They did it last time, and they're doing it again this time, ignoring people and engaging in racially discriminatory behavior. When I went to buy something and approached the cashier, who happened to be a very old grandfather this time, I didn't bring my membership card because I'm a member of Publix, so I asked, 'Can I put my phone number?' But he pretended not to hear. When I repeated it, he looked up at me, so I said, 'Can I put my phone number?' However, there was no phone number input field on the card reader, and I realized the grandfather was doing something else. Eventually, after finishing his other tasks, he displayed the phone number input field. Shouldn't they immediately accommodate customer requests? Why ignore people and place them second? How does Publix train its employees? Are they discriminating against me because I'm Asian? Why not even look at someone when they're speaking? Is asking to enter a phone number such a difficult request? No one else at other grocery markets ignores customers like this, so why does it always happen here at Publix, of all places?

I was at the Publix grocery store at noon today, selecting items and standing in line at the checkout counter. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier (an elderly white woman), "Can I enter my phone number?" This is a usual procedure to confirm my membership by entering my phone number. Typically, other cashiers would respond affirmatively to such a request. However, this elderly cashier pretended not to hear me. She deliberately ignored me. Despite repeating my question assertively right in front of her, she continued to ignore me, keeping her head down and avoiding eye contact. I repeated myself three times, but there was no response or acknowledgment whatsoever.Luckily, there was a male assistant nearby who intervened. He finally addressed the cashier, saying, "The customer is asking if they can enter their phone number." Only then did the cashier finally look at me and ask what I said. I explained that I had repeated myself three times, but she claimed she couldn't hear me well. This was a lie. Even though I spoke in a louder tone than the male assistant, she pretended not to hear me while immediately understanding him.The Publix manager needs to re-educate this cashier. It was a very unpleasant experience. It felt like racial discrimination because I am Asian.

Only complaint is how slow the people making subs are. My goodness it’s insane. Two people making subs and taking 15+ minutes to make two customers their subs…. Say a prayer for me because there is one more person in line….

For the most part we have gotten quality products at fair prices. What has been frustrating fairly often is the fresh vegetables being soft and imo spoiled to the point I won’t use them. I have gotten several 1/2 gallons of milk recently that are not passed the use before date but go sour prior to that date arriving…I think that is commonly caused by improper refrigeration at some point between cow & purchase at store. I often use Instacart for shopping and the shoppers use a few different public stores in my area so I can’t speak to which store or if it involves all of them close to me. Just frustrating as we don’t have money to waste & especially since food prices have skyrocketed. I did do a coParison of prices recently between Kroger & Publix and found there are better prices on most items I would purchase at Kroger so I’m probably going to use them from now on since I don’t control what Publix instacart shoppers use. Oh, we don’t by meat at stores anymore and have purchased in bulk from local farm for better prices of all types per pound and taste is so much better!

Good local supermarket. My go-to bakery. Better meat selection than other stores in the area. Also, my go-to Deli for quick meals and good sandwich meat selection. Friendly staff. My bakery spot. Always clean.

Even though they keep the work place very clean. They always seem to lack what other locations are doing. For one example, the soups are always empty & it’s even crusted on the bottom of the pots. I can’t wait till the new neighboring Publix stores are built. Maybe they’ll be managed better.

My grandmother ordered a cake from here for my uncles 50th birthday and the pipping on this is a joke. She deserves a refund for this it’s crazy having people working in the bakery that don’t know how to pipe cakes

So irritating how 90% of the time people don’t ask for my ID to buy alcohol here and I’ve even been told that they don’t have to check ID if you look 35 or older upon their discretion. Now with everything being much easier to pay via Apple or android pay, they should try to at least be consistent and either ID everyone or except a picture of your ID or ask an associate if they recognize me since no one carries their wallet around anymore.

ANOTHER FAILED ATTEMPT TO SUB ORDER. TALI AND YOLANDA IM BEGINNING TO THINK CANT READ IS WHY THEY CANT MAKE SUBS. TSK TSKAnother bad experience with sub ordering.The employees just don't care. They would rather talk and slowly do their job as if you have all day. Ordered sub before leaving crossfit at 1100. Showed up at 1125, Sun was suppose to be ready at 1125. Still not done. After waiting in line which I shouldn't have they then said it will be a few mins and need to cut the turkey. Finally at 1140 I requested a refund. Not the first time this happened.

Very small store, selection isn’t the best. So if you need the one of two item emergency supply this is the store for you. But I have tried to do my weekly shopping here and it’s just lacking the robust inventory of other Publix’s in the area.

I love Publix, I prefer Publix over other chains. Customer Service is a priority, this Publix is sold out of some items often because of the rapid growth. I am suggesting to stock more the sale items with the growing community. That is my only reason for the 4 stars.
