The crew at Dog Gone Cute are the best. My Zoey loves to go in for her spa day. She is 13 and loves to be pampered. At Dog Gone Cute she is a queen. They are kind and gentle with all the pups.They used to include cat spa days but stopped that service last year. I miss the cat service.

This place is the best! I called today and was able to bring my Mini Australian Shepherd nails clipped and a trim on his hair. Staff was friendly and always amazing! Would highly recommend!

My neighbor recommended the salon to me and I'm so glad she did. Agnes does a wonderful job with my 4 dogs and is so sweet and patient with my quirky senior dog. I highly recommend Dog Gone Cute to anyone looking for a pet groomer!

It's now a week after grooming & my lil' dood is still soft & fluffy! They do a fantastic job on my schnoodle and they don't hold him there all day in a kennel. Best Buddies Dog Training works out of there too, and Chris does a wonderful job training pet parents.

They did a wonderful job on my Conejo. He is not a very friendly dog and gets very nervous. They said he did a good job and was a good boy. He smells so good and he is so soft! His nails look so much better too! This place is great!

We've had our Dutch Shepherd for 8... STINKY... years. We absolutely love her, but in 8 years of vet grooming, Petsmart grooming, and other grooming services, she's never really been clean when we get her back... until now. We took her over a week ago to Dog Gone Cute and she still smells/feels clean. I rarely post reviews, but this place was miraculous (and affordable).

We have been bringing our dog Chester there for the last 3 years. The groomer we use is Morgan and he is amazing with our dog. Our dog is not very trusting with people, but Morgan does great with him, very patient and caring. The staff is always amazing too.

Dog Gone Cute was recommended to me by our vet. We've taken MAX to get groomed here for the past year. He's an old timer, but we request the puppy cut and it's so cute! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Check them out and be sure to make an appointment ahead of time

I have two senior dogs which I have always groomed myself. Due to upcoming shoulder surgery,I brought both girls here to be done. Well, I can’t say enough about the care they received! I could not have done a better job than Morgan! Each of my girls were given the special attention they needed during their grooming! The staff even helped me load them into my car!

Recently had my miniature dog groomed and they did an awful job! her bows came out her hair the same day, nails were not cut and had a cut on her but! And still charged me for brushing her teeth when she doesn't have any! Will be looking for a new groomer for all 6 of my dogs!

5 star to 1 star. The girl working phones today 8/12/23 that’s not the job for them. I’ve been a customer for 2+ years never once late or canceled an appointment. Had a situation that is not their problem by any means but I was running late, the girl reluctantly was going to still let me come but then I had an issue with picking up my dog so I called back and let her know. She told me about the $20 no show fee with an attitude. That’s fine I would have paid it. I called back less than 5 mins later and let her know I found someone to pick my dog up, I live less than 5 mins away and she still said no to me coming bc she marked me no show. Her attitude and unwillingness to help was off putting & I will not return.

They do not answer the phone when you are attempting to pick up your dog, but blow up your phone with reminders to get them (Make it make sense) and then proceed to catch an attitude if you call out there "Sloppy" customer service and half done grooming job! Highly recommend any other facility but this one

Love this place!! Very friendly staff! Super clean salon!! The dogs always come home squeaky clean and smell amazing! It's hard to find people who know how to clean all the nooks and crannies of English Bulldogs. I am so glad I found Dog Gone Cute!!!!

We absolutely love Dog Gone Cute!!! Our dog, Remi, has been going there for almost 2 years now! Not only is his groom always amazing, but the staff is courteous and friendly! They always groom the way I request and listen to my needs for my dog! They are always so sweet and loving to Remi! If your looking for a great groomer, look no further.

Had to reschedule due to my dog getting very sick and took him to the vet the day of our grooming appt. The man never mentioned a rescheduling fee but it didn’t matter I couldn’t bring my dog in with diarrhea and vomiting instead we went to our vet to get him better. Rescheduled for the following week brought him in to be groomed and was informed by Tonya, the owner, I owned $20 for rescheduling. I explained the situation and how I couldn’t foresee this and definitely didn’t want to bring him in sick. She rudely said oh well her policy and then informed me she could careless if I come back or about all the people I have referred to her, she has a ton of business. Sad because his groomer was amazing, can’t say the same about the owner.

I have been going here for 5 years and when I arrived today for Maggie’s appointment that they had 6 dogs ahead of Maggie. They asked if I wanted to reschedule because I needed to be able to pick up Maggie by 2:00 and I said yes as I need to pickup my granddaughter from school. They told me I would have to pay a $20 rescheduling fee. I had to make this appointment on this day because they failed to put Maggie on the books when I initially called. They charge you to use a credit card also.

We took our dog to “Dog Gone Cute” two times and will never go back. The first experience was a positive one. However, the second time, we made an appointment weeks in advance. As they always do, they sent us a confirmation text with our appointment time and date. When l brought our dog in, the girl at the front told me we didn’t have an appointment. l explained that we booked an appointment weeks in advance and she was incredibly rude asking for our confirmation acting like i was insane for thinking we had an appointment when she didn’t have our dogs name on a card….When my husband showed the confirmation text and called after we were asked to leave, because they couldn’t get our dog in, the same girl literally said “well, it’s not our problem, it’s not in our system” after being told we had the text for this date and time. We understand mix ups and things happen - but at the least, don’t be rude when it was a mistake made on your end and l don’t know, maybe try to get us booked for the next possible appointment or attempt to squeeze us in asap? Horrible customer service.
