Came in at 9:45 last night and a lady behind the cash register who said her name was Anna was sitting on something and watching videos on her phone super loud. Had to ask where to find a couple things and she literally pointed to an area near the back of the store, i asked if she could show me and she said, just walk to the dollar area. Thankfully a gentleman who was stocking the store was kind enough to help me out.. he was so kind. Came time to do the check out...had a couple small bags of chips and she was literally throwing them into a bag.. so rude. Sorry to inconvience you to do you job and stop you from watching your videos. Her Customer service was a real shame!!

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE IT OPENS WHEN IT WANTS ...IT IS NOW AFTER 8 AM AND THE LIGHTS ARE ON AND DOORS ARE LOCKED...THERE ARE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME SITTING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR STAFF TO OPEN THE DOORSTHIS LOCATION IS ON TARA BLVD AND TARA RDTHE SIGN FOR THE STORE HOURS IS 8AM AS WELL AS ONLINEDOLLAR GENERAL I THINK BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE THERE A $1 STORE THEY DONT HAVE TO GIVE GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE

I sent my child and her friend to the store and the cashier (black female with a red hat on) overcharged them on 3/18/23. I went back and showed her my receipt and she starts telling me that my child doesn’t know how to use the credit card and shut down their system. She said she saw the charge and still left the charge for $18 for one six pack of cherry coke. She proceeded to yell at me and thought she was in the right. Well I’ll have you know I don’t think so. The disrespect I received from the male/female was unacceptable. She had the never to tell me not to come back. I will come back whenever I please. She doesn’t own the store nor has she been working there for more than a couple of weeks. This store should monitor who they hire and stop hiring people who think they run the entire store and steal from their customers.

The only reason I gave this store a one star is because it's the lowest available. This store is horrible and messy. I was looking for an item on Tuesday. The place was a mess. Inventory was in the aisle. I couldn't get down the aisle that I needed to go through. Went back today, 2 days later, and the store is just as messy. Nothing was done. The cashiers scream all over the store for each other. They also eat while ringing people up. This store is always short on help. I'm tempted to go to facebook and any other place to complain. Word of mouth is real, whether it's negative or positive.

Very nice employees but, VERY long lines. Which is due to each DG store only have 2 employees per store. They are overwhelmed with trying to stock, tend to customers and clean the stores. AND you need to upgrade their cash register systems, it's freezing statewide.

I will not return to this store. Everytime i go in the store there u2s never nothing on the shelf and there are always boxes and trash in the aisle so you can not get to the little bit of stuff they do have on the shelf. Ive complained everytime ive went in there yiud think theybwoukd do something about it but clearly noone cares. Every week there are new faces. So maybe they need to look into management as to why noone stays. Id rather drive 10 miles to the next store.

Junky!This store used to be my favorite but it has taken a turn for the worst. Everything is a mess, nothing is clean and you can tell the staff is not recovering the store at night. Items need to be restocked and the prices are not correct. New management has taken this store down.

Very unprofessional. The cashier was playing music very loud and singing along with the music. She took her turban off her head and proceeded to talk to the other store worker during the transaction. The store was very messy. Neither worker were wearing a mask.

This store is low staffed, never clean, and products always in the WRONG PLACE! Truck deliveries are always in the way. Check out lines take way to long. Dollar General get it together!

Often has long line and is messy because their 1-2 employees have a large workload. Waited in line today and realized the store could use an extra employee or two on shift.

This location the staff is not that friendly, a very unorganized location with stuff literally out of place every. Stop going to this location because they rarely have items. Management is the issue here

This location is one of the worst locations to visit!! They have stock in the floor at all times!! Always messy!! They never accept cash in the Mornings which is beginning to pose a problem!! Employees are rude!!!

This store repeatedly closes WAY before it’s time, I went there @8pm and they waved me away. This is like the 5th time they’ve closed this early.

The staff is rude there’s a girl with red braids does not wear a mask or respond to you when you’re standing at the counter more than five minutes is more than one work in the store she’s always talking and leaving the front register, she also tell Customers to hold just to talk to employees of the store she need to be removed from front or fired she has no respect for adults or kids Management has not done anything about this so Sad
