Monday 05/30/22The employee (Zacharia) whom was working on this day deserves an exemplary review! He displayed professional courtesy and went above and beyond the call of duty. The Standard of Excellence displayed by him should be followed by all employees in every business across the nation. It is an ancient old tradition of singing praises and rewarding the hired help monetarily if they serve their employer well. A good old pat on the back doesn't bring home the bacon. Zacharia is worthy of a GOOD raise. On the ashes of my Father and Jesus Christ himself,....I do not know Zacharia nor was I paid to post this message of truth to the masses.Sincerely yours,.... Just moved to Jasper so my 1st.Time at the store & since it was the closet to my location.. Overall experience was a pleasant 1 specially since I knew where nothing was at basically. But was able to shop taking my Time an learning an finding the things I was needing & shopping for.. Would of gave the store a 5 star rating but they were a lot of stock carts in an around several isles. But that can be expected on days when stock is needing to be put in its place on the shelves an stands through out the store.. The employees were kind and pleasant & were doing their jobs professionally through out my visit while shopping.. I'll most deffinatly be back to shop an buy the items I may have need of again for sure....

Waited until Saturday to do my shopping, so as to take advantage of the, $5 off $20 coupon. All did not go well, however, cashier didn't hesitate to make things right even though it took 3 tries. Bless his heart, I sure did appreciated it.

I love going to Dollar General to purchase my household cleaning items mainly because of the digital coupons. The people are always friendly and helpful! The only thing I wish they would change is to have more room in the isles. Also the clothes are always crammed together. That's not just this one but every Dollar general I've ever walked in.

Employees are very friendly especially the ladies they are really up to help you find what you need. The Isles are a bit cluttered and just enough room for one cart go through so a good place to pick up a couple of items and go. Otherwise you need to get a shopping cart and watch out for people in a hurry, they're known to get buggy rage. LOL. A good shopping experience with the friendly employees and the sale prices. All joking aside. Pleasent experience.

Showed up five til closing and the employee was standing outside smoking,talking to one of his friends. So I said to him we still have time ,I just need to get one thing. He still proceeded to stand there smoking and caring on his conservation,like I wasn't even there. So sad and bad customer service.

Great prices and customer service. The store is well organized and easy to walk through. The clearance items were dirt cheap. It was my first time visiting this dollar general. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

The local manager at Dollar General told me I gave a bad rating & the only thing I can coclude is someone hacked my old account. I love the Dollar general beside Little Caesars in Jasper Georgia and every time I walk into the store I'm greeted by whomever is working and the service is fast and you go in and you feel like you're part of a family in some way so shout out to Mary, you are an awesome manager and you run a wonderful store and I would never say anything bad about your store. It is one of the most organized and put together Dollar generals in Jasper.

they need to clean up all the way around and theur employees need an attitude adjustment. if you don't like working the public then get another job. it's so cramped inside that store

I can say nothing really wrong with the store, some of the employees have an attitude, some are super nice, some are indifferent. I'm always hard pressed to find ANYTHING in this store...I wish my local DG store was better than this one.

The Dollar General in Ellijay on Maddox drive is very unkempt. You can't get up and down the aisles and there are no shopping carts inside or near the front door. The Dollar General on West Church Street in Jasper is one of my favorites to shop in.
