This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever patronized. They leave you on the phone for an hour holding and never come back. They leave you in the drive through window 30 to 60 minutes without a care in the world. And the pharmacist are rude as hell. This is a place that I would tell anyone not to patronize. The management is horrible. The pharmacy is horrible. The wait is horrible and the people who run the pharmacy are horrible. Take your business to Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, or somewhere that appreciates their consumers. They forget it's us who pay them. PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE!

I advise anyone who picks up medicine from CVS on Tara Blvd double check the cost. I will not be returning to this unprofessional scamming store.Had some cream to be filled for my mother, they told me $1274.99 insurance didn’t cover it.They never had her insurance on file. I gave them her cards. The young lady informed me neither card still doesn’t cover it. Really?I said let’s use GoodRX, shows $14.99 onlineI gave her all required informationShe tells me that only knocks it down to $300 something only. So I asked how is that possible that’s not what the coupon telling me it should be. The lady walks away and stays gone for 15 minutes I guess hoping I would pull off. No! I stayed waiting. For someone to come explain this to me.Another lady comes to window and says your coupon wasn’t valid! How!? You just asked for $300 So she goes we Found a coupon that you can use that makes it only $17!!!That’s some funny to me cause after she pass my receipt I checked for this so called found coupon which wasn’t on receipt. Only CVS care card discount.So both ladies lied. From my investigation these ladies are scamming customers. Telling elderly people they medicine higher than expected and after you pay they go in and charge regular price. My guess they pocketing the difference cause $1274.99 to just $300 to now $17 is a Big Difference.Only sharing so everyone can be aware. Scammers are everywhere. I will be reaching out to management about this concern.

The employees they have working in the pharmacy here are so told. They wont even acknowledge you. Just leave you standing and waiting won’t even make eye contact. I’ve never seen anything like it. Anything any greeting, would’ve been better than the treatment or lack of customer service should I say. Sometimes convenience isn’t always best so I’m definitely going to look for other locations and/or options.

This place needs ZERO stars. I called the pharmacy before coming to verify that my boyfriend’s prescription was ready because he had been to the pharmacy twice and they would not provide him an estimated pick up time. I was on hold for twenty minutes without anyone answering. He checked the app and finally saw the prescription ready. He never received a call or text to let him know it was ready. We got to the store and waited in the driveway for about twenty minutes. Two of the three times he went there, the girl working the drive thru had the nastiest attitude. These people need to realize they are working with people who don’t feel well oftentimes and should take time to help people instead of being dismissive, rude, and uncourteous. If staffing is an issue, provide this store with more help to better serve customers. If training is the issue, train the workers to treat customers with care. He will never fill his prescriptions here again!

The pharmacy has the worst customer service ever!!!! Hold time is over 40 mins. Then they pick up say something really fast and place you back on hold. In a predominately white area this type of customer service would never happen. I really hate to say this but it’s always horrible in our black communities.

Most unprofessional group of people in the pharmacy I've ever seen. Rude, uncaring. Cancer medication wasn't even ordered until 3 days AFTER the hospital called it in. If they hate the job so bad they mistreat customers they should quit.

I’ve been sitting at the window for over 20 mins and decided to do a review. The service is slow. I was greeted once and the lady said one moment. I haven’t even provided my name yet and the line behind me is super long. Still waiting for someone to come to the window. Everyone is walking by but no one is helping. I pushed the button 2x for help. I don’t know why this location is the slowest even when you’re first in line smh… they either need help or need to be more proactive.

Poor service. The cashier was flirting with her boyfriend and took a moment to go the back and completely ignored us.She came back a few minutes later and she wasn’t eager to help.Told her we needed some posters and she rolled her eyes.Totally unacceptable behavior. Pharmacy extremely slow. They have no sense of urgency. Only a few of the pharmacy employees have any type of customer service skills and/or greet you. Great location. Stays stocked well. Cashiers up front are helpful.

Such horrible customer service…I had to walk around the entire store to find an employee. Finally I asked the pharmacist & they said “oh you have to ring the bell”. So I went back up front & there’s no bell. By this time other customers are gathering needing assistance. An employee, Sophia comes in from outside & asks what we need. When I tell her I’m there to pick up photos she tells me their machine went down today. Well my pick up was supposed to be yesterday. When I told her mine should’ve been ready yesterday & if the machine worked yesterday then mine should be ready. She finally explains that they don’t print them out until you come in to pick them up which totally defeats the purpose of sending them in ahead of time to pick them up. When I tell you she had such an attitude it was horrible. I won’t be back to that CVS ever!!

The pharmacy staff displays exceptional service which is always quick, friendly, and filled with concern for their customers. I was in a lot of pain when I dropped my prescription off from dental work, and received extremely fast service. I was asked if I was alright and I appreciate the concern this entire staff has for their customers. Every time I interact with this particular CVS I am very pleased. Thank you for your service. It is greatly appreciated!

Very rude and unhelpful staff. The lady pointed us to the spot we needed to be but was very hesitant to help even tho she told us to call for help. They won’t let you handle some items on your own which is strange. The store is not kept clean, visit another CVS

This pharmacy has really taken a turn for the worst. Pharmacy techs are rude they look so unhappy to be there. I've been trying to transfer my prescription to Publix Pharmacy for the last 3 days. I've been on hold everyday for literally 60+ mins each day to no avail. I went there in person to have prescription transferred and was assured it would be done today. Guess what?? You guessed it. Now I'll need to again make a trip across town to insist my scripts be transferred immediately. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION you should do so!! CVS pharmacy is trash!

I have no choice but to use CVS due to insurance. This is a horrible pharmacy and the customer service is really bad in the pharmacy. I ordered a prescription 3 days ago and it still isnt in. Said to check back after 2pm. They never keep the same pharmacist and only a couple of regular technicians are there that I know. This is ridiculious. I wish my insurance would change, unfortunately, my hands are tied. Oh well.

I’m always having troubles getting prescriptions on time here. I was told I would have my prescription that night and when I went the lady asked me to come back in the morning. When I received a text in the morning, I found that my prescription wouldn’t be done until 2 days later. I tried calling to see if I could get the prescription transferred and no answer!! I had to literally drive to a different location and wait another hour to get my prescription. I understand my prescription may not be urgent to them but for me it’s life or death for my unborn child. I would never recommend CVS to anybody. Very unsympathetic and unprofessional.

I came in to fill a prescription for my daughter and I, as we both have the flu. I was informed that we wouldn’t be able to pick up said prescription until 10am the next day. I come in at 10:40am and it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after being up all night with a sick child. I was not pleased with their performance nor delivery. And then to watch the pharmacy staff argue with a customer was just unprofessional and very disheartening.

They Always have my prescriptions when needed and when I’m not feeling that great they put a rush on it so I don’t have to wait 2 hrs ,now that’s good customer service..

My wife had her Gallbladder removed I waited in the drive through line literally for an hour or more finally got to the window Emory prescribed 5 mil Oxy they didn’t have the 5 but had other milligrams 3.25, 7 or 10 they are supposed to call the doctor and go to the next milligrams and fill it they are never supposed to turn away a patient that just was operated onTerrible service bad management from top to bottom this CVS has continually been terrible for years with bad service and nothing has been done. Be careful going there you will died from the pain before they even get your prescription.
