Poor customer service with attitude and unwarranted feedback. The person couldn't even wait until I left the store. It's not the fault of a shopper that the prices in the are wrong. There's two ways to fix it: Correct the prices or price adjustment. Overall, simply do your job.

Jekeria (I believe that is how you spell her name) was extremely rude and condescending. I can’t imagine how someone like that would be appointed store manager and in charge of dealing with customers. I will be reporting her to the store manager and will go up as far as possible to share my experience with her. I participate in secret shopping and deal with store clerks and managers all of the time and have never deal with a “manager” like her. She was rude, condescending, and threatening. The rest of my experience I will be sharing with corporate once I reach them.

I wish I can give you a zero star cuz the customer service that you have at this establishment was poorly I got here today and March 21st 2021 at 9:15 p.m. your doors were locked. So I called The Establishment and a lady picked up and she said we're closed. I told her that Google said that you are open until 10:00 she repeated we're closed bad customer service that's what I call I work at a restaurant if we was to close an hour early we will get automatic termination by email. So you need to tighten up your staff or you'll get a lot more complaints this day forward from me.

I use to visit this store regularly, but have been going to the other locations which are farther away from me to get friendlier customer service. I went here at around 11 a.m. on Friday morning, December 28, 2018. The door was locked and an employee yelled to me that the store was closed with no explanation. He told me to leave and come back. I asked if they had been robbed. He told me that they had not been. It was really an inconvenience to travel here and they don't open during the business hours that are posted on the website. I had never experienced this at an establishment of this caliber before until this day. I will stick to larger retailers going forward.

I have been in there a couple of times; its clean and their vibe is great. The store manager is very helpful especially with situations I came to her about. This is my favorite family dollar!

They rarely have things in stock but I understand because of the Plaza area/location (it's a dead zone). They do what they can with what they have, though. At least the staff is always nice!

I've been going to this location for a while and the women that work here is not that friendly. Have nice selection of items to choose from. Also I thought they close at 10. I've notice I could go around 9 45 and doors be locked. The owners really need to look in to what's going on at there store.

This is, no exaggeration, the messiest and nastiest "store" I have EVER been in. It's along my commute path and a couple times a year I find myself having to stop in for something as I did again this week. It gets worse every time. Boxes, both empty and unopened lay all over and on every aisle. There is open, uneaten food, sitting on the shelves. iDK what's up, because there is always a large staff in there, but they never really seem to be doing anything. I advise you stay away from here if you can. It's not safe.

It is 9:45 am doors are still locked employees walking around taking to each other no signage on door stating they are not open or when they will open. Half of the lights still off. Very displeased going to dollar general instead. Atleast they are open and wanting to make money. Management just stated she cant find her keys to turn the lights on.

I purchased some curtains a few days ago, I opened up one of them to hang it up and found out it was not the right size that I needed, so I took them back today to return them. The woman at the register who appeared to be the manager told me straight up that she wouldn't accept a return on the open curtain. She said that she can accept the return on the other one but not the open one. I asked her if it was a corporate storage she said yes, so if that's the case they have to abide by corporate rules, and accept a return.Basically, she was rude and could to be bothered, and does not represent the Family Dollar name very well in my opinion. Go to some other Family Dollar in let that one go out of business, so those people lose their jobs, because they obviously don't care about keeping them.

Flew in to buy gift items for a friend. Personal care items were in the front to the right! Took me a while to find it. Made a nice gift set for under $20. Staff was friendly. There was a lot of things in there. Wish I could have explored more.

I do not like the fact that when a white person walks in their store they do not greet you with a smile and say hello and welcome like they do if your black. outside they treat customers like they are a number not with warm and help them. And whenever you are ready to check out the customer has to find a cashier to help them because they are out on the floor always. I do believe this is a problem from the corporate office as it has been happening for several years now. my fellow employees and my neighbor's we have got to where we don't even like going to your store

Currently at the store and this is my second time coming here and they have the doors LOCKED BEFORE closing hours.. it is 9:35 and these employees seem to have closed the store when they feel like it. Bad business.

I would like to work for Family Dollar. I can clean and stock and lift and have good communicating skills. I can run a register I can remove expired things from the shelves. I can lift up to 70 lbs.

The staff was ok, but the store was an absolute mess. Boxes everywhere, dollies with boxes stacked everywhere, no organization on the shelves. It literally looked like a hurricane came through and destroyed the place. Corporate needs to come in and revamp this place ASAP.
