If it weren’t for Adam and Matt, we would still be at our campsite instead of at the diesel shop. Needing a tow truck is never an enjoyable experience, but speaking with Adam made it a little more bearable. I felt heard and understood.Matt was an absolute professional and treated our RV as if it were his own. He navigated the campsite and Ellijay roads like an absolute legend.Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Not recommended.Wanted $240 to take my motorcycle a mile down the road. The $240 was discounted, it was going to be $380. Literally one mile... a motorcycle... If my situation wasn't bad enough wrecking the motorcycle and being life-flighted to kennestone hospital these guys took the rest of any money I had.Update: calling me to talk about my review is unprofessional

My daughter had wrecked at night. After AAA spending 8 hrs trying to get someone in the county in which the accident happened without any luck, I asked them to call A&T Towing. They came without hesitation and got the car home in no time. They are always the best!!

We called the them to pull the truck off the the dirt because he was stuck in a muddy road they pulled him out turn him around and they told us its going to be $1500 minimum for 2 hours of work they got there at 9:30 and left at 11:30 than we got the invoice and it was $2500 when i asked him why im being charged that much they said we have to charge 2 hours to clean our truck from the mud and said if you dont pay we got to take you to inboundThey suck the living of the trucking drivers and business and take the advantage of the situation that $2500 is more than what the truck make in a week after paying expenses.

I would give them zero. If they have done you dirty report them to ga.go and the bbb they are screwing a lot of people in this town over. They had my vehicle on there lot for around 4 hours after an accident as soon as I got out of the hospital four hours they said it would be $380 to get it out said they can’t do anything cause the sheriff regulates it but the sheriff only gets $65. If you have an accident you have the right to pick your towing company which I did not know. They will never get mine or my families business and a lot of people in the county have already been took advantage of I’m gonna make sure the whole town knowsService: Car towing

If I could give this company and this gentleman 20 stars I would.. and if I had it, like a million dollars. I absolutely hate I did not get his name. (we were in panic mode) We had just made it home, husband and I get out of the car to unload and it locked behind us. Didn’t have the spare key. Our 5 month old was locked in. 911 put us on hold, so my husband called A&T and he was here in under 10 minutes.. we couldn’t be more grateful!!! My car broke down and they towed my car from an hour away to their shop and within 24 hours from my breaking down the had it towed and fixed and back home. They charged a very good price and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff. They were friendly fast and very honest. The toe you know there was no problems with that but I didn't call for the tow and if I would have I would have been paid they would have been paid by my insurance and that's the problem I have to go through getting that money back and it's going to take a long time and both of them because the service center which I don't even understand being a new person to this town barely did anything only took care of things they thought would work but they were minimal at best and the only thing that was left to be fixed they had already sent it to Ford which basically had it for a day because they weren't open during the weekend and then I have to get to toes back and I don't understand why a fuse in the battery if they were checking the battery already wouldn't have been noticed by them before they sent it to forward which cost me $89 for a battery fuse so I'm not totally happy everybody was very nice. Although I was upset and stressed out being disabled the owner we're working on that who was extremely nice took care of everything explain the misunderstandings and was very concerned about my unhappiness and did everything that she could to make it up to me and everything is a okay. I would definitely let them look at my car again you can't always money Morning Quarterback everything, and things happen at times when you least need them to and that's just life. I thought you for a couple minutes she took care of everything explain the minor things that happened and made everything 100% and I would go back there again!

Will not let you bring your own parts. They mark up cost on parts that they purchase. I have a specific clutch I wanted installed. It was already purchased. They wanted to install an entirely different clutch that would not work with the type of built truck I have. Will not waste my time calling them for work anymore.

My pickup broke down on Hwy 5. AAA sent one of their drivers, thank goodness. Couldn't fix the problem on the road, was towed into their shop. Turned out to be a very major problem. Decided I wanted to haul the truck home to my mechanic who did the last repair.While going through all this and arranging to get a U-Haul everyone in this shop was so nice and helpful. They were accommodating to my kids and even the dog.After all was said and done they only charged me the barest minimum. So nice to be treated this way when stranded in a place far from home. I might never get up that way again, but if you are and need help, then this is the place to go.Services: Engine repair, Car towing

Friendly driver - safe loading/unloading - fast and affordable. My car broke down in Jasper. Since I have a low profile car I was skeptical about how my car was going to get on a tow truck. The driver got there within 10 minutes after I called, loaded my car up quickly and safety, and drove me home. We were on vacation at our time share and our battery was dead when we got up one morning. We called our insurance roadside service and they arranged for one service to come out. After over two hours they were a no show. The insurance company contacted A&T and they showed up in less than 30 minutes! Joey was awesome, very professional and helpful in recommending a good place to get a replacement battery. I highly recommend this company, they saved our vacation!

I had to call on A&T twice (6/23 and 7/8) in the last two weeks to tow two separate motorcycles (flats on both rear tubed tires; not my luckiest 14-day stretch). Both times the office at A&T quickly sent flatbeds with excellent drivers. Bikes were loaded quickly and delivered to their destinations without issue. I apologize as I cannot recall the first driver's name (initials JH, I believe), but Chris was today's driver. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a tow company. Was out to the vehicle very quickly @ 9:30 pm. I would 100% recommend this company. Driver called me and updated me with where he was and was very quick with loading the truck when he got there. Very happy with their service.
