On 3/26/24 around 4:20p-4:30p. The guy working the electronics boat was awesome. Helped me out with finding a phone case and screen protector for a new phone. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with a pickup order. The Front End Manager Camron (as well as another lady working service desk) took all the time necessary to solve my unique situation. Anyone can deliver service when things are easy but they were excellent even when it was complicated and time consuming to fix. Thank you.

Clean and nicely organized store. I intentionally use self checkout because I organize my cart with the intention of getting through self checkout in under 5-minutes. I go to the self checkout and then an associate said they had to check me out. The associate could not have been younger than 250-years old. I opted to abandon my cart because I didn’t have 20-minutes per item to wait. If you are not going to allow customers to “self checkout” at the “self checkout”; please post a sign at the entrance so efficient people don’t waste their time shopping with the intention of “self checkout”.

I went to the self checkout with my salad materials and a 12pk of trulys. The attendant came to check my ID and pretended it was suspicious- then asked if i was “ready for it” and said “you know you’re going to cry” “it’s coming up” regarding my summer birthday of turning 30.Little did the loser in the knock off levis denim jacket know: no one thought id make it to 20 so it’s gonna be a celebration not a bad thing. I’m lucky to be alive. And if i cry it will be because I’m not dead.But have a great night and maybe let’s do an “gotappropriate things to say to customers seminar”

Clean and well organized Walmart. Little disappointed by the produce selection as it appeared to be being restocked when we were there. Here's the deal, I happen to notice that everybody in the building or most everybody in the building that was an employee had an earpod in. Appeared to be their own earpod not a Walmart issued earpod This is becoming a general trend that I'm noticing in a lot of fast food restaurants and a lot of retailers that I visit. At what point is this going to become an issue? As it appears like most people are in their own world when they're stocking produce or stocking a shelf in Walmart versus actually working and paying attention to the customers.

Why do you have recalled products on your shelves? I made two trips across the store trying to buy Tide Pods, held up the line, and eventually left an entire cart full of goods in frustration. Just lost another customer to Amazon. Best of luck.

This store is one mile from me and I shop there often. My problem is the lack of mobility Carts for seniors. This storeis huge with only TWO Carts.This is a huge issue. I love Walmart but go to the other stores who cater to Seniors.

Great Service at Walmart"I consistently receive exceptional service at the Holly Springs Walmart. The staff, from Joy in customer service to Robert, the entrance greeter, and the friendly cashier in the assisted checkout line, are always attentive and courteous. Manager Cammeron even went above and beyond by personally delivering a motorized shopper cart to my car, making my shopping experience as a handicapped individual much easier. The store is consistently clean, and the merchandise is neatly organized on the shelves. I highly appreciate their dedication and the welcoming atmosphere, making me a returning customer. This Walmart is my go-to for all my shopping needs."

Of all the Walmarts, this would be my favorite location. It's convenient and the people are friendly. The biggest complaint is having to check myself out even with a large load of groceries. However, the guys doing the pickups are great!

Been to Holly Springs Wal-Mart on several many occasions over the past few months trying to purchase various items. Seems the inventory staff is not scanning all tbe shelves to replace sold out or missing items... no big deal, I purchased from Kroger and Publix items not available at Wal-Mart

new camera's in the self check out makes it look like you are trying to steal when putting items in the bag. And the crazy old women they have "helping" you don't make it any better.

I was doing self check out and a worker came up and gave themselves 5 stars on the screen? He didn’t even ask me to do it. He just waited there for the satisfactory stars to come up on the screen and pressed 5 stars himself and giggled with other coworkers. Rude and weird.

Very good, everything they sell has good service and I always like to go to Walmart because it is well stocked. I go every Sunday to buy food for the week and I highly recommend it since it is also a place to shop. as a family and buy very good things at good pricesIt has ample parking and has different commercial areas around the establishment and that is very good because you can buy everything in one place.If you are looking for a place to buy a variety of things such as kitchen, home, entertainment, electronic cleaning, television, telephone, enbfin, different products, varieties and services.

I have always had great customer service. TBryan the manager would not help me and the Tech rep screamed at me. None of them would honor the price. The layout was misleading at best. That is the manager pulling up the card where the price dropped. He then told me to go to Bells Ferry walmart. Of course they had the wrong screw and price. There lapel was 3050 not 3050 ti Sotheby's were charing more for a less quality laptop. Anyway, do not expect to get the price even if they advertise it. There stickers are incorrect any they careless. They could have at least offered me half the difference.

While I was self checking one of the clerks was very rude to me and then she never apologized after she acted like I was stealing. I was insulted and embarrassed. I have been shopping there for years. If you want to know who it is. Look on your cameras.

Friendly and helpful staff. A big, newer Walmart.** On the negative side:Usually quite busy, and sometimes only the self checkout and one or two traditional lanes are open. My last visit there was a line of 20+ people waiting for self checkout, and the lanes were backed up too. I sent a picture (attached) of the line I was in --when I was already halfway through it-- to my wife to explain why the trip was taking so long.

Tonight, like almost every night I go to this Walmart, they shut down to only a few self checkout lanes at around 10pm. Then they proceeded to threaten customers every 5 minutes over the loud speaker about the store closing at 11pm and you better be in line by 11pm or else. Here's an idea,keep open more lanes open so there won't be a line of customers at 1059pm trying to check out.

I had to find a FedEx dropp-off with mailing supplies - because other drop-offs (Walgreens etc.) don't have any.Friendly help was available at this location.
