I always love going to the Dollar Tree store, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I found some nice dish sets recently. Sometimes its a hit or miss, they run out of stock quickly and the trucks have been coming in slow. If you see something you like you might as well buy it because they might run out of certain items and take a while to restock. I love these dish sets I've seen in their stores.

The level of customer service I received here is unmatched. Makiyah was so professional and made sure I found what I was looking for. Her smile was bright and she made my customer experience an excellent one. Keep up the great work!!!!!

The lady yesterday morning has excellent customer service. I should've asked for her name. (Let's just say she has a loud distinctive voice) Although she was busy she made time to speak to the customers as they entered the store. I only gave 4stars because they didn't have what l was looking for 😂 I'm in my feelings...Lol!

Lines are always long . They only have one cashier most of the time . Stuff is EVERYWHERE in that store I mean ALL over the place . So unorganized . This store needs HELP .

Store is very unorganized, cashier's down to earth fast and Friendly although management is God AWFUL!!! The short guy told my my item hasn't been in stock for 2 weeks but as I'm further shopping THE ITEM I HAD JUST ASKED ABOUT WAS ON THE SHELF FULLY STOCKED! From that point forward it was time for us to go!!!! If management would leave the office the store would probably be much more organized cashier was VERY HELPFUL... Go just to see the cashier's they get all credit for this store

We had a great experience with an associate who turned out to be the store manager, Rochelle. We came in to get some water and other things for our work crew. Rochelle greeted us with a smile and not only helped us find some 6 packs of water but sold us ice and a bucket and helped us carry it to the register. She had a great attitude and represented the Dollar Tree brand well... We will be back!

I love Dollar Tree but this location always looks like it's going out of business and has looked that way for months now. Aisles and shelves half empty throughout entire store. Boxes of product lining the floors on every aisle waiting to be stocked yet so many empty shelves. Employees are always nice and helpful but presentation of store is lacking.

There’s always one register and the other employees are never no where in sight to reduce the waiting in line! Always there’s a huge mildewed (isle 4) spot in the ceiling that’s waiting to fall on a customer that definitely need repairing.As I was standing in line typing this a male and female (employees) comes out the mirrored office smiling at each other 🙄

This Dollar Tree is much better than the Riverdale location. Updated review 3/23/19- I actually was in the area due to my vehicle overheating. I bought a cheap pitcher and proceeded to fill it with water from the fountain several times. The manager and cashier were helpful and understanding. I appreciate that. 😁

Y’all dollar tree is not dollar tree any more!They need to change there name to dollar tree plus. I was charged $12.25 for 8 items which was a surprise to me because I wasn’t aware of the changes they made in prices. However it’s still a low price to pay! Just change the name.

I left a bag from another merchant and left it at the front with an employee at the cashier on the evening of 11/23/2018. She told me she will watch it, but we both forgot!! I returned to the store on 11/24/2018 @ 2:30pm and the manager gonna tell me someone stole it!! It was behind the register with the employee!!! Hmmmm...what happened to bags left behind to be kept in a safe place??? Or in you guys office?? Your employee stole my bag!! I will NEVER shop there again! And the manager was very unprofessional!!!

Terrible customer service. We walked in a immediately the associate who was standing outside the door smoking told my sister (who is 28 years old) she had to leave her small bookbag (that she uses as a purse upfront). She told them that she preferred not to she had her personal belongings and money in there she didn't feel comfortable leaving it especially because it's usually only one cashier on the registers so there's no way it would be watched. Once she declined the associate sent over the manager to find us and tell us if we did not leave the bag we had to leave, Which we did. There is no sign posted saying that large bags, bookbag or anything has to be left at the registers. If I come back with my baby would I have to leave his baby bag upfront as well? I don't know if I will return to this location I felt like they thought we would steal from them.

Dirty and always very understocked. The shelves and freezers are always pratically empty. It does nor matter what time of day or day that you go in there. Always the same. Also they always have new people. No one is there long. It has been like rhis for over a year. I haedly go there anymore but that is rhe one closet to me.

Cutter , also would not let me use the restroom. I'm sorry I'm a paying customer and if I need to use the restroom I should be allowed. I have been in other areas and it's not a problem. Always in a black community is a double standard

Only 1 register open with over 10 customers in line. And they rarely keep any orange juice in the cooler. But the employees are friendly.

Dollar tree was very good, that particular location has varieties of products when compare with other locations. I love it and that will be my shopping location from now on.

This is the cleanest Dollar tree I've ever been in. Its hard to keep this store intact( I use to work at DT years ago) . Great job manager and staff !!!

Just a regular dollar tree nothing too much out the ordinary one time i was with my aunt and she spent a whole hour here going thru the whole store I was so bored waiting for her but thats my aunt and she old so I had to stick it up and wait cause I owed it to her and if she wanted to look thru every nook and cranny for 1 dollar items then I was gonna support her cause you always have to support family.

By far the messiest, dirtiest, most cluttered Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Boxes everywhere. Trash on every aisle. We left and we will stick with the better locations.

Dollar Tree has a big variety of name brand items, I was really surprised. I'll be going back again. Some Dollar Tree stores have a lot of brand X items.
