Great prices.. But you'll grow old standing in line. Two registers out of maybe 10 open. I've never seen a company let everyone go on break at the same time, every time. Could be 5 STAR, excellent location, just needs a lot of help with " We work for the customers, not they have no where else to go mentality.

This store i didnt care for whatsoever at first but i have changed my mind the staff are all really friendly and well trained we have all at one time or another gotten into a line that has some young lady or young man struggling to run a register with practically no time to learn and a line full of people with zero mercy or compassion but thats not the case at all here. From the store boss down you can really tell how hard everybody has to work here and its appreciated.

Fantastic place to shop, very friendly employees and also they keep this Dollar General cleaning and stocked. I enjoy shopping at the Dollar General because they have everything that you need for a good price and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, the friendly folks that work at this Dollar General always has a smile on their face can always greet you when you come in and they always have a positive attitude. But don't take my word for it visit this Dollar General to see for yourself how awesome the store in the people really are.

I hate that they only have 1 lane open. No matter if the are 20 people on the line. The manager there, ( I've only seen him early) a gentleman... one of the nicest , most helpful man I think I've ever met. Aside from that I'd rather go elsewhere & pay more to not have to wait the way you do there!

Like the sales. Manager rude, gruff and insensitive. Don't question him about problem with signage. Straight out " you either want it or you don't. I don't care what the sign says". The cashier is afraid of him so she didn't want to get his attention! Now I know why! This guy is whack!

I will not be back to this store EVER! I went here and the employees were stocking the shelves with no masks on! If you are good with this, then by all means go. I called to talk to the manager, and by no means was I upset or angry UNTIL talking to her. She was very rude and condescending, saying she hasn’t enforced masks all along, as she doesn’t deem them necessary. I realize people have a choice, and I also have a choice not to go back and endanger myself or my family! They have a sign on the door, yet ignore it themselves!!

This Dollar General normally has fully stocked shelve and very clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. Living in small town it is nice to have a place not to ecpensive to pick up groceries clothes shoes can even get houseware. I enjoy shopping here over big stores

I like this store. It is always clean and well stocked. The only thing I dislike is the clearance section. Stuff sits there for ages because the items aren't really marked down. They put a yellow sticker only a few pennies less than regular price.

First time at a Dollar General Market and it was pretty cool. Think of it as a mini Walmart of sorts. You find fresh, frozen and other food staples there, as well as tee-shirts and art supplies. What a neat concept for a store!

Had price on glasses that was a super bargain (employee had priced wrong). When checking out with my buggy full of stuff, glasses rang up triple price. I showed manager price sign. He said no way would they honor their error. I left with nothing.

Awesome people with a great store manager. People make a store successful and I really enjoy my visits every week. The store manager gets 5 stars from me. Without him the store would probably fail. Give the man a raise, please.

I am giving this place a 5 star review based on my First and only experience thus far!!A homeless man was shopping for can goods but somehow misplaced a bag so he went back in to repurchase them. He did not ask for free he simply placed the exact same items on the counter and the clerk said you just bought these items. He stated he misplaced them and just wanted to buy more. A customer from behind me whom I'm almost positive was an off the clock employee came up and purchased the items for the man out of his own pocket. I noticed this man had a VA card and it honestly saddened me but was heartwarming at the same time that the employee's were so polite and caring :) people do take notice to kindness even when you think they aren't watching. Good job!!

It's clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shelves are organized. The prices are posted where they are supposed to be. There's a public restroom that was clean.I highly recommend this Store to anyone in Jackson GA!

It's so nice and organized and all of their groceries side of the store is so organized I like it a lot and so many sales going on now everybody walking out with bags of stuff in their shopping carts

They need to build more of these .We live so far out but we have access to 4 regular Dollar Generals it would be nice not to have to drive all the way into town to get what we need .If you run out of something or have unexpected guest you could just run down the road and be back home and cooking in no timeJust to do it now it would be almost an hour .25 min there .25 min back .not counting your shopping time plus extra gas .

Dollar General Market has great prices and a good variety of items and food to choose from. However, their lines can be very slow at times with over half the registers closed. They have made steps in the right direction to improve wait times hopefully more will be made.

Very broad selection of grocery and every day essentials that you use on a daily basis. Also very close to home so its even more convenient and smart shopping. Thanks guys!P.S...You should open up more of these markets around Metro Atlanta.

Would give zero star's! Been in line now for 30mins if I didn't need what I'm here for I would drop it and walk out! 8 cash registers and only 2 running and slow as tar they both are! Ugh all the money this company makes you'd think they'll have more cashier's

Only TWO employees were wearing masks out of the five we saw today while shopping. About half of all customers wore masks and one was an elderly woman with a deep gurgle-sounding cough. I heard her tell the register clerk (unmasked) she felt sick but had to get out and come buy milk and bread. Was she contagious? Dollar General didn't care.

Depends on who you get, but the staff can be rude sometimes. Nobody ever asks if you need help with anything. I am 4" 11' , so I have a hard time reaching stuff that might be on the top shelves, and a worker literally just sat their and watched me struggle, and did nothing.....

As far as $ Generals go, this is my fav! They hav some produce & meats but the main reason i like it so much is because it spacious & well stocked. I never feel crowded in the isles & i can usually find what Im looking for easily.

Always a nice experience! Steve has been here for quite awhile as Manager and is always welcoming making you feel like a neighbor.

You never know what price will ring up. Watch the price on the shelf and watch the register. I have gone to any Dollar General that I have not had an issue. If I had any closer choices than 11 Dollar Generals around me, I would go. Soon, I will get to go back to my Aldi, which is 18 miles away, but worth the ride.

Very well organized store couldn't find something and asked an employee to help turned out it was the manager who was so helpful and friendly all of the employees are so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back

I've been in here a few times on my way home from work and have never had any problems. Staff is nice, prices are reasonable.
