OK, I know I'm writing a review, so I must have gone. Yes and no. My wife wanted a peanut buster parfait, and I got her one. I ate half of it and it was good! The service at this location was good, too.

Ordered a #10, kids cheeseburger meal and 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs. I pulled to the window and the guy recalled my order and said "2 slaw dogs", I corrected him and said they should be chili-cheese-slaw. He kept nodding saying 2 dogs with slaw even after I repeated it twice. When they handed me my order I had 2 slaw dogs. A very nice lady came to the window and asked if there was an issue and I explained I had ordered 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs and received slaw dogs. I asked if they could just give me a cup of chili to put on them but she insisted they would make new ones. Another guy came to the window a minute later and took the slaw dogs back. Brought two new hot dogs to the window and I drove away thinking there was no way it could be wrong after that. Got home a few minutes later to find 2 smashed chili-cheese dogs that seemed to have had slaw scraped off. We also realized we received no fries for the #10. I gave the second star only because she attempted to make it right but this was a total failure all the way around. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I am not happy about paying almost 16$ for two sundaes and some onion rings just to find out whatever ice cream they gave me was not dairy queen ice cream it was hard not soft and tasted like something u get from a gas station. i got my dog a pup cup and it had dairy queen soft serve ice cream but not the two sundaes. I’m disappointed i drove 20 minutes to get there because i was craving it just to be served whatever that was.

I’ve gone here since 2018, they opened around that time as well if I’m remembering correctly. The food is always good, the ice cream is great and I’ve always had them flip my blizzards. (Weird thing to review but other Dairy Queen’s haven’t because they know that ice cream is too runny haha). Overall, the staff is always friendly, the drive thru is quick and it’s a good experience!

Went through the drive-through and got a shake and a double cheeseburger. Staff was very friendly but OMG, I paid $12 for just the 2 things I got. This is crazy, and the cheeseburger did not even have lettuce or tomatoes, just pickles and ketchup. This should be illegal. I should be able to buy meals for 3 people with $12 at a fast food place. Never going there again. I'd rather go to Burger King or Wendy's next time!

I used to LOVE this location (out of all of our local Dairy Queen’s and I pass other locations on the way for this specific one!) This location has now gone downhill, sadly. Even in the midst of rushes the crew has always been on top of things and pleasant. Unfortunately, not the case anymore. First, we were rushed on the speaker to the point where my husband forgot to order his sundae but felt uncomfortable even adding anything when we got to the window because it was just as stressful. As we were about to pull away we realized they forgot the drinks. (Things happen and we weren’t upset.) Then as we were halfway down the road we realized they also forgot our child’s sundae. At this point we didn’t want to turn around and become even more stressed on our outing.The breaking point: there was hair in my child’s food and everyone lost their appetite.Yep, $30 went directly in the trash.

I'm not sure what changes were made to Dairy Queens ice cream, but whatever the change it is now awful. To call it ice cream is the same as calling Yoohoo chocolate milk.Bad form, DQ. Very Bad Form!

Extremely unprofessional management and employees that have absolutely NO CLUE how to provide customer services.We waiting in line for almost 30mins with only 4 people in front of us. At first it was just a young girl with a serious attitude that had a train of thought process like a turtle. I’m not even kidding. As more customers came in finally the manager came up to the front to take one order than disappeared again. We continued to wait now at the front of the line while the young girl literally stood with her back turned to us looking at the ice cream station. I couldn’t keep my mouth shut any longer. I spoke up and said “can you please take our order? We have been in line for 30mins and only 4 people ahead of us.” She slowly turned around stood in front of the register and looked at me with a blank stare. I had to repeat at lease 6 times (not even exaggerating) a simple order 3pc Chicken basket with onion rings upgrade for a butterfinger blizzard and Kids hotdog with vanilla cone. Finally I paid with cash, she had to get the Calculator out to count out the change that she handed back crumpled like a piece of paper with the change that wasn’t even correct falling out onto the floor.That was just to place the order…while waiting for another 30mins the manager starts yelling and cussing a poor older door dashing guy for following the directions posted. We finally received our order that of course wasn’t correct and undercooked. At this point we had enough. I wasn’t wasting anymore time or energy at this place.Clearly this location lacks management leadership!!! I’m sincerely hoping this will be corrected before the busy season coming up soon. THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP!!!

First time ordering and the staff mentioned all were in training. However they were very polite and apologetic for taking a little longer but assured me they’d be the best DQ around soon. 4 stars only because the milk for my kids meal expired on October 28 (it’s Nov 3 today). They need to be more careful as someone could get really sick!

This is ridiculous. I spent 4.50$ on a large sundae and spend 6+ minutes in the drive through only to receive this. When I asked the cashier to confirm that this was a large, she shut me down and rudely replied yes. I’ve seen their sizes, this isn’t even a kids cup of ice cream. Absolutely insane.

This location is fairly new and extremely clean inside and out. The staff is friendly. My favorite menu item at DQ is the Turtle Pecan Blizzard. For some reason, this location doesn't get it right. The last one had no chocolate or pecans. Yesterday, there were plenty of Pecans because I asked for them but there was very little chocolate and no caramel. I do love that they play Christian music in the dining area.

The food is decent most of the time, the blizzards are great, people are nice, but the wait, every time, is astounding. This is a 15-20 min experience in the drive through. Be prepared. Just got my order and fries are cold as ice.

The food is about what you'd expect from any dairy queen, but the service is what really drove me to write a review. I have to give a shout-out to Noah. This man has been very accommodating, and helpful. My wife forgot to ask to leave something off of her salad, and he was able recognize her disappointment, and immediately tried to remedy a problem he, or the establishment, didn't cause. The salad was made to my wife's liking with a great attitude, and was delivered to our table with a free cone coupon. I watched him go out of his way to satisfy other customers with the same smile and spirit. Y'all, give Noah a raise or promotion, for real..

Such a disappointment. They repeated my order twice and still gave me the wrong blizzard. Even got it correctly on the receipt. It’s hard to check stuff when they hand it to you in the drive through. It sucks thinking you’ll get what you order and not getting it.
