No regrets staying here! Staff is very friendly and accommodating even when arriving late (2 am). Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, everything is up to date. I would definitely stay here again. McDonald's is directly across the street and Waffle House is right down the road. Hotel was easy to find.

This is not a fancy place. It is however very affordable. It's an older building and the staff do a great job keeping it up. The carpet in the room was old but the room was well kept. The TV was good with direct TV. If you are looking for a place that is safe to say and has very clean bathrooms and linens, this is the spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience at this Inn!! Very quick to check in and the management and staff were very nice and friendly. Very reasonable rate for the room we requested. The room was very clean and comfortable with a microwave and mini-fridge.Even with the parking lot full of fellow travelers, it was surprisingly very quiet. Would most definitely stay again!!!

Worst motel or hotel whatever do NOT stay here go up the hill and stay there. They man that runs the place is the rudest man that ever walked. He should NOT deal with the public... He came to our room 30 mins. early and told us to get out and it was not time to check out but he didn't care he told us to get out. Very rude and obnoxious man . Myself I think he should go back to the desert where he belongs

We stayed here on a mini road trip with low expectations, but they still weren't met. For starters my husband asked about a military discount and was quoted higher than what was posted online(their website, not third party), they agreed to their price. I find it odd that the military discount price was higher than online, seems scammish.The room had two large towels(family of 4), we went swimming and requested additional towels. That didn't go over easily, with some arm twisting we were able to get two additional towels. So we had to use the wet pool towels for the shower also. As my husband is asking for towels, owner reminds us that pool closes at 9(it was 830ish), mind you we are waiting for towels to dry off to get out. Not very hospitable.Requested a fan, says they don't have one. Room was very warm and took hours to warm up due to no AC running at all in room when we arrived.I understand you get what you pay for, but customer service can make up for the lack of perks. Could use some work in that area.

Let me make it clearer. The front desk clerk was very rude. This hotel is only out for the money an not about the customer serivce quality. When calling the booking online service they stated not to list the children for they were free anyways for they both were under the age listed on the website. We walked into the room an it smelt as if it was a mix between mold an a ash tray. The room states no smoking so why does it smell as if the tenants prior smoked? Lists online that there were hair dryers an a coffee maker an neither are present upon time of arrival. Very disappointed

For the price, this place is awesome. No breakfast but Macdonald's is across the street. Plenty of hot water, bug free, quiet, the outside looks fantastic, and very clean! This is the place to stay in Hogansville after a long day ion the road. $50!!! Don't hold it against them that the tax takes it to $62.00...I can't believe the lower starred reviews stayed in the same place.

Stayed here July 2015 and the place is ridiculous...it has potential but it is so outdated. It hasn't been touched since the first time I stayed in it over 20 year ago. The rooms are dark, dirty and carpets are wet by the A/C leaving the room smelling like mildew. The people managing are horrible managers, the only concern they have is making sure the housekeeper doesn't give out extra towels. And the housekeeping is even more ridiculous...all they do it go around and pick up dirty towels. I have had to go to the office to get trash bags, toilet paper and get my clean towels back. By the way there is no breakfast as advertised on some sites. I'd try another hotel if I had to do it all over again.

The night woman was very friendly, however the room we stayed in #221 was disgusting. The smell that was covered by fragrance took my breath away to the point of not being able to breath. The bed comforter was torn and had 3 standard size pillows for a hard king bed. The refrigerator was warm and the microwave was caked with food as old as the year of the appliance (which had to be when they first came out with microwaves). The bathroom door was dripping with dirt and the toilet bowl tipped and was so uneven it was dangerous to use. Only a quarter of the outlets worked and the TV quality was blurry, although that could have been a good thing if I brought a child there as pornography stations appeared just as any other channel. The WiFi had two possible connections and neither one of them worked unless you stood outside the door. The coffee offered to quests might have been enjoyable if at 8am the lobby door was unlocked so you could have a cup; but you can bet that at 10:05am the phone in the room was ringing and the day man was yelling that check out time was 10. My fiance and I would not recommend this Inn to anyone.

The motel was relatively clean but the staff was so rude it was unbelievable. We were in town for a family reunion and they charged each of us a different price. Our family will never stay at this motel ever again! They didn't have enough towel and wash cloths in the rooms also there were no face tissues in any of the rooms that our family stayed in! Instead of being rude they should be working on getting continental breakfast for the price they charge because their customer service or any of their accommodation don't measure up to other motels that charge what they charge.

Great value for the money! Clean rooms. Close to the highway without being too close to hear the trucks passing by. Walking distance from the grocery store. Staff were delightfully friendly.Only a few drawbacks: rooms had older furniture with stains and were broken in some places. Appliances were older but worked just fine. Internet was a bit slow, but wifi was free.Would recommend to a friend.

Rude rude rude don't recommend to anyone. Bed bugs and roaches. Dirty Towels. Bed sheets had stains and a sour smell to them and staff refused to change them out. They refused to move me to a maybe cleaner room and used very fowl language when I asked for a refund and I did not get my refund. This acs should be shut down.

Do NOT stay here, unless you like to be screamed at by the front desk employees. Called to see how much a room was for one night. We were told $55. My husband went to book a room and was told $79 because of tax?!?! He tried to make conversation with the guy and said “How’s business going?” And the guy working behind the counter said “What kind of rude question is that?? Is that any of your business?”Absolutely ridiculous!!! This place needs a change in management ASAP! Glad we didn’t stay here. Would not pay $79 for crappy service and sketchy rooms.

I checked in at 12:30 a.m. . Housekeeping begin knocking on my door and other doors and yelling, waking up customers at 9:35am and again at 10:30am. I felt it was rude and disrespectful. Otherwise the room is nice.

EXCELLENT CHOICE OF STAY! We arrived at 1:15 am front desk was awesome I woke him up out bed, but he was still the Nicest gentleman ever. No its not the Hilton but it's cozy and laid back you don't have to worry your going to owe money cause of an accident!!! Will for sure stay again!!!

This hotel should not be your first or second choices of a place to stay.Unfortunately at 2 am in the morning it's about the only thing you will find My wife and I stayed there on Friday night and planned on getting up early to resume our trip to Fla When we tried to check in we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes for someone to answer the bell no lobby entry after 10 00pm .We were giving a room that smelled really bad on surface it looked clean but you could see it hadn't been cleaned My wife pulled all the covers off the bed checking for any signs of bed bugs.We used our own pillows and blankets. The carpet felt sticky the shower was moldy in the corners .Lot of noise we stayed because we were so tired from driving. Get up to check out and there was no breakfast or coffee as advertised I asked about breakfast or even coffee clerk was very rude. Lot of unsavory characters hanging around. I don't like to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to write about Woodstream Inn maybe to save someone else the aggravation especially if you are traveling with children Teri and I just chalked it up to plan our stops a little better next time

My husband & I couldn't get the wifi password to work. It would either connect, but redirect us to a page telling us that there is a problem, or wouldn't do anything but save password. It didn't matter what we did, & all the front desk would do is repeat the word. When I called the office, & asked for more towels, I was first told we had enough towels. I then handed the phone to my husband, & he was told if we wanted extra towels, we had to come to the office. (Granted it was approx 11:30ish, but we didn't ck in until after 930., & the office was suppose to be open 24hrs.) I went immediately down to the office and I rang the bell, like the sign said to do, twice. No one came. The pool looked like it has been closed for repairs for some time. They advertise they have vending machines and self service laundry. What they really have is one washer and dryer, & one soda machine with Coke, Sprite, water, & generic brand. Oh a ice machine as well. The can sodas were$1.00 EA. We had a smoking room. All you get is one small ash tray. On the plus side there is a flat screen TV, a small fridge & microwave. The shower has good pressure, but no garden tub. You only have 10mins after you ck in to change your mind. Unfortunately for us, after we dropped our stuff off in to the room, we took off to do some shopping. Needless to say we will not be staying there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

This looked like the nicer one of the two hotels in town so when my boyfriend's son broke down on the way to Tennessee we thought this would be the place for an overnight reprieve from the cold and rain. The woman who answered the phone could barely be understood and when I explained the situation and that we would like to pay for a room for him for the night while we drove from Pigeon Forge to come get him not only were they completely unable to work with us, they hung up on us. Now, he is 20 and I know that some hotels have a 21+ policy and if that is the policy, it is the policy. I understand. But to HANG UP THE PHONE?! Not an, I'm sorry we can't help you, not anything just. "No. 21 over only" and then click. The reviews for this place in general talk about bad service. True story. Meanwhile the Garden Inn was able to take the reservation on the phone, allowed me to send a credit card and ID and prevent him from spending the night sitting at a gas station for 5 1/2 hours while we drove there. I wanted to use some more vulgar terms for my disappointment in this property but I dont want to stoop to the level of this ridiculous person.

This is probably the worst hotel excuse me motel that I have ever stayed in. I booked for 1 week from the first time I called till I got to the room the price went up 3 different times. There is one car in the parking lot. I went to the office because I was told that they have a deluxe room that is twice the size of the regular rooms. When I spoke with them on the phone the "Deluxe"rate was 65 a night now when I went to the office to see if I could get the last 4 nights in one of those rooms they were magically 100 dollars a night. Go across the street to the Garden Inn. I guess these people don't have any concepts of stature of the laws. You can't charge what you feel like according to how much money someone takes out. Oh and I had to buy my own toilet paper and can only have towels once a week so please save your money sleep across the street or in your car.

I saw this place advertised for $50, so I stopped to get a room. It was 30 degrees out and at 11pm you have to stand outside and use check in window. Ring bell, guy clearly knows I'm there but ignores me for 3 minutes. Finally comes over, tells me a room is $55 plus tax. I ask for a room and bill is $68. (That's 24% "tax"). I tell him it was advertised for $50, and asked if it's cheaper to rent online. He said yes because of the deal they have with them. I said I'd like to do that if possible, it would help me out. He said alright I'll refund your money. I'll refund all of your money. He had me sign a return slip and said they didn't have any room for me, and sealed the window in my face. Glad I didn't stay here, they are rude and sheisty.Update: did not refund money even though I did not stay here. Now I need to take legal action against this fraud!
