It was a wonderful get away on a peaceful beach. The atmosphere was perfect. The options of check in and check out times was a nice surprise. We were able to get into our rooms early. Loved that the property was right on the beach with spectacular views. The quantity and variety of food at breakfast was a nice bonus but the quality could use some attention. The rooms were very nice but a tad small but with the construction, I believe there will be additional suites for my next year visit with family.

I absolutely love this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed because our kids have cheer competition right down the street at the convention center. The service is always great, employees are super friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are nice. They were remodeling the one side of the hotel when we were there but you couldn't even hear it and it didn't affect our stay at all. The beach is right there and it is just a beautiful area to stay! Highly recommend!

The perfect break away. I'm on vacation to Atlanta to see my partner for his birthday. As a surprise I booked 2 night at this hotel. I was happy that I did. From checking in to breakfast, everything was great. The staff have been helpful and there when needed. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the bath, which is clean and quiet. The hotel is getting renovated at the moment, but it doesn't take anything away from the experience. The choice of breakfast is great and hot. The rooms are a good size, clean and has everything you need including a microwave and mini fridge. The hotel is a 11 minute walk or a 2 minutes drive to the main street.We asked about the fire pit, we paid $10 for the wood and for it to be set up for us. Just beautiful.We will most definitely come back.Nearby activities: Close to most things.Walkability: Great location to walk to the beach.Food & drinks: Breakfast and vending machine if needed.

This place was great and I would definitely come back. Their breakfast was top notch and while eating breakfast you are able to enjoy the beach and ocean. The hot tub and pool were actually heated for the month of February. It wasn't half heated like other Hotels and the hot tub was 4ft deep. The night sky was absolutely beautiful while relaxing in the hot tub. It has beach access and the staff was really nice. Honestly I hate to share this place lol but I enjoyed my time here.Rooms: They were clean and had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Had a wonderful time with my family! The rooms are clean, staff are excellent, the free breakfast came with many options that meet all my family's picky needs! We were close to everything and being right on the beach was a big plus!Rooms: Really enjoyed the eco- friendly shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the room! Plenty of towels were available. Definitely need more pillows though!

We had 3 rooms. 2 on the second floor and one on the first! All were just perfect for us! The service here is excellent. Housekeeping senses our needs, and Joy and all office workers were exceptionally helpful! Loved the servers in the breakfast room! We'll be back to enjoy the beautiful, home-like, beachy feeling of the decor! Teens enjoyed pickle ball, swimming, biking and beaching! Wowza on the jellyfish!! Blessings to all! 🙏💙🕊️

Room was right on the beach. Great room! Even better than what I expected. Clean. Plenty of towels. Super good breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. Pool clean. Pros:Fantastic location. Right on the beach. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. It seemed like the hotel is really trying to help guests.Cons:Poorly maintained rooms. Paper thin walls to where you could hear conversations and the TV. The beds weren't very comfy and the room had an overall shabby vibe. The AC blasts directly onto one of the beds and there is no way to redirect the air, but you have to have the air on or it gets stuffy. The breakfast was unfortunately not very good either.

Easy access to the beach. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. A really nice breakfast with a lot of options and two pancakes making machines. I arrived 4 hours before the official check-in time and they had a room ready for me!Rooms: The room was on the small side, but clean.

Staff is great! They know what hospitality is all about! An older hotel that has been treated with love. Great for families and retirees. Newly remodeled. This is a great place to stay and I will definitely be back. You couldn’t ask for nicer staff. Rooms were great and breakfast was more than adequate.Nearby activities: Driftwood beach is a great place to visit. If you are a golfer the rates are very good. We didn’t get a chance to play but will next time.

The room.is huge! And it was clean 😍 right on the beach. Breakfast was simple but hearty way better than just continental breakfast! Walking distance to the shops. Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel desk and breakfast area was somewhat dated and cluttered but that was okay by me. The rooms extended the length of the hotel and had a full kitchen which was unexpected but pleasant. The beds were okay. They were not super comfy but were clean which is underrated IMO. Half of the rooms were closed for renovations so the hotel was running at half capacity which meant minimum crowding--obviously a plus. The beach access was immediate and convenient. We spend a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The fact that there were 2 pools was great especially since one went as deep as 8 ft which I feel I don't see as much these days. On the weekend they put up a pickleball net which we didn't get to use but it was a nice bonus activity available. The breakfast was the worst part. The food lacked seasoning and flavor BUT it's one meal a day we didn't have to buy so there's the trade off. If we return to Jekyll (which I hope we do) we will be staying here again. Thanks for a memorable first time in Jekyll. P.S. Sorry we forgot to take pics...too busy enjoying our annual vacation! 😎

This Days Inn is a well kept secret on Jekyll Island. Their room prices are extremely reasonable, and the location is awesome. There were very few people on the beach in either direction, and there was no litter. The two swimming pools were maintained twice a day, and all of the pool chairs, umbrellas, and tables were in good working condition. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and had plenty varieties of healthy food. The public bathrooms were very cleaned and stocked. This is a relaxing and wonderful place to stay!Rooms: The room was spacious, with two queen-size beds, a kitchenette, sitting area, and a private balcony with furniture.Nearby activities: We drove around the island, did a trolley tour, went to the Mosiac Museum, and visited the turtle rescue facility.Safety: The hallways, corridors, parking lots were well lite. The room doors were made of metal.Walkability: The swimming pools and beach were very close to the building. Maybe a quarter of a mile was some small tourist shops and a food store.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was great.

Days Inn is a wonderful place to stay on Jekyll! The view of the ocean is just beautiful! The manager Miss Rose along with Joy, Ramone, Cynthia (at breakfast), and Darryl (keeping the place in order) are the best! We have been going here for 30 years and enjoy it every year! Keep up the good work and please reward these staff members for going above and beyond! The morning breakfast is delicious with a good variety! The rooms are big and the ocean front rooms have a lovely view.

It was a wonderful place to stay and Jeremy the front desk attendant was so helpful and nice, my husband and son also just went down one time just to chat with him. The staff that cleaned the rooms are efficent, friendly and helpful and they stay on top of it. Breakfast service staff, awesome. They on a constant, filling and checking on things and asking if your ok and making sure things look good and trash emptied. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was mildly annoying was its undergoing renovations and you could here the workers through the day and at breakfast.
