I can’t thank them enough for treating my babies like their own and going the extra mile to ensure their (and my!) comfort. Dr Martin & the staff are great! I adopted 2 puppies last year & they both had a few issues that needed to be addressed. Long story short, their problems have been correctly diagnosed & they're now both healthy and happy.

Absolutely horrible. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes in a small enclosed room without any communications. I went to the front desk to see what was happening and no was there either, so I walked away. When I got home 15 minutes later, they called to ask what happened. When I told them they became defensive and apparently without warning removed me as a patient. I've never left a bad review but I felt compelled to do so this time. Companies like this need to learn to respect your time too. It’s not just all about them.

Horrible experience with both doctors. Act like they care only to take your money and do very little to assist. Lost my little guy thanks to their lack of care within 24 hours of visiting them. Please if you care for your animals avoid places where they will put alcohol within reach of the animals mouth.

Dr. Martin and her staff go above and beyond for their fur patients! We moved to the area 3 years ago and started taking our pups here and I am so glad we did! Recently, our older italian greyhound had to have some growths removed. Dr. Martin talked with me beforehand and we got a plan made on what needed to be removed while still being financially doable for me. She did such a great job and he healed quickly and perfectly! He looks like a new dog! Everytime we have had to bring our dogs to the vet the staff shows so much care and compassion and you can tell Dr. Martin is very skilled and knowledgeable.

Dr. Martin is reliable, honest, and compassionate to her clients - both pets and humans. She's kind and takes her time to explain things/recommendations she makes. I only wish I lived closer to take my French Bulldog to her more often!

Traditions helped me and my husband when our sweet baby girl Dallas passed away. They were so kind and empathetic as if she were their dog. Now we have a new precious baby girl Frisca, who has already made her first visit to see the doctor. The doctor and the entire staff is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

I wish that I could give this place more than 5 stars. My cat got sick with what I thought was something small. They fit me in same day and what I thought was a minor illness turned out to be something urgent and life threatening. I can’t thank Dr.Martin and her staff enough for the time and care they put into saving Marles’ life. They did such an amazing job! They called us everyday, multiple times a day for updates for our boy. They made sure we were aware and up to date on the treatment course they had planned. After his 5 day stay he is at home and on the road to recovery! I cannot say thank you enough to this place for saving his life.

Great experiences! We have bunnies and to find an "exotic" vet that is close to home was a challenge. We have been thrilled with friendly staff, a kind and knowledgeable doctor, and covid friendly friendly practices. We've been for check ups and a neuter. Would highly recommend.

Nice to face but could hear them talking behind closed doors bad mouthing for not being able to pay for diagnostic test. We have two kids to take care of and can not just drop $400 on a 10 year old dog on a whim. Will not ever be back

Dr. Martin and her staff were amazing. I have a big boy of a Rottie and although he is quite scary looking he's just a big slobber bunny. I took Bear to another vet ( she was recommended after the bad vet visit) they told me they couldn't finish the exam without sedating him, claiming he was to big and tensed up to much. I said no hes never been like that. They said they wanted to do a blood draw for his liver and kidneys for the medicine they were going to put him on. Ok I allowed that. They gave him the meds. Told me to wait and if got worse bring him back they would sedate him. This was on a Friday. On Sunday my poor bear wouldn't move at all. I called Dr Martin and got an appointment the next day. The ladies werent not affraid of my Bear, they took him and did everything plus more to Bear without any type of problems out of him. The previous vet did not tell me certain things on his bloodwork were off, Dr Martin did on Top of that she told me that the medicine given to my 125 lb Rottie was medicine for a 50 lb dog. No wonder why it wasn't working. She went over a treatment plan, didnt try to get throw in extra charges that werent needed. And gave my pup the right medicine. It has been 24 hours since Bear was with Dr. Martin and its a complete difference. He is up walking being his normal self again. Dr. Martin and her staff have new patients for life. Ill actually be switching my other pets as well.

I won't go into the specifics of what Dr Tiffany Martin did to earn my confidence and respect because everyone carries their babies in for different reasons....but I will say if you love your pet...if it's your baby... a member of your family...you owe it to them to carry them to Traditions...Dr Martin listens...not only does she treat your pet...she explains .advises and councils you the pet owner to ease your worries and concerns...

Will never go back. Had to wait over 30 minutes to pickup my dog once arriving at the time they told me to. They hassled me over writing a prescription for my dog to get it medicine elsewhere (oh and they charge to write that).
