knowledge and which fish to buy with which. The fish and tanks are healthy and clean. This is a 10 out of 10 recommend.

I love this fish store. I bought all my African Cichlids from here. The gentleman is always very informative about the different fish and requirements. This store has helped me fill 2 tanks. Next year I plan on getting a salt water tank and I will be coming back.

This place sells bad fish, they are Diseased, not well taken care of. I didn't see the sign at first...no exchange, no refund. I took water there to get tested it was good, but my sharkes died anyway. Well I thought they were sharks, their catfish. Swai

Very friendly/knowledgeable young man running the store. He literally answered all the questions I had and made sense of a lot of things for me. They have great looking tanks and fish and very reasonable prices. They also do special orders that come in Tuesday and Thursday. So if they don’t have what you’re looking for see if they can get it in.

Great knowledgeable staff! The owner Bruce and his wife Ammie are brilliant, warm heart, and truly business minded. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door. We explained to Bruce what we wear looking for and he was able to accommodate our vision beyond belief. I didn't realize this store was going out of business until I got there. If you're looking to get a decent deal on used tanks/stands, they had quite a few!We went looking for a Betta, because the major retailers always seem to have sick fish in tiny containers. Fish Bolz didn't have any, but they did have quite a few pretty Cichlids and a Moray Eel that I just know someone needs in their tank ASAP!
