How is it the day after Christmas and you have a hand written sign on the door closed do not pull on door it's locked. But your suppose to be open. Such an inconvience for the web to say open but you have a sign saying closed. Now I have to go out of my way to another family dollar to make my purchase. It's always something either family dollar is never stocked or they are suppose to be open but have a paper sign saying they are closed.

I went here two days ago and had a horrible experience. I was looking for Christmas trees and I did not see them. I made the mistake of asking one of the employees for help in locating the trees. He was very rude and snide in his remarks. He was very combative and acted like I was making his life harder by asking for assistance. I do not know what his name is because I have been noticing that at most places that provide poor customer service, the staff does not wear their company-issued name badges. He was a tall, heavy set man with a nose piercing.

Last Night was the worst customer service I ever received in my whole life and sad thing about it he was the manager at 830 Ga 138 spur Jonesboro ga location he was the closing manager anyway it was close to closing time so as I open the door it was lock he get up open door and says damn u trying to break our door as I kept walking I hear him call me a bitch to the cashier as I’m checking out he decided to go back and forth saying he make more money then me calling me a Bitxh and he even threatened me saying he was go pop his trunk and shoot me 🤦🏽‍♀️ All because they didn’t Won’t anymore customers close to closing I will be contacting corporate also

The manager of this location needs to be fire. Even the employees say he is very rude and have no respect for nobody. I don’t know what happen to the customer is always right. He clearly have no home training. The assistant manager needs to be prompted.

A cashier was rude and because you can never get past them, they always have boxes in all the hallways and the place is very small to have boxes everywhere you want.
