1000% trust my fur babies with the vets at Hoschton Animal Hospital. They are always so honest and the prices are good. I’ve been able to update them on my dog over text and email and I always get a response. Everyone is so sweet from the front office, to the techs, to the actual veterinarians. They always make me and my doggy feel so comfortable. Loui has always enjoyed her visits here.

We were so lucky to be able to have our turtle treated by Hoschton Animal Hospital recently. She was egg bound and very unhappy/restless/not eating. 8 eggs were delivered thanks to their fine care. Our turtle and us can now go back to normal. Phew!!Highly recommended vet service.We have been to them multiple times and they never disappoint!

I love Hoschton Animal Hospital. They take care of all of our animals. The staff is so sweet and take time to make sure everything is thorough without you feeling like you are being nickled and dimed the entire time. One of my babies is suffering from a heart condition and I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else

Dr. McKnight did a great job diagnosing and treating my dog. I especially appreciated her thorough explanations of each test, dietary recommendation, and medication. I also really appreciate that we were seen quickly for illness even without an appointment. The techs and other staff I encountered were all very knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciated the follow-up texts after our visits.

Extremely professional and safe with others animals they took my little Chihuahua and with immediately when I got there and called them up and they set up an appointment for 1 hour. I would highly recommend anyone looking for excellent care for their dog and they do many other animals but I only have a dog and they were excellent with them. If you love your pet and the best for them then this is where you need to call and you will be extremely satisfied.

I love this vet! They take amazing care of all of my dogs and they are very consistent with listening to what we have to say when it comes to our babies. I could say so much more but the overall truth is I don’t trust any vet as much as I do them.

I unfortunately cant leave a positive review. My avian vet recently retired so I decided to give this place a try. I have a macaw who has a yeast infection. These are large birds and giving meds is almost impossible. I expressed my concern with amount I had to give and how often but I was ignored bc thts what she likes to prescribe. I’ve tried my best to give the meds but it’s gotten in his, I forget what it’s called but he can barely breathe. I texted vet over weekend then called Monday to let them know it’s been 10 days, he’s still showing signs of infection and now he can’t breathe and what I need to do. I was told theyd pass message to vet. Well I got a text later asking for my email for the vet to contact me. She couldn’t bother to call me back. She has to email me. I gave them my email but it really pissed me off. Email. You’re gonna respond to my concerns in email. Naw as an exotic animal vet you should know parrots and if the owner says they can’t breathe thts kinda an emergency but let me just wait around on a email. So there’s 300 down the drain. I will not go back. It’s 12 am and I’m sitting in the bathroom with my bird running hot water just so he can’t breathe. Thank god I found a differ vet to take him to tomorrow. Who wants a vet who doesn’t listen by responds n email.Edit: my baby died at another vet. He told me tht the meds prescribed were given back in the 80s and while it was safe it was to much to often. Would have been great for a pigeon but not for larger birds who fight back. He basically inhaled some of the meds. They never returned my call even after they found out he died. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They will take your money, kill your pet and then never even bother to reach back out to you. I’ve called them twice. No worries they will offer to email u tho. I would avoid this place like the plagueThis is beloved pickle rick. Last pic I ever took of him. We was actually in their office.

I highly recommend Dr McKnight. She is amazing and has brought life back into my German Shepard when I was just about to lose hope. She is very attentive and thorough! Very happy with the service. Front desk staff is always very helpful and friendly as well.

We absolutely love Hoschton Animal Hospital. They have been there for us through our older sick pets to now our sweet new baby kittens, and they are wonderful. We also had hamsters and chameleons, and they were wonderful with all of them. Highly recommend. Their pricing is better than most places as well.

We ended up at HAH for our puppy’s spay and hernia repair because our current vet wasn’t doing surgeries at the time. The staff at HAH was extremely kind and welcoming, they had immediate availability, and they seemed to really love our Eleanor. When I called to check on her, they acted like it was an honor to go check and tell me that her “little nub was wagging like crazy”. When my husband picked her up, they knew exactly who he was and who his dog was. They really get to know and care about their patients! Eleanor seemed so happy when we picked her up, which tells us she was treated with love! HAH has earned a new client with us!! We were blessed to find them!

Dr Chapman and his staff are fantastic!!! We have dogs and cats but also have 3 parrots and 3 English Angora rabbits. Having parrots and rabbits requires going to a Vet that specializes in exotics. Dr Chapman and the other Dr’s treat all kinds of exotics which can be difficult to find as there a very few Veterinarians that treat exotics. . I am so pleased with the time and care he took with one of my parrots and rabbit. We actually were so pleased that we will now be moving all of our pets care and treatment to Dr Chapman!!! When I called for an appointment they got us right in!!!! Thank you Dr Chapman and staff!!!! The Akins family

Amazing facility with a fantastic staff. Even after moving, we drive over an hour to go here. The doctors really spend time to listen to your concerns and really explain your treatment options and overall plan. I've never felt rushed through appointments or "just another number". Their prices are very reasonable and scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience having our little Willow (Yorkie-Poo) spayed. Very fast appointment, estimate for procedure emailed upfront, excellent at home care instructions, text to check on her the day after she came home, and Willow is recovering quickly with no complications. Highly recommend.

Worst vet experience.. please do more research before bringing your exotic pets here, we were very un informed and mis lead and never would have went through with our bunnies surgery if they would have been more transparent. Very unprofessional staff as well.. very nice but unprofessional as they had no answers once so ever.

The lady in reception was triple terrible. I am visit to refill for my dog. She didn't understand what I am saying even my pronunciation is somewhat bad. Ask me four times to say again. "" Refill " "Refill "" Refill " " Refill " At last I write to her and she understand. No brain at all.

My baby boy Jaccs injured his leg and I took him here to see Dr.Roberts, she is just absolutely AMAZING! The entire staff the is just great, I cannot thank everyone (especially Dr. Roberts) here enough for taking such good care of my baby. Even when I call same day they always seem to get me in to make sure Jaccs is okay. Having an injured pup at times makes you feel very helpless but I can say that the staff here just makes you feel so much better about the situation. We love you guys ❤️

Thanks to the positive reviews from other clients that helped me discover this amazing facility! I had to bring my pup in for a visit due to some issues he was having and I cannot express how impressed I am by my entire experience.Waiting room - bright and welcoming! Front desk staff - amazing. Technicians - amazing. Veterinarian - amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I feel like I just went to the veterinary version of Chick-fil-A. Seriously!10/10

Took my dog in because of illness. They were quick with no waiting and did necessary tests and diagnosis was fast. Received meds. Dr knight answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of good information to help my baby. They made a follow call to check on her the next morning, which I thought was so kind.

My previous vet I had for over 20 yrs, when I moved to Hoschton Animal Hospital a few years ago I was hoping I would get the same family feeling as before and I have. They are a great practice, the vets actually listen to you and care about your pet. The office staff are top notch, they go out of their way to make sure you and your pets have the best experience possible !!

Idk if they’ve had a Doctor change but definitely Not the same Vet I used for my dogs who I loved… please please do not take your exotic pets here :( I was very mislead and Uniformed about my rabbits neuter… he unfortunately didn’t make it and if I would’ve known the chances I would never have done this as I had him for 4 years… extremely unprofessional experience, they left me on hold while my bunny was going into cardiac arrest and as I’m in tears they pick up and say “oh sorry forgot you were there” after running back and forth to the phone 3 times telling me he’s going in and out. A truly traumatic and heartbreaking experience that I pray never happens to anyone again.*note they were able to save him .. however they sent me home with a bunny who looked brain dead and wasn’t even moving and NO paperwork on what I should be doing to help him get better, no written instructions on how to feed him or give him his medicine… literally nothing other than a receipt for $1,138… and he ended up passing after having a onset of seizures that we weren’t able to get help for quick enough..I know this is a long review but I hope it helps even just one person know the risks that this vet will NOT tell you about .. I’m not saying they didn’t try and save him but as the pet parent I never even got the option for this to not have happened and the unprofessionalism is so scary when you’re suppose to trust leaving your babies with them :(

Highly suspicious. Booked an appointment online and was REQUIRED to pay $25. Overnight, my animal died. Called to cancel the appointment and get a refund only to be told that they could not do it because it was online and they do not, apparently, control that system. I was told I could call the OUT OF COUNTRY processing company to "see if they could help me", but in the same breath was told "they probably won't be able to do anything for you either". When I asked to speak to the manager, they were not even in the office and I was refused the right to speak to them about this practice. I am not keen to work with a vet clinic who wants to take money through a system that does not allow for refunds in the event of pet death. Proceed with caution and DO NOT PAY THE ONLINE FEE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

Wonderful experience at this practice. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Frangiosa who treated our senior guinea pig. She was super compassionate and took the extra time, patience, and understanding to get to the bottom of his health issues, while helping me understand next steps. Grateful to finally find someone to help with our piggy’s healthcare & dental care.
