They literally are never open on time , I’ve came to this location multiple times in last two weeks and every time I come the store is not even open at the correct time , how inconvenient, then when they finally open the doors20-30 minutes late the employees have the WORST attitudes like be forreal ! Nobody asked you to choose DG as your profession and at this point the whole location needs to either be shut down or a different management team needs to step and get these people together cause man it’s ridiculous

This store constantly closes at random times. It’s either closed randomly in the morning closed randomly in the afternoon or closed randomly early at night. It’s been like that well over 6 to 8 months now. Please just close the location so another vendor who actually wants to service the community can open up. Please. I shouldn’t have to drive an extra five or 6 miles and there’s a dollar store next-door to me.

Can't beat DG. They are one of the few that still have items that only cost $1. And they have quite a good selection. I prefer to shop at the DG Forest parkway. It's much closer to where I live. But I'll shop at any Dollar general

Nothing on the shelf to buy. I asked cashier did they have any tussue in the back she told me there was 1.00 tissue and that was it. I left and went to family dollar won't be shopping at this store again there's nothing on the shelf to buy its a wonder they are even in business, and not to mention there's always one person in the store no matter what time you go.

Ok, I wrote the initial review about 8 months ago and I was told by corporate that this situation wouldn’t happen again BUT it did, SEVERAL TIMES. I’m not sure what’s the problem but it’s so INCONVENIENT when you have to grab something before work and the store that should be open at 8 am is closed and it’s well after 8 am. I understand things happen and people may be running late but not ALL the time. Please resolve this issue b/c its repetitive and if the store isn’t able to commit to 8 am just change the time so the customers won’t waste their time driving to “the nearest” Dollar General & it’s closed. I could’ve gone another route to find a different store.. By the way, when I pulled up there were 2 cars leaving and when I parked there were 2 cars pulling out and when I left 1 car pulled up and was leaving behind me. So it looks like a lot of sales were lost. 🤦🏽‍♀️This location is ALWAYS close mid day. I’m not sure what the issue is but everytime I come around 2:30pm EST the store is closed. Your company is losing so much business because as I sit in the parking lot to write this complaint so many people have come up to the door & it doesn’t open so they drive away. Your LOSING so many customers as well. Just thought you wanted to know just in case you were not aware. This is so inconvenient because now I have to find another store… smh

Every time I go here when they are open the employees are very helpful with great customer service but, to Corp Close the store permanently if y’all always closed or at least let one customer in at a time, if they are short staffed. You’re not doing a service to the community if we have to reroute to another location 30 mins out the way to shop.!!! . Simple

This store use to be good and clean.. also WELL stocked, even during the pandemic, as of recent, it's gone downhill. The store looks like what I expect at most Family Dollar stores, varying degrees of just products everywhere, the floor, on other shelves, etc.... Most of the associates are good except for the few that lead with their bad attitude over decent customer service.

Looks like you can find what you want or need. I first went to this store when it first opened. My experience was good. I went again probably a month to a year and the store aisles looked like a sale had gone on stuff was everywhere. There was no sale. Today it was organized but the floors were filthy. I don't like visiting a store and having to watch what's on the floor. That's why I gave it one star. Most likely it is more organized because of the employees now.

They were nice and helpful as much as he could. But they need help to clean and organize the store. They said they are hiring. I was thinking I should fill out an application. So I can clock them hours. They need help bad. So if you need a job. Go there.

Nice & quiet location, easy to get around, clutter free and clean parking lot. Most items were stocked well (the ones i was looking for) and shelf tags matched the products. The cashier could have been better, instead of being deep into a conversation with a friend, as she checked me out. There was no greeting and absolutely no "thank you" after checking out.

I'm just getting off work and needed to grab a few things for dinner. The sign says open from 8am-10pm everyday....I get to the door and it's locked at 5:59pm. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! BTW, ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED 🤬

There's no Dollar General like the one on 138 in jonesboro, the manager make sure you help and out the store.Never seen anyone that always smile even when she is very tired. Hard working young lady.she keep her stoe clean and stocked when can.my favorite go to store

If you visit this store in the morning around 10 am you'll definitely be laughing by the time you leave. I found everything I needed and then some and the cashier Rich is hilarious. She put a smile on my face for the day!

Store is always in shambles. You can't reach all shelves due to boxes and crates full of inaccessible merchandise. UPDATE... New store manager, and wow! Store has done a 180! Aisles are cleared, merchandise is accessible, great job. Keep it up!

The store Manager is A delight, she is very professional and conscientious of her overall goals for the store and staff. The store as A whole loses two stars, which stems from the failure of the staff to put merchandise in it's proper place. Among other things, there are entirely to many products that are being left on the floors in the isles. In some cases we customers have to figure out how to pass one another and get around the products on the floor, to include clothes, especially toddlers and children's. Expectations are #householdd 3

This has to be the worst dollar general in the area. I very seldom come here because of the constant mess(they're always stocking), long lines, and obvious understaffing. Store MUSIC is on blast and is HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE! Each visit turns out to be more of an inconvenience than anything else. Better to drive a mile further than go thru it. Expect to wait in a long line. Dont think they'll ever get it together.

I'm giving a 4 because their is a short litte cashier who works there usually with colored hair and eyes who is Awesome! Even though most of the times the line is AROUND the Corner with only 1 cashier... Her Customer Service is Great! She deserves a 5+and the store a 3

If I could I'd give a half star. Every time I go into this location. It's a mess it is the dirtiest Dollar General I've ever set foot in. It's not a sometime thing it's always that way. Always has 1 cashier. The line wrapped around and into the aisles. A customer had to tell for someone to come help the young lady. It's ridiculous half the stuff you want is probably in the many many totes sitting all over the place. Also I had an issue with my perfectly good coupon. The cashier stated those haven't been working all day. So instead of overriding it and correcting the problem. She says they do nothing and u can just not buy the items. What store rather you buy nothing at all? Bottom line the store on Battlecreek in Morrow is a nightmare! Go elsewhere!

Horrible.I went in the store with my 6 year old daughter just 30 minutes ago. We were shopping for a couple things for the house. We walked in andthe music was extremely loud! And it had vulgar and profane language. The cashier's cated like nothing was wrong with it! I can understand you playing whatever in YOUR home but NOT at your job. I miss the OLD management because when music was played it did not have profanity in it and was at a moderate volume. I hate that it's the closest one!!

i went in last night only bought an apple juice $2, milk $4.15 and a gummy bears $1 the total was $7 and i gave $20 he gave me back $7 change instead of $12 i went in today told the manager they owe me my $5 she lies and says she rolled the camera back really that fast in 5 mins you rolled almost 2 days of footage back? And says his register was short money he gave someone to much money and shes the manager she knows shes right well i know math and I know the cashier did not give me back the accurate amount of money. Also things are more at the register than the display price.

I was disappointed because the store was like a flea market. The products was thrown all over the place. The cashiers was moving at a fast pace. Overall visit was unpleasant because the products they did have was not what I needed and the prices of the food was higher than usual.

This store is conveniently located walking distance from my home. I visit this location frequently, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. The reason for the one star is, the store is ALWAYS a mess and being stocked with boxes of inventory strewn about the place. I have contacted corporate on two occasions regarding the long lines that you always encounter because there is always one cashier working. Once, there was so much trash in the FRONT trash receptacle until I had considered cleaning it up just to keep the neighborhood sightly. I don't know about the condition of the back dumpster. For the past 3 weeks, there has bern an older gentleman out front begging and no one has asked him to leave. I think we need to turn up the heat on corporate so we can get better service at this location. I'm sick of it.

Had almost everything I needed except the Lysol spray and most importantly the blessed jar gift item can't find in any of the dollar General store's and I have been searching for the past three weeks will you get any in soon ?and if do what store?.Thank you.
