Just took my border collie here for the first time for a bath and mini groom. They did an awesome job! Very pleased! Will be using them again in the future. They were very kind and patient with him. Highly recommend.

Not sure what happened over the last couple of months at the shop, but customer service has dropped off tremendously. Voicemails are never returned and I was given an appt for a day that the shop is scheduled closed.I loaded my dogs in the car this past week to take for said appointment, I got there, shop was closed, lights off. I called while sitting outside the door and message states shop is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. (Door on the sign says the same) I called a second time Thursday to reschedule my dogs, no one answered and I left a voicemail. No one called back. Called today and got a lady on the phone who was so rude and wanted to argue with me (while you could hear her grooming a dog and on the phone) and she hung up on me.If they are going to be this rude with customers calling, just makes me wonder how they would treat my dogs if I took them back.Time to find a new groomer!

Very nice customer service, I felt they really did take great care of my dogs, and they even dealt with my Beagle's voice. After the groom their nails were clipped perfect, they smelled amazing, and they even went above and beyond by outfitting them with bandanas!

My husband and I both love her groom!! I was so happy they had no problem with my little girl!! A few weeks ago I was given a reason by another groomer that she was basically a brat..Will definitely be coming back!! Everyone in the office was so very nice and friendly.

Awesome spot for your pets grooming needs. Even if it's for advice ☺I am a local guide and as for those 6 people with only one review.. Please take your horrible mannered animals, yourselves to another groomer as their are several for you to choose from. You should be ashamed.Thanks for the useless waste of time you spent to actually bad mouth hard working people in this area. I am pretty sure legal matters will be took for the slander being published on this establishment.To be continued. .

Brought my dog in for a bath and his first haircut and nails,after talking to them telling that Charlie has anxiety about getting his nails cut. They did a great job and I will definitely be back soon no one else will care for my Charlie.

I went to Abba Dabba Dawg for my 1st time since I recently moved to the Jasper area, and I was very satisfied with my 3 dogs and their cuts. I have 2 German Shepards that got washed, dried and toe pedicures. I also have an Aussie mix who got one of the best haircuts he has ever gotten. They all left with cute bandanas and were very pretty pups.

I took my 8 month old German Shepard in to get a bath, and from the moment we walked in, I felt unwelcome and unwanted here. My dog had never been to the groomer before, and I had told the owner that he was a little apprehensive of new people at first, but that he warms up pretty quickly. But I feel that they never even gave him a chance. I feel that he was stereotyped immediately because of his breed. The owner continuously questioned me about my dog and his behavior, despite him calming down once they got him in the tub to bathe him. The owner of the business refused to even try and blow dry him, but yet still charged me full price… we left with him soaking wet, feeling embarrassed and honestly really annoyed. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back here.

Took my daughter to get her nails done have the best experience ever she is now happy to get her nails done the people there are so sweet they understand dogs with PTSD from groomers that has been torturous towards dogs. Praise God for this place.

Words cannot explain how amazing this shop is. My dog has been going there for years and every single time I am overwhelmed by the amazing service. The girls have never failed to be anything but spectacular. They are sweet and gentle even though my dog isn't always. The patient groomers always put out exceptional work!! The only issue you may have is your dog may not want to return home after the experience these ladies provide!!!

We had our first visit today. I have a Sheltie and haven’t found a groomer who listens and does as I ask. Abba Dabba dog was PHENOMENAL with my girl and I look forward to bringing her back. The prices were great for the quality service received.

They are great! My chihuahua/min pin mix can be awful when it comes to nail cutting and grinding. The groomers always do his as soon as we come through the door even when they are busy with other hair cuts and baths. He tries to bite some, but they are so quick and good with him!

They did a great job on my dog Harley but they seemed annoyed by his anxiety and if your a dog groomer you should know how to deal with dogs having anxiety. The lady that checked me out seemed relieved I was there to pick him up. We don’t have the money to get him groomed all the time and this was a new place for him to go so when I take him so place I don’t expect someone to act that way.

All I can say is WOW! The salon was clean, staff polite and very friendly, and my dog looks amazing! I have a standard poodle that has proven difficult to groom at other salons. Not only does he look and smell fantastic, he didn't seem nearly as stressed as normal. Thank you Abba Dabba!

The ladies there were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable! The pricing was so affordable and they did an absolutely fantastic job on my PeeWee. He was a hot mess when he went there and when I picked him up, he looked and felt like a new puppy! He is 7 yrs old and was prancing around like he felt so much better!! I'm very thankful, and look forward to seeing them again!!

Decided to try out this salon after asking all of my friends with animals where they take their pets. I drove 50+ miles from Atlanta. Worth every mile! I absolutely LOVE how they treated my Lola and she looks and smells so good! Worth the trip and will be travelling to see them again!

I have brought my two babies (Rocky & Remi) every two weeks to Abba Dabba Dawg for 7 years. I have NEVER experienced anything but professional behavior from Debbie and her entire staff. They always accommodate me if I need them at a certain time, but of course I tell them when I drop them off ( they aren’t mind readers). Seeing some of these negative comments upset me because I know how much they love all dogs and will go above and beyond for their clients. No one else will ever groom my dogs !!!

This was our first time taking our cockapoo for a grooming and haircut. Fantastic job and the best he has ever had. We have now found our forever place for our dog. Great price and didn’t take that long !

I have been bringing my Bichon to Abba Dabba for several years. I drive 25 minutes and pass at least two other groomers to bring Abby to Abba Dabba. I have always found the ladies that work there to be polite and helpful. I have never seen them be anything but gentle with the animals. I'm very pleased with the service I've received at Abba Dabba.

My girls loved the their bath. Debbie and the other folks couldn’t have been greater. I have 2 older basset hounds . After their bath the ears were pink and so clean. I’m glad we found Debbie and her shop.

I have used Abba Dabba Dawg for my grooming needs for 15 years. Debbie and her staff care for my animals as much as I do! I was recently in the shop when a lady came in and was told her cost was $26 for bathing and nail trim. The lady became very angry and said she wasn’t paying $26, that she knew the owner and she would contact her. She did t realize that the owner was the one she was screaming at...Debbie said yes, we washed your dog and you will pay for the service or we can call the police for theft of services. I witnessed this lady throw her card at Debbie to pay for the service stating “this is what’s wrong with you small town people.” This lady then proceeded to jerk her dog out the door by the leash. I was dumfounded...I have visited the shop on numerous occasions and it’s always clean and odor free. I have recommended this shop to my family and friends and will continue to do so!

I absolutely love Abba Dabba dawg! I have been bringing my girls there for 9 years. I have a Westie and a mini schnauzer and I am very picky. My babies always look perfect and even if I screw something up they fix it and don’t judge me! Debbie and her crew truly care about my dogs and all the dogs who do in there. My dogs actually get so excited when they go to Abba Dabba dawg!

Debbie has been taking care of our dogs for years. Her and her staff are top notch. They really take care of your pets and truly love animals. I wouldn't think of taking our dogs any where else.
