One star is way to high of a rating for this place. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to a pharmacist , but was then told that he couldn’t speak to me because he was busy. Omg, CVS needs to do better. Moving all of our scripts to a different pharmacy. Goodbye CVS.

This has got to be one of the worst CVS stores around.They suck at customer service, leave you sitting at the drive up window without acknowledging you. I'm sitting here now, it's been ten minutes. I'm moving my prescription needs elsewhere.

CVS please explain to me why the drive through pharmacy takes precedence over the patrons that make the effort to walk in and pick up their prescriptions? Are not the walk ins likely to make additional purchases throughout your store?I observed your staff allow an elderly gentleman to stand for 10 minutes before being greeted so you could attend to a car that pulled in after he stepped up to your counter!Just seems to me, the face to face clientele should take priority over the drive through and phone customers.Please respond if your policy states otherwise and why.

Horrible customer service at pharmacy and at specialty pharmacy! I have been dealing with this issue for over two years. Now I am trying to transfer my medication to another pharmacy that actually picks up the phone. However, CVS won’t transfer medicine request transfer after five attempts from the new pharmacy I want to use. I’ve been on the phone placed on hold three times today. I can’t even get to a manager without holding forever and going through the automated system. Now I am going to have to get my doctors to send all medications for my husband and I to the new pharmacy! I have never seen such incompetence and this company needs to be reported to Hippa for not transferring meds in a timely manner. Plus the store is old and dirty. They even have closed their drive through window. I get it that they are short staffed but the competition is also short staffed and will pick up the phone and take care of me. I’m done! This poor service has be going on for two years especially with the specialty pharmacy!

This CVS pharmacy is terrible. I called to special order a medication from a certain manufacturer of said medicine because other manufacturers of the medicine don't work well for me. I called well before my pick-up date and spoke to a lady there. She ordered the certain brand for me and confirmed I would get them on pick-up date. She even had me call the day after I spoke to her, to confirm (once again) that they were ordered. Well, I go and pick up my medication and it is not what I ordered. They couldn't answer why I didnt recieve the said medicine I ordered or why I was promised by the lady to recieve the medication I ordered. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I highly do not reccomend using this CVS. I see why their reviews rating is so low now.

One star is too high for this pharmacy . The employees are nice but they are so understaffed that they can’t do their jobs . Cvs headquarters should be ashamed of their store . Good employees can’t work the job of 100 people . I have tried 3 times to pick up my prescription , waited at the window twice for over 20 minutes with no one helping because they are going Covid test . You can’t pick up a prescription at the window . I finally get someone on the third try and they can’t find my prescription . I have been on hold for 46 minutes this time just trying to speak to the pharmacy to see if they found it . Sure the employees are nice but the service is horrible because of bad management .

Megan was absolutely amazing! I have recently changed my career path and awaiting for my insurance to be active. This being the case my medication was over $200.00. One being over $200.00 on its own and I needed to pick up three. Megan took the time to find a way to discount the price of the medication using GoodRX and other avenues to decrease the cost. I have always been a CVS fan but this has made me a member for life. I too work in customer service and believe in the importance of providing exceptional customer service to the best of ability. Thank you Megan for reminding me once again why I love coming there. CVS, from what I see you have an asset with Megan as your associate. I would hire her on the spot just from what I experienced today. Thank you again!!

Schedule for my covid booster twice and both appointments were cancelled without any explanation. Automated system says they have appointments available and the vaccine dose needed. Waited for a representative and no response. Not sure what's happening but based on previous reviews, sounds best to not waste your time here, more headache than helpful.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I were scheduled for pre-travel required Covid tests. A CVS pharmacist informed us after we arrived at the scheduled time that they did not have a technician that day to perform the test. The test was canceled without any notification or alternative suggestions for getting it elsewhere. Note: we were told that the same incident occurred to our neighbors several weeks ago at the Jasper CVS location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They advertise a code for 50% off pictures online that would not work after spending hours uploading the pictures!! But, we thought they would enter the code at the store when we paid. But NO! She said there was nothing she could do???? This is false advertising!! This is a dishonest practice! Won't ever use this CVS again!!! They don't care about customers!!

Zero stars, I purchased a bottle of vit d3 gummies when on bogo sale, 3 months ago. Took a rain check for free one dou to only having one on the shelf. Today, I visit to retrieve my free bottle on my rain check. Again not available. Asked Manager if they could substitute any brand as long as I did not go over original purchas price. He stated ok, but when it took 2 bottles to achieve same quantity he refused my raincheck. Every time I visit this pharmacy it akways ends up in unfair customer service. I will not shop here again and will share my experience with everyone.

Customer service is lacking. It's taken 3 days to fill a prescription. Called for the second time today, (getting someone to answer the phone is a big deal) the first time they said it would be a few hours....5 hours later and it's going to be another 40 minutes! Definitely switching pharmacies.

If only there was an option for ZERO stars. The automated system has contacted me three times now to tell me my meds are ready for pickup, but when I arrive the pharmacy staff tell me there is nothing there for me. Beyond that, their explanation is ‘Oh, that’s the automated system…’. This is the CVS AUTOMATED SYSTEM. They just don’t care.

Look at all the bad reviews, you must not care and its a disgrace to the community you are supposed to serve. To make people wait while yourattle through your other orders where those people ARE NOT THERE is horrible and disreseptful. Shame on you in the pharmacy and shame on the store 'manager', who obviously does not care.

Customer service in the pharmacy is need of improvement. Staff is not polite or courteous. I feel like I am a bother and not a valued customer. Switched pharmacies today after an exceptionally rude and distasteful experience with Victoria over the phone.

It took me 5 mins in line at the pharmacy which is great. But there is literally no one in the store front counter...EVER. I even went behind the counter and called the manager from the manager voice call button. It just rang.

Claims to be under staff, but does not tell you when they are out of meds when the do tell you they say it'll be here tomorrow but I have herd it will be here tomorrow 4 days in a row. I was told I can go to another location but that location said they have it like they are feeling it out as we speak so they can't make it and they can't get the jasper people to pick up the phone to change the status. They won't pick up the phone for me either. My wife had to go up their and fix it and the blame it ALL on under staff or what staff they do have are not trained how to pick up the phone or work the computer im day 2 and a half with out my meds and they are not even apologetic

The manager Erin went above and beyond in helping me get a product that I was having a hard time finding. She had it ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. So convenient. She was extremely helpful and her entire staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend visiting this location. Thank you for your great customer service!

The drive thur is the slowest in the world / rather than sending people on they will film a prescription - leaving the line long and waiting. They are always having to order the meds we need. Worst cvs I have ever had to use.

Joey Niblett was absolutely wonderful!!! His customer service is exceptional and being in the customer service industry I really appreciate that. He took time out to explain the rewards program which I never would have known would save me the amount of money that it well had he not told me about it I think he deserves a pat on the back for a great job!!!! Well Done!!!

So frustrated with this pharmacy. I try to call and am on hold forever and give up or am disconnected. Have asked for my prescription to be transferred to Kroger and a month later still hasn't happened!
