If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there at 3 pm on 9-5-21 and had no more gotten out of my truck when the cashier came out of the door and very rudely said if you are coming in you have to wear a mask. If they want to require masks that's their right but don't meet me at my vehicle and be rude when you don't know if I was going to put one or not. I would love for corporate to contact me because when I called to speak to the manager no one will pick up. They don't have to worry about me ever going to another family dollar again!

They finally got a manager that can get the store together! Michelle is a good manager but Family Dollar needs to do better with helping there managers out if not they will end up losing one good one to being over worked! Only issue is I guess they was in a hurry hiring because the blonde girl has no customer service, and if your not the opposite sex or a cigarette you don't matter! Other than that the store is coming along in better condition! I was going to put 5 stars 🌟 but it takes one to mess it up!

Visit was quick only issue was the employee's just leave the stock carts in the Ailes while the goof off and do what ever they want like cut up with each other. Experience could have been better if shelves were stocked instead of items on carts expesialy in the time were in and supply being low as it is.

First time at Family Dollar never been to one before but I just noticed a big sign outside and said clearance red tag so I'm walking around looking at stuff see stuff that I could use and it will be priced at $3 so I got numerous things went to the counter to be told Common Sense would tell me a dish drain would not cost $3 by the cashier so I'll put it back because it wasn't $3 and I didn't want to purchase anything but I needed the AC filter for my air conditioner at home what she said was $3 but charged me 7 the manager did make things right even though I told her I wasn't there to make a big deal I just put the items back but the manager told me no she would honor everything and I said that's not why I'm there for it just stuff I seen with a deal that I thought was cheap and I would get but she assisted for me to get it so I did but for the lady behind the cash register to tell me it's common sense I'm only going by the prices thats on your stuff if you want cheap stuff just go to Dollar General

I hate to give bad rating but this has to be the worst I have seen...Then saw how high there prices are getting.Shopped and had a good bit and there were 3 people ahead of me with very little and 15 minutes later pushed the buggy aside and left...

Cashiers busy on their phone wouldn't let a pregnant women use the restroom and wouldn't give any cash back all in all not good! Won't go back!

Place was dirty. Only one worker wit u folks inline. Prices too high for value. I left without making purchase.in my view it should be closed.
