The store manager Karen does what she want. Karen did not honor prices that are shown on the dollar general app. She knows it was a sale on certain items per her PERSONAL CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE while on the clock when I walked in. So, when I got the items I knew were on sale she charged me regular price as if I’m slow. That’s very slick and grimey as a manager I could only imagine what else she does.. very unethical. I can no longer support the store since they do not honor their OWN PRICES SHOWN.

When I say stay away from this place I mean STAY AWAY!!! you'll probably get mugged while in there. Went in and asked cashier if they had any balloons and she just stared at me. Then after asking again she said no in a rude rude manner. Then I proceeded to ask if they had helium since I had one that I had to fill up and with the ugliest face she could make she said NO! just unprofessional. I blame upper management for hiring just anyone from the street.

Horrible Customer Service! I went to this location this morning. The cashier named Ebony looked at us, turned her head, and didn’t even speak. When I thought it couldn’t get any worse, she came up to the front with the worst attitude because I needed something removed from my purchase. This is truly ridiculous and good help is hard to find.

I went here to try to shop for discounted Christmas items. It was well after 11 a.m. and the store was not open. This is a huge inconvenience for customers.

I really like it here, I've never been in a dollar general this big,organized or one with clothes, so this was nice. The cashier was very nice, but my only problem was the dirty shopping baskets.

Nobody spoke when I walked in the door. Nobody asked if I needed help. The cashier didn't speak when I was at the register. The worst part was the $1.00 fee for cash back which I have never seen in all my years in retail (not even at convenience stores). I wanted $10.00 and had to pay $1.00 to get it .... 10% is pure greed

Everytime I see a dollar general or dollar tree i stop.. Lol.. Arts n crafts issues I would say.. I try to go on shipment days so I could get first dibs because ppl are on the same mission as me and I learned that real quick!!! Lol.. The cashiers here are friendly. Store is organized so I appreciate that.

I come in this store and the associates are always very nice!!! Today there was a guy that has only been there a few months a fairly new guy. It is Saturday 07/13/2018 I just walked up to the dollar general doors at 9:55 pm to get a box of kleenex and bottle water. The doors were locked and there was a short dark skin man standing at the register, I asked him through the door what time they close and he said 9:55. I am sure corporate would like to see this, you shorting their revenue so you can go home early. 10 customes could have come in the store. in 5 mins and paid for his whole salary for the day.

This store had bad customer service. The cashier did not give me all my items. I went all the way home when I realized. Then I tried to call the store but of course no one answered. When I got back to the store they never apologized just rude. I already had to wait on a long line ...only one cashier.

Got talking to manger didn't get my prepaid card back after loading . Went back up . No card around , week later found & used 3 times by another employee. Would not tell me who & C. C. P D. Could cared less other wise great store

This place saved my life TODAY!!! The store was clean and the manager Tenesha was the BEST customer service rep ever! She was so polite, patient, friendly, and i feel like she went over and beyond her job duties in order to help me make my daughter's 14th birthday special... I'm so thankful for this Dollar General and their staff... We need more dollar stores with this type of service! It's a rare find these days! Keep up the awesome work Ms. Tenesha!

Well, I tell you that these people here ain't about nothing. I ask for help and the assistance manager(Jada) said that she would be able to help with something I left which was a dollar item and then told me that I needed to come back in the morning to talk with the head manager cause she couldnt do anything about that. I asked if she could call her, she say no she cant answer any question about that , I asked if she could run the camera back she asked what time it was when i left the item then turn right around and said "only the head manager has the code to do that." So more to the story don't say you can help me with something and you really can't. LYING ASS PEOPLE!!

This DG is natsy/dirty place I've every visit. When you walked in all you heard was this loud music coming from the register area ,two emoyees talking personal business in the front. Things /items was so out of place . Its junky .I left without purchasing a thing .What's happening to DG stores.

Great variety of products! But some stuff is more expensive than Wal-Mart like the mouthwash or lotion brands. Fast checkout!

They watch your every move in this store and thats a good thing . The clerk say they have thieves that come in alot. My 3 stars is due to low stock in the store

The staff was nowhere to be found . When I finally located them they were rude and uninterested in helping me. The store is a mess inside and out. I will not be back and suggest that you avoid this store.

Didn't honor what was in the circular nor did they accept my coupon. Not a regular DG shopper so no loss to them and I will most likely bypass them.

This Doller General was one of the most Dirty stores I have ever seen even for a Dollar General not to.mention not very well put together in that stock was not even in the right locations "departments" it almost seems that the area manager hasn't made a visit there in a long timetime if ever or just is not a good coach!!!

The store always seems to be disorganized. It needs to be renovated. It's gloomy, dark & depressing when you walk in. I try to avoid it like the plague.

Don't go after it's been raining bring your Swim Suit you'll need them.The parking lot looks like Lake Spivey.I backed my vechicle up and went to Famiy Dollar,No Lakes.....

I enjoy Dollar General because they have some items that I can only find at their store and the price is right....
