I live in Augusta GA and called Jackson flower shop requesting a "fruit and snack", basket made for my Mom. I described a few of her favorite food snacks. Look at the amazing basket they prepared! These pictures are taken after Mom ripped opened the wrapping to get to the goodies inside! 😂 Needless to say, the arrangement was perfect, and put a big smile on Mom's face and I am very pleased with the talent and fast, friendly service. My car broke down in Locust Grove at the time I was suppose to meet to get my daughters flowers for her prom, she drove and met me so I would be able to get them ... My husband tends to surprise me at work with flowers. He has done this a total of 3 times this year and every time these flowers have been breathtaking. This last time they sent me white roses and they are the most beautiful ones I have ever seen! I left them at work and when I came in the next morning they had BLOOMED and were HUGE!! I have gotten so many comments on how gorgeous they were and where my husband had purchased them from. Thank you and I highly recommend this flower shop!!

1/27 on my 30th birthday. To the lady that worked that day SHAME ON YOU! The power went out, my husband told me how he order flowers for my birthday in Thursday 1/25! You wouldn’t give him his flowers that he pre order & not only that you didn’t give order to another customer just because of no power and my husband told me that you were working on flowers while tell him and another customer that you can’t give them their order! My husband will no longer come unless it’s the owner who is most amazing special person my husband has told me! Shame on you lady!

I ordered online Saturday morning for a funeral arrangement needed for that Sunday...on a holiday weekend. I never thought about it being a holiday weekend. I recieved a call quickly that they were unable to fill my order as ordered, they were only making delivers then closed till Tuesday like many others. I was told the desingers were out, but they made the suggestion that they could do something with hydrangeas & greenery and it would be pretty. I wasn't excactly sure where they should be deliverd, I was helped with this also. I was very happy with the beautiful arrangement, the proffesionalism, also that they thought outside the box, to help me on thier holiday weekend. Went to order fresh cut arrangement for my cousins funeral. Lady was so very sweet but when I got to funeral home tonight I was so disappointed at our flowers. I could have went to Kroger and bought a couple bouquets cheaper than I paid for these and would have looked nicer. I'm so sad. 😢

I ordered a$70 fruit basket on Wednesday for a funeral on Thurs. The basket was shameful. It had spotted bananas and bad grapes. I was so ashamed for anyone to think we would send such a pathetic gift to anyoneThe total price was $84+ for bad fruit. I will never trust this florist again!

I only take away one star because they forgot or got busy.. Whatever tbe case may be, they didn't bring the flowers to the gravesite.They sent us an absolutely beautiful apology, and also sent us our flowers. They did such an excellent job on the flower arrangements!I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Lost a sale on my anniversary. Called over and over after they were supposed to have opened. No one would answer the phone! I wound up calling "Avas Flowers" , which is falsely advertised as a local Jackson florist. They are actually a third party call center based in New Jersey that just sends your order to a local florist. You also greatly overpay using them. The flower order delivered to a well known local law office in Jackson, came from Accent florists in Griffin. Answer your phones people!
