Came in to get my T-Mobile Tuesday prints, and Anderson was helpful. He used to have T-Mobile, so we had something in common. He made my visit very welcoming, and I will be back. For Anderson to speak and hold a conversation made all the difference to me. We need more people like Anderson where they treat you like family. Anderson outstanding customer service is what all stores need today. Keep it up, Anderson, thank you again!

I’m new to this area I come into the store to get my prescription refilled. I was told that I had no refills but the young lady found one.This visit started out very pleasant. I was told that it would be a few more minutes because the system went down, but I sat in there an hour beyond that waiting for my prescription Other people coming in and out and I’m still sitting here myself and another customer had to go back to the counter asked for our prescription. I didn’t get a text, No call over the intercom to say that my prescription was ready and I do not appreciate that and the young lady that waited on me she saw me sitting there she came from behind the counter, went to the shelf and Retrieved something and went back and her excuse was that she thought I was shopping she didn’t see me sitting over there , and that’s unacceptable because if I saw her she saw me her eyes made contact with me. So maybe they need to do less chitchatting and focus on doing right by the customers that are waiting for their prescriptions.

Huge thank you to this pharmacy team. The team is always pleasant, and the pharmacy manager has gone above and beyond to make sure my high demand prescription is filled. Kudos, on all fronts. I only wish my MD pharmacy was as helpful and caring.

I had a prescription called in and received a text on my phone within 30 minutes that it was available already. When I went to pick it up at the drive thru, not only was it fast, but the employee at the window was extremely friendly.

We’re new to the area and my fiancé had her prescription transferred here. I will mention that I think this location has a staffing issue.The girl who initially took care of her was very nice, but the pharmacist in the back was loudly complaining about being overworked. I understand how that feels, but it did not seem like a good environment for the team or the customers.We decided to cancel our transfer and will be staying with our original pharmacy.

We need a 0 star option when rating this place. Same story as everyone else who deals with this disgrace of a pharmacy. Phones not being answered, left on hold for over a hour, routine medications not in stock have to be ordered, frequent processing errors, etc. Each time I am told that they are too busy to do a better job. At the rate people are pulling their business they should have time very soon. Do yourself a favor and go to just about any pharmacy.

ZERO STARS! Each month they are confused about what my reoccurring prescription is, they’re “out of stock” even though I’ve been picking it up there for a year. The last straw was this week when my doctor put in an early order for my medication on Monday as I’m leaving to go out of the country for three weeks on Saturday. CVS just put my order on hold because they were out of stock, never called me, never ordered more and now I’m leaving with less pills than I need. You have to get in the car and drive up there like it’s 1902 to talk to someone because they refuse to answer the phone. Go anywhere else. You’ll have better luck at Burger King with getting your stuff filled than here. I’m finally switching to Jackson pharmacy.

Please do not go to CVS Pharmacy here. The service is truly a mess. I returned a medication I received a month ago without even opening it, but they still refunded it. However, today I went to another doctor, got a different prescription, and went to pick it up. They put the medication in a bag, and I assumed it was the medication I was prescribed this time. I paid $26 for it and brought the bag home. When I checked the contents, it turned out to be the same medication I had returned a month ago. So, I went back to CVS and requested a refund, but now they refuse to do it. I don't understand why they won't take responsibility for their mistake of putting the wrong medication and refuse to refund it. I'm going to report this to CVS headquarters. The pharmacy manager, Sakeena, is truly terrible at customer service and very rude. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my 25 years of living in the United States. Absolutely do not go to this pharmacy.

No issues with products. A little slow when picking up meds. My issue is ... THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! You have practically ZERO chance of talking to a human being by phone in the pharmacy. I'm looking at taking my business elsewhere.

You can't give 0 stars, so 1 it is. I have been overly patient with this pharmacy for 3 years, and was treat so rudely last night by the pharmacist that I'm pulling all prescriptions from CVS as a whole. I can understand being overworked and short handed, I can also understand corporate rules governing capabilities. What is inexcusable are lies, poor communication, and blatant disregard for customers needing medication. Needing a medication that my doctor sent to this location 4 days prior, I was first told at the window that it wasn't sent by my doc. I confirmed it was the following business day, and called this location to confirm that they were in receipt. After waiting for 30 on two separate occasions to get someone on the phone, I finally drove there after work. I was told that my prescription was "rejected", then that my insurance wouldn't cover it (which I should know because their automated system texted me--it did not) I said I would pay out of pocket (less than $1), and was then notified that they actually didn't have any of that medication in stock and that they *might* get a delivery truck tomorrow. Their suggestion? Call my on call doc and have them send a new prescription elsewhere at 7:30 pm. Will NEVER EVER be back.

Trying to get a prescription filled here will take no less than 30-45 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you use the drive thru or you go inside. We have gotten incorrect amounts of meds before and stuff is never ready in time. Save yourself the headache and use Jackson Pharmacy.

Over charging elderly patients for prescriptions repeatedly and refusing to try to discount medications for seniors who definitely need and have to have the meds. The pharmacy manager is rude and has absolutely no customer compassion to assist in helping them receive discounted meds with Good Rx or any other plan. Do not go to this CVS Pharmacy!

I had repeatedly told pharmacy to remove ALL MY MEDS FROM “ready fill”. I picked up a refill I thought was for my wife. It was a refill for 1 of my meds: $300+! I spoke with mgr. Who politely refused to return my payment. (I understood that meds can’t be returned, but CVS should have eaten the expense.)I went directly to Jackson Pharmacy and requested they pull all meds from CVS. I’m VERY happy with Jackson Pharmacy: when you call, someone answers the phone! What a concept!And no more waiting in long lines at drive-thru window!

From the beginning my appt was 20 minutes delayed because the provider chose to take a family receiving some sort or test before my appt. I also know all of this because the door was left wide open the entire time. She then forgets to call in my prescription and I’ve now gone 3 days without the medicine I need due to negligence. This entire experience with minute clinic and the pharmacy has been a disaster. The pharmacy’s advice was for my to make another appt and get a new prescription. As if these appointments are free to everyone & I should have to pay another appointment due to her not doing her job. A joke.Update: it’s been 2 weeks since my visit , I called and filed a complaint with CVS corporate and they were supposed to be placing a “rush” order on my prescription and the manager of this minute clinic was supposed to be calling me. Never heard from them.

Have been on the phone waiting on hold for over an hour just to talk to the pharmacy. Just hung up because they obviously don't care. There is NO excuse for this. If they cant answer the phone maybe this store needs to be closed! ZERO HELP AT THIS STORE!

No special deals, be have what you need to get by. Not sure about the rx service, because I didn't get none. By other reviews, it needs work. I just stopped by to get primatene for my allergies. They were closed at 1:30 pm. Lunch I reckon. So hours should be from 9 to 1. Then 2 till 6. Wouldn't hurt to be more sensitive when it comes to health care. I'm sure people picking up prescriptions here had to learn the hard way also. Change your store hours or maybe, take lunch 1 at a time. 3 in the cage at lunch.

Not sure why I even bother to leave these reviews because CVS could care less.The CVS in Hoschton, Ga is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever done business with. I get the same prescription at the same time every single month for the last two years and they never ever have it in stock. I’m left waiting days 4 to 5 days for my medication to arrive.The pharmacist here have zero concern and could care less about the customers. I’ve already transferred all my information to another pharmacy and will never be back to this CVS again.

I had an appointment for a booster vaccination. I arrived approx 10 minutes before my appointment. There was one other person ahead of me. He was called in and received his treatment and when he left and he said it will only take a minute. Then the clinician left. By then I had been waiting over an hour past my appointment time. I don't know where the clinician went because at that time I left and went to another CVS and got my shot. That clinician knew I was waiting for my shot, and she chose to ignore me and left for (lunch)? wherever.Not very professional. I do not recommend the minute clinic at this location.

Horrible, I go in to make my daughter a appointment @6 today. Which two slots was available for today. This lady comes calling at 5:15 talking something wrong with their computer double booking. Mind you this not the 1st time and I don’t have nothing to do with your computer double booking. It’s very frustrating and unacceptable. I will never go back. The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. I would honestly rate them with no star. These are people with higher education however they are actually really unintelligent, undiligent, unprofessional, immoral, and they do things that are only a convenient to them. They do not have patient care values. How can a pharmacy be "out of stock" but inform me my prescription is ready? Only to find out 3/4 of my prescription is ready and I would have to return. Return a few days to find out they entered in an entire new order for items that doesn't even fit my lancet, in which was of a lesser value from a retail cost standpoint. If my insurance is going to cover at zero cost for me out of pocket something retailed valued at a higher cost; do your job and fill me the correct and original prescription. My insurance even agrees after speaking with the pharmacist. Now I have to go back to my doctor to have them send in another prescription for the correct items that properly fits my device. Wait another 25 days so that it'll go through the insurance process. First and last time I am ever having my prescription filled by this location. I can agree why this location only has 2.6 star rating.

Very bad experience for my wife today, she called in advance and the prescription was not ready as they said, and it took about half hour to prepare it. It was given after different reminders, very bad, my wife waiting with the baby in arms and an old woman was in the same situation

This pharmacy is the worst. I am pregnant and my doctor called in a higher dosage of my medicine. I picked it up and noticed it’s not what I normally get so I called my doctor to confirm. And she said she called it in as the brand specific only as always. I called CVS to let them know they gave me the wrong prescription and they were quick to say they’ll get the correct one filled, didn’t even bother to apologize for giving me the wrong medicine. I didn’t hear anything back from them and checked my CVS app just to see that they’ve marked it as “out of stock” and they didn’t bother to tell me that or call me back. I’ve changed pharmacies and will never come here again.

my brother and i scheduled appointments to be tested for covid-19. i received a call stating that because i was late to my appointment, it’d have to be rescheduled. my brothers appointment was a little later than mine so they were able to squeeze me in between other appointments. even though i was very frustrated, the nurse was extremely nice once i was taken back. she explained the reasoning behind cancellations and told me that nose rings could effect the results. after communicating these things, i was able to get tested and left a happy customer.

After finally claiming that they couldn’t see a prescription that was sent in hours before, my husband had to rush over to get it filled for my toddler before it closed. He asked the tech the directions for dosage and correct storage for the prescription and she replied rudely with It’s On the Box. Instead of doing her job and giving instruction for prescription use or referring us to the pharmacist. They always seem to never see prescriptions and take a very long time to fill them. The customer service from the techs is horrendous. The one male tech is the only decent employee. I will be moving all prescriptions to a local pharmacy

The automated service keeps blowing my phone up that I need to pick my meds up. Tuesday 2/7/23 go to the drive thru for pick up. It’s 1:10pm. Two cars ahead of me. 21 mins later I finally get to the window. There is also a car behind me as well. I said whew I’m picking up. The lady tells me this “we’re closed”Um… ok!? I hate this place. No concern for our health. I have been coming here for awhile now. I’m moving on.I know, I know. Lunch bla bla bla. But no apology. Nothing. Closes the window.Seriously. 20 minutes in line. How is this any of my fault? Never again.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. They do not answer the phone and simply do not care to help anyone. I wish there was an option to give them negative marks on this review. I wonder how many people have died waiting for these sloths to answer the phone or service customers. Absolutely sorry and repulsive. Rude people working in this Pharmacy. Doctor called in prescriptions, they were ready before I arrived. I had to take a prescription in to be filled, and now having to wait double time on cough medicine. I let her know that the other prescriptions were ready and would I still need to wait over 20 minutes for cough medicine- she answered in a rude voice. Same rude lady that has been there as long as the rude pharmacist. CVS will not get any of our business anymore. 3/9/2020

Worst customer service I have ever had.I went for a covid test, arrived 20 minutes early and was not seen. When I approached the grey haired female nurse? I was told that I was a no show (even though I had been waiting in the car following instructions for 20 minutes) and then she refused to help or even answer a question when I asked why I could not be seen.I was the only one there for a test, the paring lot was empty and I was refused service and had the door slammed in my face.Save yourself some grief and find another location, the staff here is rude and will refuse to even answer questions.
