This is the third time I have been to this store at 8:20am and they have not been open . If you don’t have the employees to open on time change the open time so people don’t waist their gas driving here .

I went to this store on Saturday 9-10-22. The items did not ring up the 50% off. The mgr came and rang the items up again and manually adjusted the ones she rang up. She never took off the first items that the cashier rang up. 12.00 +12.00 +4.25 I was over charged. Plus this caused me to loose my 5.00 off digital coupon. This cost me 33.25 .My total was 68.66 . It should have 35.41. The mgr was so rude. I am calling corporate . I feel they need to make this right.

Wasn't too impressed it's suppose to open up at 8 but didn't till also 20 after 8.I understand that you can be short staffed ,traffic, etc but you at least have someone there to open up for you.Two employees waiting for the manager or higher personnel to open up shouldn't like that.But I don't know the circumstances so I can't judge.At least she was nice though I will give her that.

I walked out... was shopping and came across soda, sign says 2/11 but online it says 3/13. I asked a lady, she simply replied "it's whatever the sign says" and straight up walled away... soooo screw what online says and screw me right... awesome customer service, I left everything and walked out... she even looked like a manager to

Waiting in line 20 mins for a refund the black manager with short hair screamed at me because i did not have my receipt. She informed me i could not get a store credit. I informed her my receipt was in the car she continued to yell as I was walking out the door saying she wanted to fight and i could not hear the rest. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not want to go to the dollar store and fear for my life. Nobody should want to have to fight just by taking a trip to dollar General.

I like this DG better than a lot of others in my area. Always clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always have lots of items in stock and always have awesome little things marked down in their clearance isle.

I have never in my life met a general manager more rude then the one that works at this store. At first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but it's every time I go in there she has the same nasty attitude and a jazzy mouth.

This store is fairly new and has a huge selection of merchandise. They had placed discounted items in a display outside by the entrance door. So I'm doing my shopping and collected my items for purchase that is on sale for the week. A few of my items did not scan the discounted price when using my DG app. So when i am checking out, there was an employee standing with the cashier. Which i found out later was the manager. She was very helpful with correcting the Price for the items that did not ring up forthe discounted price. My experience so far is very enjoyable. The manager helped to place my items I the cart for me and i preceded to my vehicle. Then i began looking at my receipt and see where i had been overcharged. One item had been rang up 3times. So i returned to the register to get my refund. The employee at the register stated she would have to get these manager bc shewas disagreeing the item had been rang up multiple times. So I'm like ok, I'll wait. And i waited 6minutes and still no-one. Ten minutes, still no one. I'm asking the cashier to please get whoever needs to come and correct it to do so. 15 minutes pass still no-one. I informed employee I had to be somewhere before 7pm and it was already 6:20, so could she get the manager please. Employee stated they were changing shifts now that she would be out shortly. At 625pm i asked the cashier could she please tell me the name of the employee who had helped me. That is when i discovered she was actually the manager. But the cashier did not tell me her name. I asked her again and still not only did she not tell me her name, She just refused to answer me or to look at me. After waiting 26minutes for someone to come assist me and give me my refund, i left the store. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint. I live 45 minutes away from this DG and don't feel i should have to waste my time or gas to return to the store to receive my refund.

It's a nice clean store the only problem that I had was that the manager does not help their employees cashier the one girl had six people in line and the manager just kind of stood there like facing Coke when she could have easily helped her other than that the prices are good the store is beautiful I just wish that the manager would have more help when it comes to customers

I don't go there unless I have to always cluttered isles. The manager is rude and they are supposed to be open till 10 pm and just went there and they were closed at 815.

I need to buy stock in this store. Always good service for whatever I need at the last minute and they are on almost every other corner. Customer service is great always.

Usually a very friendly staff not sure what's up with today's cashier complaint and yelling in front of customers about another customer and cereal. But the manager calmly educated her and the line started moving

The FEMALE HEAD MANAGER THERE IS UNNECESSARILY RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL to be managing a store that's always out of everthing. It also seem as if she cnt keep employees as well. ["NOT GOOD"]. I TINK ITS TIME FOR NEW MANAGEMENT THEIR. IM REACHING OUT TO MY FELLOW NEIGHBORS. IF YOU'RE TIRED OF HER DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE. WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE. TRUST ME. CORPORATE DOES NOT WANR RO LOSE OUR MONEY AS A COMUNITY BECAUSE OF ONE PERSON THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW GER DUTIES or just need another customer service class. 🙄

Wasted my time on many occasions to drive here only to find the doors locked at various times of the day and never open in the mornings on time when I have stopped . A total waste of my time and gas to drive there most times . 12/2 not open at 845am and 12/3 not open at 820am . DG is not interested in customer service at all .

Jenkinsburg Dollar General is a fun to shop, well-stocked, reasonably priced convient store for all your needs... And the staff is friendly and helpful... It's like a modern old time general store!

They asked an 80 year old woman for her ID when she went to buy a pack of cigarettes. I was like seriously can't you see she is WAY older than what is required by law to get them.
