Friendly employees, and honestly the only Dollar General I have been to regularly that is well stocked and you do not have to dodge inventory in the aisles. It is clean and inventory is ACTUALLY ON THE SHELVES. Not missing or still packed in crates and boxes that are in the way. Seriously other stores should follow their example.

This is the closest store to purchase medicine household supplies and diapers and is not supposed to close until 10:00 pm but they closed before 9:45 tonight and I was needing children’s medicine and the next closest store is 20 minutes away. The store clerk looked at me out the door and just stood there. It’s really ridiculous because the young man was getting paid to stay there until close but locked the doors for the last 20 minutes.

The store is always in great shape. That location is blessed with a very good store manager that knows how to get the job done well and her store shows it. She does what she's supposed to do all the time and her store is always customer ready which is hard to find within the company as of late. Great job DG in Ila!

I shop at this particular store quite often. All employees have always been helpful. They know there regulars that come in & i am one that usually goes in 30 mins or less till closing. One particular visit i got to check out & realized i had left my debit card at home. I live 5 or 6 miles from the store 1 way. I returned home & got my debit card at 10 mins till closing time. I returned to store to get my items & they were kind enough to still let me in & get items after closing time. I was very impressed. I use to work in retail 18 years & i know what it is like to do their jobs.

I know that Dollar General doesn’t carry everything I shop for at the grocery store. Sometimes they’re out of stock on things. I know I can get a better price at ALDI! ALDI, however is a good ride away from the house. I would spend more money in fuel running to ALDI than I would in markup on some of the items I frequent Dollar General for. They may be understaffed, but the staff is always friendly and kind to me. I have done my best to be friendly and kind to them. I’m thankful when they show up for work and smile while keeping the store stocked and operating. When they’re open, they provide a convenient shopping experience for my family while also saving us time! Thank you for all you do, Dollar General Staff in Ila, Georgia!

I stay in the dollar general it seems they always got everything I need. Sometimes I go in there multiple times a day. I know they gotta love making that money off me and all my kids. Thank u dollar general for always coming through for me day in and day out

There was like 10 people standing in line waiting and ONLY ONE CASHIER WORKING THE LINE. Another employee was outside sweeping and walking around parking lot. Why was she not inside runny another Register? Doesn't make since to me.

staff are nice people and always doing there jobs when i’m there!…….,but 3 stars because the shelves are bare WTH it’s been like this for way to long i can go 4-5 miles to the next DG and it always looks as if they just stocked the shelves come on now we need this place well stocked at all times please 🤙🏼

The associates were very nice even with the rush of other shoppers. DG needs to offer more help for there employees to help serve there customers. We had to help a few customers looking for items and helping with items out of there reach. Both registers were running from the time we entered till we left. We spent a good 30 to 45 mins shopping and the associates never stopped scanning. Good job employees. DG could have a 5 star if they took more consideration of the holiday shoppers.

Nice and clean store. I think its the only one that is clean stocked and has people working there that dont mind being there.Only problem not enough Diet Mt. Dew. Other stores need to tour it to learn how to run one.

This Dollar General is a very nice clean store, all shelves were stocked appropriately. I did not see anything but a well oiled machine.

This Dollar General needs to be more respectful to customers when they are on the floor stocking. When I was in there today they were acting like I was not there when I was trying to go through and isle and they were in my way. I ended up having to turn around.

First of all they didn’t have anybody working every time I come in theirs 3 people there but only one register open with unfriendly cashiers second who doesn’t have dukes mayonnaise I had to eat off brand bologna and fake mayo sandwich this store really needs to get better

The Dollar General in Ila, Ga. Is always well managed ,with very helpful and accommodating employees. This is the only Dollar General I shop at by choice for these obvious reasons.
