Rude and incompetent!I knew the store opened at 7am. I waited until 10 after before trying to goin. I had to call Charles and argue with him that the door was not unlocked even though he said it was.The pharmacy people are slow and rude as well

I finally had to transfer all my prescriptions to a competitor due to not being able to fill medicines. They state the manufacturer is on back order but their competitor had NO issues getting them filled. And their app needs work.

Bad customer service. Had a delivery order was told they don't deliver even though I've had multiple orders delivered before. Was charged a delivery fee and tip. Manager didn't know who I should contact to get answers.

My Covid card was denied by a cruise line, for an upcoming trip because a date was written ineligibly by this pharmacy. When I called Walgreens to ask how to remedy, "Mercedes" initially answered the phone with attitude and abruptness and then responded in the same manner. I got in my car and was inconvenienced (1 hour round trip) to pick up a new card. However, happily it was ready at my arrival and I profusely thanked the staff. Rather than being receptive to my thanks, I received "stink eye" from the surrounding staff (the pharmacist or med tech even rolled her eyes at me). As representatives for Walgreens, not one apology was delivered from any of these ladies for my inconvenience due to THE PHARMACY'S MISTAKE! Thank goodness the young man "Jabe" was all smiles and told me to have a safe trip! Apparently, at his young age, he understands that the "customer comes first"! Furthermore as I as leaving the store disgruntled, Scott (very nice cashier) offered and called the manager. The mgr never came; that was okay being lunchtime or having other store issues. However, I should have received a follow-up phone call from him, at the very least, due to my obvious dissatisfaction with the pharmacy attitude which I openly expressed to the pharmacy itself as I walked away.. My family spends a fortune on medication monthly. Whether it's on the phone or at pick-up, Jasper Walmart pharmacy is ALWAYS customer friendly no matter how busy they are. Superior service every time! This Walgreen pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment! Will NEVER use them!

Don’t even bother. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Try calling any time of day and you’ll wait at least 45 minutes. They consistently lose prescriptions claiming they never got it yet I watched the doctor send it, and once I get it resent they magically find it.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve waited at least a day to pick up prescriptions and they still haven’t been filled and I get told “oh, it’s not filled yet, can you come back?” what a joke.

We have been to Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Jasper just a few times and that’s enough. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered at any drugstore. Not willing to help or go out of their way at all. This is every single time. Just asking a simple question to one particular Pharmacist (can’t remember her name) was a sin. She never smiles and super unfriendly. There is no excuse for this. Will never get my business again and I am sure they don’t care.

On vacation from Chicago, we had to get a prescription for my husband and they told me they could not fill it because the paper prescription from my doctor was a copy (it was not), plus made a crude comment about us being from Illinois. Is this what the state of Georgia is all about? Never, never, never, visiting again.

The pharmacist understands how free coupons with titration works and that Doctors give their patients samples. They should ask the patient at what dose they have reached on their titration and indicate that on the voucher request. They are basically scamming old people by reducing the number of free SOLIQUA PENS FROM 5 to 2! My doctor ordered 5 pens and the voucher is for 3 pens!

We moved (locally) from Canton to Jasper about 3 years ago. My wife has been telling me how horribly rude they were at the Jasper location compared to all of the other locations we have used (2 or 3 on a regular basis). I experienced that this evening first hand. First of all, they have two lanes (first come first serve) and I pulled up to the second lane because someone was in the first. Now, I will say, there were others in the first lane but if you have ever been to a Walgreens you will know that it is posted that both lanes are open. Anyway, after helping the current customer, she proceeded to help the next car in that first lane and had me wait. Not pleased, I pressed the help button and she came on and said “I’ll be with you in a moment” and put me back on hold. After 5 mins or so and she finally finished with that customer, she then asked if she could help me. I tried to expressed my frustration, but was stopped short with her talking over me. At this point if she had even been remotely nice and maybe offered up some sort of explanation, I would have probably been on my way. Didn’t happen. I ended up asking for her boss (Nelly) which was no help and very rude herself. Didn’t even make eye contact with me. I asked for the original employees name so I could place it on my upcoming google review and she refused to give it to me. I finished up, pulled around, went in the store and asked the very nice cashier for the manager and she called manager Casey to the front. (I feel bad that I didn’t get the nice cashiers name to give her praise) I explained the entire situation to Casey and she basically said she didn’t see that her employees did anything wrong. I told her I was appalled that nobody could see any problem here. The sweet lady at the register then apologized for what I had to go through and also offered up the store managers name and said I could contact him the following day. If only the other employees would have been more concerned about listening to a valuable customer and even showed a bit of compassion then maybe I would go back.I have been a Walgreens customer for 20 plus years and have a family of 5. Well sure, maybe my original concern wasn’t that big a deal... maybe I should have just let it go... or maybe... just maybe they could have listened to my issue and showed just a tiny bit of “we give a shit”.Btw, I have never ever complained to a Walgreens prior to my moving to Jasper. I’ll have to say I wasn’t shocked when I saw their 3.5 star rating. Nor was I shocked when I realized they forgot one of my prescriptions. 🙄

Super unprofessional pharmacy. I called to see how much my prescription was and they told me it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Then on Saturday they told me the prescription didn't come in until Friday, which was a lie. I verified they received the prescription Thursday and got the price. Then she told me they had to order it and it wouldn't be there until Monday. They did the same thing with my sons asthma medicine.

I stopped in here for Passport photos. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The store is clean and we'll organized at all times. There are occasionally some good deals, but for the most part their merchandise is overpriced when compared to high volume stores. If you want to get in and out quick this is the place to shop.

I understand that working the floor at Walgreen's has its challenges, but I have had several bad experiences lately with employees stalking me around the store assuming I am shoplifting and at this location, a woman between her 40s and 50s with shoulder length dark brown hair was extremely inappropriate in front of her colleagues and other customers in order to convey her irritation with me for having to put some items I was considering back on the shelf by slamming the basket down on the counter ridiculously loudly to make a point when I offered to put the items back myself but instead of accepting my offer or accepting her job responsibilities with class, she decided to embarrass me and make a show for no reason at all in the sense that doing so would do no good other than make a scene and serve as a display for her discontent. I decided not to buy anything at this point due to the appalling nature of this lack of customer service, and she then proceeded to follow me outside to see what vehicle I got into so she could consider calling the authorities for revenge in her anger and tell them she believed me to be shop lifting. Perhaps it was just a feeble attempt at a show of power or perhaps she 2as having a bad day or perhaps I should have handled something differently, but they lost hundreds of dollars of revenue from her behavior, and i will not shop there again when I have a Walgreens closer to my house with better customer service anyway.

I never find what I'm looking for when it's specific. Things are difficult to locate if they do have it. Card selection is horroble. Hardly a cashier available. Only use if need a prescription. Drive in only. They are also more expensive than anyone. Can't even get an adult coloring book.
