From the first phone call to the follow up call.....every step has been seamless, professional, guided, timely, cost efficient and more than what I expected. I am speechless and impressed by the carpet selection and the install. The install team was the bomb.com in and out with precision......they cleaned up so well the new carpet was the only indicator of them being there. Amazing from the first call. I had set up a time for someone to come measure the area which is a free estimate. I managed to miss the appt. Scott was so understanding and said he could be out the next day without hesitation. The customer service is exceptional!

Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came highly recommended from a family member and did not disappoint. I called to get pricing and he reached back out with competitive flat pricing without the normal games. He came to the house personally to measure and was very professional. He took time to explain how to maximize the product across three rooms to save money and get a better product in all rooms. He did not pressure and when we were ready, we called and ordered. Within a week, the carpet was in and looks great. His install team was professional and careful. Scott even reached out the following day to make sure everything went smoothly. We will go to Scott for all future flooring needs.

I went to this store trying to find some carpeting I liked, came back to make the purchase on Friday and my carpet was installed that coming Monday at a GREAT price. Scott was easy to work with and the person that doing the installation did a fabulous job. I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely use this business again!

Awesome customer service! Very accommodating! Professional service from phone consultation to in-store purchase and right up until installation. I have carpeted 3 rooms of my home with them and recommended friends, who have been very pleased. I have personally dealt with Anna and Scott. Just wonderful. (Clearance prices are phenomenal)

I live out of town but still have a house in the area that needed some upgrades. My wife reached out via phone and was able to schedule getting measurements and a timely manner. They came out to do the measurements and were very professional and knowledgeable. I then got back in town to select the flooring I wanted and based on recommendations, made very good selections. Then we were able to schedule the job to be done in an adequate timetable. Once they came out and did the floors, I couldn't believe how great the house looked afterwards. They did an OUTSTANDING job, and I definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!

Got new flooring from these guys three weeks ago and it was a great experience. I was greeted by Wayne when I walked in, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had be shopping around for a while for hardwood in three rooms and carpet upstairs. He gave me a great deal. The installers came out five days later and got me finished up in one day. They were very professional and friendly. My floors look amazing!! I will be recommending Carpet Depot to all of my friends

Do your research...installation was great. The process for scheduling and installing was no problem. However the quality of the flooring product was an issue. Make sure to choose wisely. My floors are discolored from water. When I contacted them it was stated that I put chemical on the floor to cause the issue. However, in my closet with the water heater the floor demonstrates the same thing...I never mop in that area. Buyer beware.

Absolute flawless execution of the sales process. Scott Thomas was the professional I worked with. After talking to a couple of his competitors including Empire Carpet whose price was just shy of me saying...that’s a ridiculously outrageous price. Instead I got a referral from a family friend.I called and discussed what I was looking for. Provided the measurements, type of carpet I was looking for. The price was sensational in comparison and Carpet Depot had in stock the same type of carpet. I had to drive to their show and hand pick what I wanted: I saved hundreds of dollars...hundreds😀😀😀Pricing included high quality padding. This guy was just customer service oriented and pulled out all stops to earn my business and my loyalty.His guys showed up. Did the job and cleaned up and the job was EXCELLENT and “I” am some kind of particular. Carpet Depot of Jonesboro gets 5/5 stars. Highly recommended. Ask for Scott Thomas.

This delivered service on time as promised and follows up with the customer after the job is completed. In this day and time it is hard to find business/companies that care about the customer from the beginning of a promised service to the end. Stopped by Carpet Depot while out looking into redoing the flooring in my mom's house. Met Wayne! He shared a few samples with and me and we had a pretty good discussion of my mother's needs. He came out and measured the rooms and provided me a quote for carpet and laminate flooring. He informed me that he uses contractors to complete installations and promised me he would send me a solid crew to complete the work. His crew showed up on time, worked around my mom's uniqueness and did an excellent job. I did have to call Wayne about a month later to have some detailed work looked into. He was very responsive and his crew came back and addressed all of my concerns. Excellent service! Very satisfied and have since recommended Wayne and Carpet Depot to some friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Carpet Depot. Particularly, Anna. She is very pleasant and professional. I have used Carpet Depot on two occasions and they did not disappoint. The installers were very efficient, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. In my humble opinion, Anna is the glue that holds Carpet Depot together. I'm not saying the other employees aren't just as pleasant and helpful, but when I visit the store, I only want to deal with Anna. This is my go-to place for flooring. They do a wonderful job. Kudos to them all!

We had an amazing experience with Wayne and Anna from picking out the wood floor to the installation. We needed about 1500sq to do the job was completed in 2 days. The workers were very efficient and worked long hours to complete the job. I would recommend carpet depot to anyone needed of hardwood purchase and installation.

These people installed my hard wood floors. Besides bad customer service They left a whole area that was not nailed and lose. So I get behind your new customers and wait till you have time to finish a job that was never completed??? We have waited all day and no one has shown up yep to finish the job they were paid to do. They finally got here late afternoon. I wanted to use Home Depot but husband found them cheaper. You get what you pay for .....so true!!!!

My experience purchasing the carpet was very pleasant. Anna helped me choose the carpet that would best fit my home. Anna was very helpful in all ways during this process. After having the carpet for about a year and a half it started to ruffle in several areas of the home. I called Anna back and she sent the guys out who installed it to look at it. The installers looked at and said that it was not properly installed from the looks of things. I then called Anna back and she was very understanding and sympathetic to my need, however the decision to fix my carpet after only having it for a year and half was not hers. She informed me that the warranty was only for one year and that the year was up but they would charge me a fee of $125 to come out and re-stretch it. I was not willing to pay the $125 because I paid so much money to buy the carpet and get it installed. It was not my fault that the installers that is contracted out of carpet depot (Hispanic Americans) did not properly install my carpet, so no I do not feel obligated to pay the $125 to correct their error. Well Anna totally understood me and knew that I was very genuine about the issue. So Anna talked to the owner Wayne, and she advised me that I need to talk to him and tell him my story because my carpet should have not been doing this in less than two years time. I spoke with Wayne and he was not sympathetic at all because it was after the year warranty is all he continued to say. He did not care to hear my story and my frustration with carpet depot and the installers. As Anna informed me if I don't get that fixed soon my carpet will start to wear quicker and it is, my carpet looks as if I've had it for 7-8 years and I've only had it two and half years. Its just me and my son living there and we do not wear our shoes on the carpet, therefore the carpet is clean but it is wearing quickly. However Wayne did not want to send the installers out to stretch the carpet without paying the $125 fee in which I refuse to pay. He continued to say "well this is not unlikely that your carpet is ruffling, it could be something you are doing" instead of facing the truth that the installers even said that it was not installed properly. Wayne continue to push the problem off on me, which is definitely against customer service and customer satisfaction. Therefore I would never buy any carpet from them or refer anyone to them to buy carpet, because they do not stand by their warranty or word. It is best to go directly to Mohawk and Shaw and buy your carpet and let them install it in. PLEASE DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM CARPET DEPOT ON TARA BLVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I very seldom write a review but these folks deserve credit for being there for the customer.Anna greeted me cheerfully, even though it was a gloomy rainy Saturday 1/03/15.We had installed carpet 3 years ago in all but 3 bedrooms of our home. I measured those rooms and took a remnant I had with me to Carpet Depot. I chose Carpet Deport over two other popular flooring competitors who are on TV all the time. Their reviews weren't too great and there were complaints when I checked BBB.There were some very positive testimonial concerning Carpet Depot and I saw on line tthere was a store in Jonesboro.This is where I met the nicest most helpful lady, Anna. As I stated, she greeted me as if my business really would be appreciated. Besides she was very personable.Anyway, after we discussed what the project entailed, she spent several minutes looking through samples to try to match my remnant. She actually found it. She didn't try to sell me on something close, she just kept looking. She took the measurements, plus floor covering for our main bath room, after she verified how I took them. I did have a diagram of all the rooms needing carpet. She figured it up. Quoted me a price which was right on the mark. Anna said, I can order this today and we can install it next Saturday the 10th. The 2 men showed up Saturday a little late, but they had called to inform me. 4 hours later they had all 4 rooms done, furniture moved back and cleaned up.Tuesday the 13th Anna made a follow up call. I told her everything went as she promised and it was a super job. I did say I had forgot to request the new remnants be left with me. She said give me 15 minutes and I'll call you back. She did and had them brought to me that night.Her pricing was competitive on the Berber and the memory foam pad.I cannot say enough Good things.

The guys did a great job laying carpet and flooring throughout the house, and it looks great. However, they left and did not fully complete the job. They were short doorway strip/ surface covering between areas for 2 entry ways. They need to come back and install these.

We almost always buy remnants at the store. They have a large selection but if they do not have what I need they have other economical choices. Their installation cost are Fair and done very well. I've used them since 1995 and have never been disappointed.
