I'm not normally one to take the time to write a review especially a review about a lower rating but I feel like management should be aware of this. Last Sunday evening returning home we stopped to fuel up and restroom breaks. The place was a mess! Bathroom floor, sink, urinal disgusting. The kind of disgusting that make you want to go walk in the grass before getting inside my truck. The parking lot, garbage all over the place. Stained concrete, not from engines, that I do expect, however it was stained there too. But stained from where people dump stuff. No receipt paper. No paper towels or water in the windshield wash station. Just pitiful!This weekend I decided to skip the restroom and spare my shoes and truck floor. The parking lot just as it was last week. So here I am, writing this review.Racetrack, am I a racetrack rewards member? Not anytime soon if this place stays as nasty as this.

This woman really just told me she could not take my cash for gas, because she doesn’t have change in her drawer. I don’t need change. Make it make sense Racetrac. 🙄

This is one of the nicest locations I've ever visited so far. Tons of employees and they were all working, cleaning up areas, stocking, helping the large amount of customers. Very busy but quick and efficient. Loved the selection of quick bite foods. And it was clean! Very rare in a gas station. Parking area was very large and had plenty of pumps

I just bought a car charger for my phone and accidentally bought the wrong one. The staff readily exchanged it for the correct one and when it would not connect to my specific vehicle’s system, they went out of their way to provide me with a car charging adapter. He came to my vehicle and told me not to worry about reimbursing him. I didn’t catch his name, but RacTrac in Jasper will be my first choice for now on. Great customer service!

Not 24 hrs I sat here and watched at least 15 people go to the door and it was locked. Yes there were a lady inside what she was doing idk. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS

Great staff! They couldn't have been friendlier - and on a holiday weekend. I had two complaints: the men's room was a mess, and the ground around my gas pump was filthy and so sticky. While this is the last stop before hopping on 575 as one makes their way from the North Georgia mountains, high traffic volume shouldn't be an excuse for the condition of some areas. Apart from the restroom and the pump area, the inside of the building is very clean, but lit, and fully stocked.

I love race trac, we use their gas savings app and save 3 to 10 cents whenever we fill up. And the food. Ice cream, pastries etc, there's no reason not to go there for gas and/or good snack.

My experience here today was the worts experience I have ever had at a Race Track.1. The gas pump digital screen is displaying "Pump not Ready" after I run my credit card. I go inside to get help. After standing in line for what felt like five minutes, the manager told me , he already that pump wasn't working. If he knew this, why the hell did he not put an "out of order" sign on it? Such a sign may have saved me close to fifteen minutes.2. The bags for the Crispy Cream donuts were out of stock. I bought two anyway because they had papers I could use to avoid sticky hands. When purchasing the donuts, the cashier didn't offer me a bag . I didn't think to ask for one until after I paid with my card and took about two steps away. I turned around and asked for a bag, the cashier pointed to the bags at the self-service kiosks.

Great place to take a little break from driving. They have “everything” and I mean everything! Hot pizza, make your own sundaes, sandwiches, ice cold beer and all the usual items found in a convenient store including gas. Restrooms very clean.

They made a special order pizza for us. The young man made it exactly how we wanted it. The pizza was delicious. All of the store employees we met were very friendly and we're eager to help us. We will return.

A couple of weeks ago I stopped in and grabbed a sausage biscuit around 4:45 am ish. I took a couple of bites and realized it tasted off. when I finally got to investigate, it was very undercooked. Thankfully I only took the 2 bites. Today I stopped in, hoping it was just a fluke. I grabbed a couple of pieces of pizza though. They tasted fine and I enjoyed them. Until 15 minutes later when my breakfast came back to visit. I ended up vomiting for a couple of hours after eating there and had no issues beforehand. Needless to say, I won't be back to buy any of their food.

Not everyone enjoys what they do for a paycheck, but when the guy cleaning the floor with the floor Zamboni is mean mugging customers who are trying to purchase products and grab a quick bite.... Not very cool. It's an extra 20 seconds, you will survive

I stop here often for gas, restroom, and snacks when making long trips. It’s always packed, but this is a great location to visit. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly. I highly recommend making a stop here before or after you travel 575!

I go to this gas station all the time on the way to to my place in the N Ga mountains. I usually fill up well before Atlanta so I can try and get through the mess of bad traffic and terrible drivers. Once I get through Atlanta and then up I575 this is the first good gas station once the interstate ends and it's easy to stop at. Get a fill up, stretch the legs and get some coffee. On the way out stop here for the same but opposite. It's the last stop before hellish traffic.

This place is questionable, when I use my debit card it charged it twice that has happened twice .and have to drive back to get the refund so I stopped using my debit card. But as far as service goes it great very nice and polite cashiers .

Hwy 515 Jasper, GaThe store Manager should be fired along with the cashier that ripped me off. Someone is a theif ! Dont trust them with your lottery tickets. They cash them in , say they dont have cash , return tickets to you. After 3 days of them investigating Im told they figured out what happened but couldnt prove amount of tickets so they couldnt do anything. They kept one ticket ( that should have been kept out after a complaint) ( not shredded) and the two tickets that was given back should be proof enough to give a customer her money .$135 is nothing to a company like this and making a wrong right to your custmer is what anyone should want to doThe store Manager was very rude from the very start and didnt call back like she said after investagating , I had talked to several shift managers all understood . I spent 3 days trying to get this taken care of. 4 phone calls and several visits ! If you know what happened and your customer was stolen from you should make it right!Maybe it wasnt the cashier Im starting to believe the store manager had something to do with it!Very unhappy customerLisa

Pumps here are garbage. One simply wouldn't pump anything after my credit card had been approved. Move to the second pump, and it literally took 15 minutes for me to pump 28 gallons into my van. One of those things where you're the one who has to have your hand on the pump handle at all times so the gas just trickles in, otherwise it will click off. Incredibly annoying. Then the receipt printed out blank, so I had to go inside and stand in line to get the receipt. I noticed another guy at the pump across from me having the same issue. He had to change pumps too. Oh look, as I write this an employee is coming out and putting a yellow bag over all the pump handles. Apparently they are out of gas?

Almost every time I go in, the frozen sodas (Coca Cola and Dr. Pepper) are not working despite there being four dispensers. Then yesterday, although there was change in the register, the clerk said they could not give me any change due to a shortage. I made a purchase and RaceTrac made an extra nickel off of me. Do this enough and I am sure this store's financials will look nice at the end of the month. There are other places to get gas and refreshments...and I will use them.

Lottery theif at this location! Store manager is a liar and very rude!" we know what took place but we can not prove amounts so You get nothing " after they cashed in 3 tickets and didnt give me the money . They gave me back 2 tickets that showed redeemed how is that for proof. If you checked your cameras for real you would clearly see the entire transactionUpdate: this review got the attention of Racetrac . I did call the number provided they were very concerned and sent my complaint to the right person . He did return my call and looked into this issue. He is returning my money after his investagation . I appreciate it! Mistakes happen and owning the mistake is important.Thanks to youLisa

They must be under new management. The bathrooms we're disgusting, they were out of milk and half and half at the coffee bar. I went back, the bathrooms were still gross, and there was half and half for the coffee, but an older homeless looking woman was literally sticking her nose in all of the half and half cartons looking for a "fresh" one. Gross!I walked out and went to Quik Trip for my coffee.I returned a month later. Still no half and half. I went down the road.

I'm a regular at this store as it is rural. They close all the time when they are supposed to be 24hrs. You can't pay cash and it's hard to find another gas station near by if you're low on gas! Don't bank on this racetrack late at night! Get your gas before you get up here!

The store was clean and stocked. The cashiers were "meh." I can't tell you about their self-service by the pump or their bathroom or yogurt.Great chicken and beef empanada for people who like to fish for their meat. It looks like there was enough meat for 1 empanada but was stretched for 5 empanadas. Then to be stingy with the meat they add peas and carrots. A big plus, have olives. :DOn a scale of 1-10, with 10 being great and 1 being gross....perfect 5. Not great but not gross. I imagine they're great if you're drunk or hungry.
