I was there at 10:00 yesterday morning to visit the salad bar and I must say I was very disappointed everything was wilted. The floor is dirty and the parking lot was trashed. I'm sure Bobby Ingalls would be very disappointed. I must say this is the worst angles I've ever seen. The award-winning angles are in North Carolina. Better customer service, cleaner and a fresher salad bar. This angle of just like ghetto compared to others. Someone is not doing their job in quality control. You went up on the price of a salad and it isn't even fresh.

My first time in this chain. From Central FL and haven't seen any of these grocery stores. Very clean, and well stocked. Was able to get what was needed and checkout was quick.

Food is good , but server people need to understand more all workers go to buy food just have 30 minutes. Take to much time to server. And I so other workers just waking around. DisagreePlease take a little consideration on customer

Went to the deli around 6 pm. Stood in line for 10 minutes and was ignored. Several people in line after me were helped. I just stood there for 10 minutes and eventually left because I was ignored. I went to Starbucks and bought a drink and a cake pop. Nothing was in my grocery cart. When I started to leave the alarm went off and my grocery cart wheels locked. An employee came up to me and glared at me as if I were stealing something. Very disappointed and embarrassed. I do not recommend this grocery store.

BEAUTIFUL store! Probably the cleanest, most organized and kept up store I've ever been in. But my goodness, the PRICES. I went in to get some chicken from the deli. Chicken was delicious and the person working the counter was nice and offered to substitute pieces they were out of. I looked around for a few minutes as I'd never been to this particular Ingles. The prices blew me away as they're doubled compared to other grocery stores.

As a former western North Carolina resident, I have a soft spot for Ingle's. Great store and definitely better than the crowded, nerve-wracking Kroger down the road.

This place is hit or miss with choice of meat cuts, high prices and salad/olive bar is not monitored, with people grabbing handfuls and eating from it! Lettuce/spinach and other sides are almost always wilted and old looking! Yuck!Otherwise, it's a clean store, usually easy to find everything and quick checkout!

Normally I enjoy the breakfast from the deli, but today I was the only person waiting to be served and was completely ignored. After several minutes several employees behind the counter had walked by without acknowledging so I just left.

This location is nice. It is clean and well stocked, and their meat department and bakery are hands down the best in town. They have a large selection of international products, and their cheese selection will put a smile on even those who are cheese expert's. They feature a Starbucks with friendly berista staff. They have plenty of parking and offer both self and regular check out. They offer check cashing and have a nice wine selection that puts every bottle shop to shame.

I had been coming here since the early 2000s. I really miss the night crew. It's still a good store but Kroger, up the road, kinda bogarted the business so they no longer stay open 24-7. Bummer. Their doughnuts are better than Duncan across the street, especially if you get there at 6am. They have great hot food during lunch and dinner. I love their selection of nuts and store-made trail mixes. The store is always very clean. The employees are very professional. I just wish they would bring back the night shift. Also (and I know this isn't their fault, nor are they the only ones affected. I'm just bummed about it), the prices are killing us. But I guess that's anywhere you go, now.

I'm from Chicago, each visit. I wish we had a clean organized store like this location. There is a CVS within eyesight, but twice I choose the pharmacy at this location 5 star for sure.

I enjoyed the variety of things this Ingles had. Everything was easy to find and displayed in a noticeable manner and very fresh looking. The thing is they are so much more expensive then others around Athens.

Ingles has been my hometown grocery store for many years. The prices are reasonable and so is the selection. It's not at all boojee, so there are some things you won't find there. However, if you need a grocery store, it's a solid option.

I normally love Ingles but this one is not the best. In fact we avoid it at all cost and drive all the way into town Athens. The clientele is not great. The place is not very clean or well kept. To make it worse each time we have visited and or bought something (milk, meat and so forth) the food was bad and we had to throw it out losing money we didn't have to lose. Save yourself some time and just go to Kroger or trader Joe's.

Good grocery, but the bakery is delicious. Doughnuts and muffins are a must have item when we go! Also, the staff is so nice there, very engaging and helpful.
