This was my first visit, as I just moved to Jasper. I was able to buy food for my daughter's ball python and a new light. The ladies who work there are really nice and helpful. Great experience!

Came in on Sunday thinking about getting a kitten we saw this guy snuggled into a women's arms all cozy sweeties woman I ever met answered all my questions but didn't get the kitten then we slept on the choice and called the next day because we couldn't stop thinking about this little guy I called and to my luck they still had him we ran over right away after making sure we had age appropriate food toys bed that he doesn't sleep inBecause he has a likes to snuggle my arms lol he was ment to be my husbands birthday gift but he fits perfectly in our life's this little kitten has changed our lives for the better and I will be looking to this place for him a companion 😁☺️

Having 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a fish, i frequent this store. I buy the same dog/cat food every time (for 5+ years now) and they have always followed through with my free bag for every 12 bags purchased. On top of that, the employees are always more than pleasant. I love catching up with Miss Sue and Miss Caitlyn (I hope I spelled your name correctly) about our pets and their antics. They are helpful and kind. I also love and admire that they offer the opportunity to donate food and toys for the dogs and cats in shelters- and specifically the senior dogs. I try to donate every time I go. It is always a good experience and I appreciate that!

Just moved to Jasper and was thrilled to find this gem is located right in town!! It's got everything you need for any kind of pet, they even have food for my reptile babies. The store is very clean and organized, good prices comparable to bigger chain pet stores, and the employees are so kind and helpful!

I got our Ladybug groomed for the her first time ever. And those girls dud a fantastic job 👏. She didn't act bad at all when I picked her up. And she looks a million times better. Probably lost 20lbs in hair. Lol 😆I will be taking her back.

My family loves this place, our dog most of all. At lest once a week my wife goes in to get out dog some of the cookie treats. The staff is always super nice and friendly. You can tell they enjoy there job they keep the store very clean and well stocked.

Old lady that works there typically has an attitude we brush off but it was 10-15 minutes til closing an I brought my kids in to get feed for our lizard an shop around for our dogs. She was completely disrespectful soon as we walked in as to rush us out she was trying to close that we just went ahead an left

This is my go to pet store when I am in Jasper. The staff is always friendly and they always have the dog food and supplies I need. I really like the buy 10 bags of food get 1 free deal they promote.

My grandfather was supposed to get a bag of dog food free with his 10th bag, which he was getting today. The person at the register who was ringing him up denied him getting a free bag, supposedly on account that he doesn't come in often enough. So he's supposed to buy FOUR MORE bags of dog food, THEN he gets one for free. Talk about a rip off. Shouldn't advertise something like buying so many, and then get a free one, if you are going to deny a customer their free bag for a reason such as that.

I couldn't decide on whether I should give a full five stars or stick with four.. I obviously chose the latter. The lady running the place that day was very sweet and informative. This issue in no way reflects the person she is or her attitude and my situation could just be bad luck. I purchased an E-collar for my thirteen year old cat- one she suggested had worked well for other customers in the past. Her recommendation on this particular collar sold me, even though I was leaning toward another brand. I get to the vet, pick up kitty, and go home. The purpose of the collar was due to his age and past troubles, he had to have a catheter installed in his urethra- this catheter needed to stay in him another week. An hour after I get home, I walk in to check on him and notice the collar on the floor. To my horror, I also see his catheter pulled out next to him. After the shock wore off, I picked the collar up and noticed he didn't simply slip it off, but the Velcro that secured it was hanging off.

For 3 months I have requested Hornworms for my Dragons and assured they would be ordered. Spoke straight with the manager many times, but the last time she claimed she never spoke with me and would order them. Guess what? They NEVER got ordered! Also, All of their Live Feeders are ALWAYS dead, wax worms in particular.. I am 20-30 containers, ALL DEAD!
