We paid Upchurch fence to put in our privacy fence. After the work was done we were unhappy with the gate and gap. I reached out and was told that’s standard and if they add another board they will void any warranty…meaning if THEY come out to put ONE more board in it would void the warranty THEY offer? So disappointed. Mr. Upchurch wouldn’t get on the phone to discuss this. I was placed on hold…never again.Service: Wood fence installation

5 stars on their work, 2 on communication and responsiveness. We had to call twice a week for WEEKS to get them to finish a job. We got different answers from different people on what they could and couldn’t do. Each time we called, we were promised a callback, that simply didn’t happen. Shane took time to come and walk our property multiple times to ensure that my wife and I were comfortable with the placement and look of our fence. Shane and Lyndsay did a wonderful job of following up with me weekly to keep me abreast of the order process. This was just an amazing customer service experience. Very disappointed. We called and scheduled for them to come out and give an estimate for a new fence. They sent two text messages with one to confirm and one as a reminder. We took time off work to meet them there at their scheduled time. They called 4 hours before the scheduled appointment and tried to reschedule due to weather. There is no severe weather in the forcast in our area as claimed. It is currently not raining and there isn't a chance of it in the hourly forcast. Decided to go with another company due to them not making a good first impression. They didn't even try to accommodate us seeing as we had taken time off work.

After almost 3 full weeks of attempting to get the estimate for my future fence, I’ve come to the reality that my business isn’t good enough for this company! I was told Monday, Wednesday & Friday are the only days Mr. Upchurch is in his office! That’s very confusing because on google the business is open Monday-Saturday. Either way I never had a quote completed and if it was, I never received it! With such disregard for potential customers, I decided to wait to do my fencing until I find a reputable company to help me with my fencing needs! My entire experience with this so-called place of business is to disgusting for words! Upchurch Fence installed a chain length fence at my house recently, and I am extremely pleased with their work. The crew was efficient and addressed all of my concerns. AND the cost was almost $1,000 less than the estimate I received from another fencing company! I'd highly recommend Upchurch Fence!

Took almost 2 months to get the fence put in! Now we did have a change of plans after 3 weeks so they came back out and have another estimate. 1st estimate was on June 17th, wanted a survey to be done. Took them 2 and a half weeks to finally come out, only for them to tell me they couldn't survey our lot, then had another estimate done July 25th. Thought we was on the same page with the new estimate. But some how the installer and upchurch fence was not. The installer did not pull measurements with his own tape measure, but instead dug where the estimator marked with paint, which was short of the estimate by a foot and a half. Removed existing fence that was just supposed to have a gate added and then tried to put a new separate 16ft section, when they was supposed to add to existing fence. But with that being said, I can not recommend nor can I not recommend this company. As the company and the installer was on the same page the next day, they did come back out and fix the issues, My experience with them is negative, but yours might have a more positive note.

Going to get estimate for work to be done. This is the second time because Mr Upchurch didn't show first appointment, although he said he did, but I was there early and didn't see him, probably would look for someone else but already paid half down which they require, after giving phone estimate.

We had an old wooden fence that was is in desperate need of repair (leaning , broken gate, broken panels). We talked about knocking the whole fence down and starting over . The owner came out and advised us it could be fixed and building a new fence wasn't necessary. He was upfront and honest through the whole process. They had a busy schedule but squeezed us in the next day. Im very happy with the work they completed and would highly recommend.

I paid to have a fence installed around a rabbit hutch. When, the man came out to take measurements, he said he could bring as many pallets as I needed to put underneath the hutch to lift off the ground. I called several times to confirm they were being delivered.I also inquired about moving the location of the fence in installment day if it was possible. This would alleviate the need for the pallets meaning the hutch would have to be moved if the fence location was to be moved. Well in installment day, the guys called me and said they could inflame fact change the location but they did not move the hutch.Warning, if you use this company,You obviously have to spell out every detail as freaking obvious as it soundsAnd warning hey don’t try and make it right. I was told two days after the job was done that they would charge me for labor to come out and move the hutch into the fence. I’m just saying.

Had a black chain link fence installed in March 2015. Joey's son did it in one weekend and also concrete was set on every post not just corners. Fence still looks great! Highly recommend........

This company from the owner to the young ladies in the office do a bad job with customer service....l shouldn't never paid them the last check until they repaired my sprinkler system $350 in damages and they refuse to pay for it....l would run from them there are other company out there.... be careful who you let do work at your house....
