Gas pump area laid out poorly. No directions telling people with trailers not to pull in. Some did and they had to back out. Turns too sharp. Restrooms clean and plentiful.

5:30am on a Friday morning and all garbage cans are overflowing. At least a few people were inside working and it wasn't super busy... Just people getting fuel, but most were paying at the pump.Employees could easily get these trash cans emptied and probably would've done so in the earlier hours. Even the cans by the pumps were overflowing.Bathroom was free of clutter & toilets and sinks in working condition

Well ran, everything thing in place, good service, fresh food and lots of condiment options. Shower was clean but door was broken with one good push its wide open. Shower # 2.....the parking lot is very small for truck parking...not many spots offered.

We prefer Loves to pretty much all truck stops when we tow our camper. This one has the worst layout we’ve seen and makes it almost impossible to navigate. We have a 29 ft bumper pull and my husband had to help people not get wedged into the corner after he navigated ours out of the way. The bathrooms are clean and staff friendly but if you’re towing anything it’s really tough.

Not the best one i've been to by any means but not the worst either. The parking and fuel area is a mess, not to mention the surrounding roadways getting in here are a nightmare. They only have an overpriced McDonald's here for food. The people working here and very nice though and the showers are pretty clean. The restrooms could use a little more attention though.Overall I'd say it's ok.

The atmosphere felt so racist. Cashiers spoke to the Caucasian customer in front of us but when my wife and I (African American) got to the front, she spoke to the cashier and he didn’t even acknowledge us. The female cashier next to him just kept looking at us. It felt so uncomfortable. It’s 2024, get over it and do better!!

The parking for truck drivers is bad it’s a one way in and out parking area. If the lot is full you’ll have to turn around with very little room without swiping other drivers that’s already parked. There’s only 26 parking spots get there before 3pm to get a spot but there’s a pilot and TA next door if you can’t find a spot to park. This area fills quickly by it being the only truck stop for about the next 31 miles or so depending on where you headed. Restrooms were poorly cleaned.

This is a bad Love's. The parking is bad, the store is old and dirty, and to really cap it all off, the customer service is trash.As a truck driver, every once in a while someone steals a shower, it happens. Usually the employees are very accommodating when that happens. If they don't outright make the thief leave and get back in line, they will put you at the top of the line and be very apologetic. Not here.I was put back at the end of the line and while waiting, after about 20 minutes, I went back by the showers, where I was extremely rudely told by a lady to get out of the hallway and go wait up front. I was waiting for the hallway to clear before moving and she acted like I was ignoring her and said she would cancel my shower for not doing what she said.I was so baffled by this entire situation. Never before at Love's have I felt like an employee shouldn't have their job, but this lady was terrible and she has no business working in customer service. And based on her regular clothes, she's probably a manager. She had zero sympathy for my situation and acted like I was the one causing problems. All I wanted to do was get a shower and I had no idea I wasn't allowed to wait in the hallway.

Just stopped to get propane for our RV. Love’s had a sign out saying “propane 24-7”. While they had propane, the clerk informed me that no one was there to pump it. What good is that? I’m having to travel further to find a business that is capable of rendering good service

The staff was welcoming. They did say hello and they did say thank you, we have no problems with the staff, BUT, this place is an accident waiting to happen! It’s very busy and in the truck lot one way in and one way out & you can see from photos. We had to literally back out in reverse. There are no signs stating one way in one way out and truck drivers do not give you a heads up while they watch you. There was a truck that was bobtailing parked in the one very spot that would make it easier for trucks to turn around, what’s wrong with these fellow truck drivers ? Help a guy out !AVoID this place. Not worth the hassle or potential of hitting an another truck or person. At least put a sign up. Geez!

Bathrooms aren't big enough for a love's. Definitely not up to the standards of what I've always seen with love's. Poorly laid out so incredibly inconvenient to visit. No dog park. Wasted so much extra time when we could have stopped somewhere so much easier.

3 employees outside talking about how they can't wait to go home. I look at all the trash cans by the pumps and they are full!!! Then use the restroom and they are dirty!!! When I walked in to get my fuel receipt no one was there so I had to reach over the counter and find my receipt!!! I'll fill before or after next time!!!! Not giving any money to this location again!

What a nasty pit, homeless beggar’s camped out right in the parking area, mean pit dog chained up and not attended, aggressive toward customer’s dogs, kids riding bikes in and around vehicles, dirty, unkept, disorganized, had to go to bathroom bad so had to use. Due to need to air our dog went to Pilot next door and what a worlds of difference. Loves lost points with this place, really needs a quality assurance check.

We stopped at this Loves last year and were very disappointed with how DIRTY the bathrooms were, this year stopped on the way to FL the Bathrooms are worse and are very stinky!!! We have always enjoyed stopping at Loves stations because of their cleanliness traveling from MN to FL This Loves Station Needs Help!!!!!! Someone please needs to help the Person working the check out, coffee station and cleaning toilets. Too much for One person

Wrong parking for the trucks. All trucks stuck, I was waiting 22 minutes for another truck blocked me because another truck blocked him, to leave. Not good Loves. You should remodel lot of your stores!

Yall need to do something about these parents taking their sons into the womens bathroom to use it. When the kid is able to use the men's bathroom. The kid was big enough to go to the men's bathroom even if the mom has to wait outside the men's room .

Only gave one star because there isn't a zero. Don't go to the McDonald's inside this love's truckstop. The woman who took my order was a real b....! She must have been a manager because she was in regular clothes and not a McDonald's uniform. She needs to go back to management training and learn how to talk to customers. It's really sad that she hates her job.

It's very busy, very cramped parking lot. The staff seem overwhelmed and overworked. The place is adequate in a pinch but if can be avoided, I would. The bathrooms needed attention.

If you are in an RV I would strongly suggest you DON'T stop here. It's a very small and tight area getting in to the gas pumps. We are in a 37 ft w a 12 ft trailer and we had a very hard time getting in w/o damaging anything. Ofc once you start you can't back out! So we made it barely. Just don't stop here.

Wish I could give zero. Called loves roadside for a jump start at 10 am its now 3 pm and now they are saying they dont have roadside even though when u call they tell you they r on a roadside call. Don't waste your time.

The line for truck fuel was long and backed up to the road so it took forever to get in & held everybody up trying to find parking in that small parking lot. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. After my shower I grabbed a few things to buy and couldn’t find an employee at either cash register, finally someone walked in after 5 minutes.

Worst truck stop I’ve ever seen! Super small only about 40 truck parking spaces. One way in & one way out! Bathrooms are disgusting 🤢 they claim to have been clean and I almost got reused towels that were just folded again…. Dusty, toilet dirty, just STAY AWAY from this place!!!

No wonder truckers rest on the side of the road! There was nothing desirable about this truck stop. Dirty bathrooms, clogged toilets, at 5:30am, no coffee, trash bins overflowing and very slow employees in no rush to accommodate. Isn’t this supposed to be a clean and friendly place? Disgusting at best!!

Love's you need to do better for your guests. This place needs a major makeover. The showers are full of mildew, and the store needs a major cleaning... Staff here must not know how to clean or just don't care. Parking is a few, so get here early in the day, or you will not find a spot.

No hangers in showers, restrooms didn’t work in the morning. Facility is in terrible condition. Outside is dirty. I will pass this place next time.
