When You Call To Speak With Somebody About Making An Appointment For An Flu Shot You Just Be On Hold For Over Twenty Minutes And Nobody Comes On So You Have To Hang Up Even When You Call Again The Same Thing Happens

My pregnant daughter made a 5:30 appt. for her booster shot, it's now 2 hours later and she was just seen (last one). This is unacceptable and when she asked the doctor why was everyone going before her, he said it's based on which shot they're getting. Guess none of the 13 people have Pfizer. Do better! The people working here are so rude, my mom and brother go to get there covid vaccination arriving 20min early. They get asked for passport even though they’ve checked in online and brought their IDs. They were made to wait another hour when both people working in the pharmacy are chatting away. There was no drive thru line or others in the store to try to make an excuse that they’re busy. I made arrangements for them to get their 2nd shot in fayetteville, the asian man working there is very easy going.

Very disappointing experience. The pharmacy clerk had my identification in hand but still misspelled my name! Standing at the counter this morning one of the clerks was adamant about NOT calling customers who scheduled a COVID test to inform then that beginning today the test will cost more than $100.00 because it was "inconvenient"... too many people coming in and "she could not keep up".This was my first and last time filling RX at with this place.

They did a great job of processing my account while we were there. They even had a cough medicine the CVS didn't have and wouldnt get until Friday. But they failed to tell us when they called at 5:30 that they closed at 6!We got a text 5:38 telling us that our Prescriptions were ready, but by the time my husband got there-going up Tara from Panhandle at that time ofday- they were closed. I needed four medicines: two for my asthma attack, one for a major sinus infection. We took our prescriptions to them because the other store didnt have part of what I needed that day. I ended up with NONE of my prescriptions.
