Me and my family were there looking forConcrete and the lady that works there was awfully very rude.Her name is Sara.We had to get someone else to help us because she just seemed like she didn’t want to help us.The guy that helped us was very helpful and got us what we wanted. Sara kept on giving dirt looks at my family.We felt uncomfortable.Yes I am Hispanic and Ik that I shouldn’t be getting this type of service not only because brown don’t mean I should be treated differently.And no one came to help my dad put the concrete up on his truck.We looked around for help and no one was around.This was terrible service.Everyone should be treated equal and not differently.

Yesterday I made a purchase but somehow failed to put the loopers in my car. I called them once I got home but they did not see it in the cart or the checkout area. I went back to the store and did not see the cart however I went the checkout area and the associate told me that they found and it is in Customer service. I was given the looper’s without any problems. This is why I go to Home Depot for all my DIY projects

Teach your team members to use the outside lift. I had 2 48” husky toolboxes that could have been loaded 30 min faster than trying to get more people to lift the 265 lbs that each one weighs. I drove a good way to have to wait because your employers weren’t trained properly.

Picked up some dollar poinsettias this morning. They were beautiful, healthy looking plants. As we were checking out, the friendly cashier offered to take our picture in the red pickup truck. Overall this was a great Black Friday shopping experience as we also ran into several friends. Love Home Depot and so thankful to have it here in Jasper. Thank you.

Went in to purchase a storm door, Kelly who waited on us scanned several doors and said they weren't in stock, however he could order it.Husband continued to look behind display of storm doors and found all were in stock from which we were interested in.Purchased the door we needed. It's ashamed customers have to ask for help and then look for the proper product to make sure it's in stock. I think Homedepot needs to improve it's customers service! I'm really hoping they can beat what we experienced.

The only thing I can complain about at home depot is the parking. No matter where you park it is still a hike to get in and out of store.

Always greeted with a friendly welcome from staff in garden center. Cashier Colleen is the sunshine that grows the flowers. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable if they don't know the answer they find it for you.

After waiting for about 10 min for someone to come to the paint counter to help me. A guy finally came, but didn't ask who was 1st, he randomly picked someone that had just walked in. Since he had no idea what hustle is, another guy came through & asked if he needed help & he said no. So I grabbed the guy myself to help me. The 2nd guy started my paint and disappeared, literally! He never returned the whole time I was there! A woman came back from break, or wherever, and started helping another guy that had just walked up, again not asking who's next. During all of this an elderly lady came and asked if someone could help her get a bird feeder down and said she'd been all over the store trying to find someone to help her. The paint lady told the 2 employees that were (barely) working next to the paint dept that some lady needed help with the bird feeders 'or something' but she doesn't know where she went, like she didn't understand what 'I need help getting a bird feeder down' meant, she spoke very clearly & I heard her with no problem. Hello!! She went back to the bird feeders to wait for some help! They all looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders and never went to help that little old lady. When I was finally frustrated enough to say 'hey, I was here 1st & I just want my paint samples', paint lady got rude with me and said she wasn't going to argue with me. I chose not to be that guy, because it would've taken up even more of my day. Come on! Home Depot is better than this! I've never had a bad experience but today felt like I was in a different store. Who doesn't help little old ladies get bird feeders?? And retail 101, you should always ask who's next.

The most friendly and impeccable customer service from staff. Its true small towns have friendly faces and we go out of our way to drive to this Jasper location for the pleasant nature we recieve. Everyone's ready to greets you with a smile and more then welcome to make time to help you out.Today: The tool service desk helped us in quick turn around time on a repair as they knew it was an easy fix! Thanks for willingly smile and help us city folk out!! Much appreciated.

After an issue with the 2nd mower we bought the managers Steve and Jeff C. helped us get it taken care of and get it replacement quickly with a different brand. I really appreciate everything you guys did to take care of us and for that we will remain HD customers for life. Stealth pricing, keeps changing, mostly upward. Products not in stock. We inquired about a barn and foundation. Home Depot informed us they knew about our county's codes. They were wrong.)Edit: very rude service in carpet dept. The employee mocked me when I showed him the product I wanted on the phone/internet. From now on, I'll just stick to making quick stops for hardware.

It was lacking in the lumber department and no employees were available on the floor to assist you. I went to the Pro desk and tried to get help and wound up leaving after 20 minutes without wood. She called later and told me the found the wood. Later I went to get stain. I bought stain there for my parents house years ago and they told me they don't have it and didn't know when they would. It wouldn't be so bad if they were just honest nice and suggest another place until they recover from whatever this malfunction is.
