Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty high but expected for the area. The older guy in the ice cream / pie section is a bit of a tool. If you do pickup a slice of pie beware it’s expensive as hell for a teeeeny tiny slice (1” wide by maybe 3 or 4” long for $8.99 . Grocery stores nearby became our go to for island shopping.

This is the most spectacular place I have been in, in a while. Not only does it have everything for all your eating needs but also trinkets and more galore!! Also The Love Shack and a dessert smorgasbord is located inside this Glorious Marketplace!! I most definitely recommend a visit for a look see and don't forget to grab ya goodies while there!!

Prices are a little higher than the winn dixie but if youre already on the island this is a great place. Grocery staples plus unique snacks, great beer selection, and sandwiches.

My husband and I were visiting from Illinois, my husband put his bag containing his wallet and a few other items on a bench and forgot it. We reached out to the State police they checked lost & found to no avail. We received a call and voice message from a wonderful man, Derek, who was so kind. Derek is sending our backpack bag to us in Illinois COD, how many people would do that!! Thank you Derek. The market has so many good items, I had purchased two really nice bracelets for my young nieces. If you are visiting the Island check them out for good things and the kindness.

Cute little place that has all that one would need. However, the cashier/man at the ice cream counter was extremely rude and made many snide comments about the flavors we chose. I regret purchasing from them as the particular employee from there made me feel inadequate and dumb when we were just there to grab a quick snack.

This store has everything. It felt like any local market that you run to in a town that doesn’t have a major shopping chain. Only downside is the prices. Expect to spend vacation level prices for normal things. A bag of Doritos and a can of quest was $15. Aside from that, I loved this store.

Great place to shop for souvenirs, snacks, sweets and food from The Love Shack!!! Right in the middle of everything. We visited several times during our visit.

So good I went back twice!! Not only does this seemingly small basket have so much to give but it's so fresh and crispy you may want to try to order seconds. The sweet potato fries are also out of this world!Aside from this delicious restaurant in the far left corner of this store there is a bakery right when you walk in, a deli in the back and shopping all throughout! The local jams and jellies are amazing. There's usually some free samples sitting around the store too!

My family and I went to Jekyll for a family vacation. This was my 4th visit to Jekyll. My family enjoyed themselves so much, they had me booking their rooms for next year, the same day we left. Go check out The Jekyll Market. It's a grocery store on the isl, that has just about everything you need. You don't have to leave off the island for anything. They also, have restaurants inside the market. Go check them out.

Great selection of food and gifts. But on the pricey side. Got sandwiches from the deli and the staff at the deli were awesome! Had great suggestions for sauces and he was right! I rated it three stars for the market items being over priced and no one was at the ice cream/candy counter. Husband got the chicken bbq and loved it.

Awesome variety of foods and pleasant staff at this island market. There is also a deli and outdoor seating. You can get your souvenirs here as well.

Average, not that many choices, Ice Tea is ok the food is average, kinda pricey for average. The dessert case is sad looking. What happen to the Bear claws? Sticky buns? Bring back the sticky buns!! it is clean though. other than that you really don't have any where else to grab a bite.

Their cuts of ribeyes and filet mignons are TOP TIER. I definitely recommend grilling steaks while grabbing a cold jeklyl island brew

Our family got shrimp, oysters, and fried green tomatoes from the restaurant (Love Shack). Food was quite good. Also got a beer from the bar at the back of the store and ice cream for dessert. Lot of gifts, etc as well.

Yes they are pricey don't go here for a bargain jeaf to the actual grocery stores near by, good for grabbing quick items, something to eat, or souvenirs. The mark up is due to proximity likely, but staff was helpful and engaging. If you live here this place is very important and when you see the price you need to consider who "lives on the island".

This place is great! You walk in and smell seafood immediately. They have so many delicious and different things to offer. Definitely worth a walk through. I bought crab boil kettle chips and cheer wine. Definitely give it a stroll through, you will not be disappointed.
