I am very disappointed. I don’t know if it’s the area we choose to stop and do business at, or just a random isolated incident. The young women working closing shift hours, decided to close the store way before the time said on the door. Instead of communicating, one of the women looked at me and my child as if we were unwanted. I hope no one else will have to feel like we felt . I feel you had a long day but please don’t take it out on innocent people. 2/29/24 God bless .

Great variety. Stores are always stocked with new and returning items. Great place to buy small quantities or servings. Always clean.

Corp need to visit Stockbridge on Hwy 138!!No way is this a 4 star store...worst staff ever experienced on 12.21.23.No mgt present. No accountability.Floor shelves in disarray. Stacks of boxes sitting in aisles needed to be put out. The store need better florescent liting. It appears dim. Smelled dusty! Unclean. The doors are never wiped down. Hire a professional glass cleaning service. You all make the money- no returns!The store was beyond disorganized....The girl w red hair knew nothing about the products when asked. She had no clue. Just showed up to clock in not to work. She should have been cleaning up and organizing!! Earn your pay.The tall male cashier rung upat. 2/9 items then he would "stop"..why- he was multitasking-- reading text msgs in between every 2 items! Really...Never greeted me when I walked up-cause his head was hung down looking at his phone. Phones should off limits on the clock.Corporate need to visit this store asap. The bathrooms need to be renovated and sanitized. I will be calling the health dept tomorrow.138 has really gone down over the last 15 years.I won't be doing business there though it has been months due to the lack of customer service and unsanitary store.

This is the cleanest and most organized dollar tree. Customer service is superb the manager and staff should train staff at the other location in Stockbridge. I drive further from my home just to shop at this location. The manager takes pride in her store and staff. Kudos!

The people at this dollar tree were really nice from the moment that I walked in the door until the time that I left. I wasn't there for anything in particular, just wasting time while I was waiting on my child to be done with some business. While roaming the store, I saw the cashier walk a customer down an aisle to show them where something was. I have never seen that at any dollar tree that I have ever been to. I used to avoid this place simply because I hated the way traffic was having to turn in and out from the Walt Stephens but with their good customer service and their clean, stocked store I'm sure I'll make this my regular dollar tree.

This is by far one of the nicest Dollar Trees I've been to. I'm not even mad about the $0.25 increase anymore after visiting this one. Fully stocked, well organized🤯, clean and friendly service!

I am so tired of everytime I go in a $1.25 tree store there is never a bathroom available to use. They always say out of order which is a lie. If that is true then you mean to tell me the employees work all day without using the bathroom. Bull. So from now on when I visit and no bathroom I will be leaving without making a purchase. Your store is open to the public and the restrooms should be as well. If you can't open them for the customers then don't open the store.

This dollar tree is amazing. The staff is very friendly. There is alot of parking here and its easily accessible from the street. I live in Atlanta area but I come here while im on my work lunch breaks. This location is always clean and organized. The staff can and will assist you with your questions, to locate items and needs. Exact change or oay by card which most stores are asking of its customers to do when it comes to payment.

This afternoon on my way home from work I stopped in for a few items and as usual I ended up with 20 plus. There was a gentleman behind me with one item, so I told him to go ahead of me. As I was about to pay the cashier she told me no charge. What? She said the gentleman was taking care of my bill. Tears came up in my eyes, as I thanked him. I told him I wish I could give him a hug. We elbowed instead. God bless this awesome man.

Ms. Amy and the cashier (I forgot how to spell her name) were very helpful and showed true customer service. I asked the cashier about a certain product being in stock, she was unsure but could not go to the back to check. She was checking me out of course. Then Ms. Amy overheard the conversation and offered to go look for me. Needless to say, 5 minutes later, Ms. Amy found a whole case of the product. I was so relieved that I purchased 10 and only needed 3. Thank you. #ItsTheSmallThingsThatCount

I'm Giving Them A Flat 4 Star's ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Because There Company Online Said That Their Store's Sold Certain Items For Kid's Schools 🏫, And The One's I Went To, Never Sold None Of The Items We Needed It, For The Kid's To Have A Higher Passing Grade. I'm Sorry That I Feel This Way, But Right Is Right. If They Really Wanted A Full 5 Star's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From Me, Then They Should Have Had The Items Inside Of Their Store's, Amen?

Manager has a very nasty attitude I know it was a hour b4 closing I asked about a item while at register as the cashier was talking to me she interrupted our conversation this is your schedule she told him as she walked back in office I was like yall need to get a Manager she rude I come here all the time she must have heard us talking so when she came out to leave she said they been trying to get rid of me it won't happen so I'm going to the main office about this cause she must feel needed to talk like that in front of a customer I won't be going back to this store anymore cause I felt disrespected and I come to this location at least 3 times a week cause I can walk there but I'll take my 💰 elsewhere my mother said the same thing
