The food wasn't the best I've had at a Wendy's, but I wanted to post a review to praise the fenced dog walk that they've made available. The food was delivered very fast, which may be why it wasn't great; I assume it was pulled out from under a heating lamp. The bathroom was clean, which is always nice.I ordered chicken nuggets and had a whole conversation about their sauce options only to not get what I requested. I ended up with the ghost pepper ranch, which was new to me, tasty, and not as spicy as you'd expect, but still plenty spicy for a travel day.

I ordered food waited ten minutes to pull off and my food was cold. I drive back around to get my order fix. They gave me the same food back that you can observe that it had been put back in grease. And warmed the burger up in a microwave. My fries and nuggets were hard. Tired calling to let a manager know they never answered. If i didn’t have a long drive i would’ve went back donot waste your money here.

My family & I decided to eat at this Wendy's in Hogansville, GA after being out of town all day. We were in a RV with a 40' enclosed trailer attached, so clearly we could not go thru the drive thru. My wife, son, & his girlfriend walk up to the dining room door where there is sign attached to the door that stated the dining room was open till 8 pm, it was 6:52 pm. The dining room door was looked & the staff just looked at them & did nothing. Finally a staff member came to the door after about 10 minutes & said we could go to the drive thru window to place our order. When we got to the drive thru window, the staff just kept looking at us, talking smack about us & saying how stupid we were for coming to the drive thru window. The same staff member that opened the door finally opened the window in the drive thru, only to tell us to step aside so the drive thru customer could be served because that customer was on a timer & we were not. The staff was very rude & all of them need to be re-trained on customer service skills. My family will never eat at this Wendy's again. Several truck drivers walked across the street from the truck stop & were not served as well. We took our business to another restaurant where the customer service was much better.

Placed a pickup order that estimated a time of 10 mins. It took me 17 minutes exactly to get to the location. They didn’t have my order ready or even had started on the order. Now being the only car in the drive thru at the time I thought this was odd. Now two vehicles have passed and received their food because they told us to pull up and wait. Doing so makes their food time look good when in fact we have been waiting 15 more minutes. As we watch other vehicles behind us get their food and drive off. -0/10

Ok, as a person with many food allergies, I would love to see a food allergy poster AND.... employees that know what kind of oil is used in the fryer. I asked the young lady taking my order if the fryer contained soy bean or canola oil. She asked someone in the back and came out with this answer, " it's just regular oil". No problem, I wont order any fries. Nice staff, would like to see them better educated on ingredients....Rant over....This Wendy's just opened. Its beautiful, clean and modern! Food was great, bathrooms clean, located across from huge gas station, right off the highway.

Everyone here is rude. No communication skills. No smiles. Barely any help. Kiosk only. Lazy. Water all over the floor. No Ice in the machine. While waiting for my order I watched 20-30 people have to ask for ice or go without and when you ask for ice the lady up front looks at you like you're a burden and don't say a word back to you. Glad I'm only passing thru. I'll never stop here again.

This location keeps going down hill day by day. It’s getting ridiculous. The night shift staff is extremely rude. I just ordered a biggie bag and didn’t even get my nuggets not to mention the fries AND the drink was ONLY half way full! No one fixes any of the problems. They need to fire and rehire the whole staff at this point or just shut the restaurant down. As someone who managed a restaurant for 4 years I NEVER complain but this is just insane! Oh and my chicken sandwich was ICE COLD! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Wow! Some of the nicest ladies working at a restaurant I have came across in a very long time! Customer service is amazing and they are so nice and sweet! I don't know what this location is doing differently than other locations, but whatever they're doing they're doing it correct! Anytime I'm in this area I will be stopping at this Wendy's location. It's one thing to get your order correct but it's another nowadays to actually have a smiling face and someone actually delivering customer service as far as just talking to you and saying thank you and being friendly it just doesn't happen nowadays. Thank you!!

Stopped in while passing through for lunch with my family. Maybe 5 cars in the drive through and we went inside where it was kind of busy but nothing crazy. As we were standing in line to order, you could hear the manager yelling at the employees. The manager looked very flustered like they had never been busy before and didn’t know what to do. Then after a few more minutes the manager ordered the cashier to quit taking orders. Literally told her until they “Catch up” they are not taking orders. The people in front of us left but my family stupidly waited. Then as we waited and several others behind us. The manager and all employees just looked dumbfounded like the works was collapsing around them. It was crazy because it wasn’t even that busy. The drive through wasn’t either. Then the crazy manager actually forced an employee to lock the doors to the restaurant so nobody could get in to order. After around 15 minutes we were finally able to place our order. But then other customers came in, I believe a customer leaving let them in the locked door. The employees refused to serve them. It was craziest stuff I had seen. It was around 1pm on July 1st, 2023.

This Wendy's is awesome because it has a dog park right next to it! Great location further away from the busy gas station if your pup needs less noise and distractions.

I repeated my order twice and when I was given my receipt the entire order was wrong. “Makyha” needs some serious customer service along with the so called manager. I have been to this location for years and never experienced the disrespect I was given tonight. From the constant eye rolling and laughing at me to the attitude from all the ladies I will not recommend this place for anyone.

Bro screw this place. I just wanted something quick driving home from Atlanta. They screwed up my whole order and I literally only ordered a #1 single no cheese and #2 baconator. Instead I just got some random hamburgers missing basically everything in a bag and luke warm fries. I didn’t even get a receipt. That what I get for not checking the bag before I drive off.

That was our first and probably last time at Wendy's. We were coming back from our vacation to Florida at around 5 PM on Labor Day and decided to stop there for dinner. Not only it took them 20 to serve two cars in front of us, but also the staff was extremely rude. In addition, they ran out of buns for new loaded nachos that we ordered. Extremely disappointed, would never recommend.

Wish this could of been a better review.They have signs up stating they close at 8pm inside dinning it was 7:30pm, so I called & they stated they CLOSED early b/c it’s only 4 of them inside working. I’m a Truck Driver & I think going through the Drive Thru wasn’t safe for me to walk up to when their is several cars coming/going or might just skip me b/c they didn’t think I was trying to order as well.They could of took my order at the door or over the phone & I wouldn’t mind waiting on the curve. Not helping with that kind of service. Hope they can do better for the walkers/dine in customer next time!!!2-Stars b/c the Wendy’s Employee was Nice & did apologize.

We just moved out to Hogansville a few months ago. With Wendy’s being our family’s go to for fast food. Plus I can use Grubhub but I don’t know why I even waste my money anymore.. the last three times we have ordered it has been so awful. Pink meat, tons of mayo, ask for curtain things not to be put on sandwiches due to food allergies and still put on there. Everything we got was cold. We are a family of 5 so it isn’t cheap to feed everyone and when my kids want to throw their food away bc it is that gross. I wasted my money!! People just have no respect for anyone anymore!!!

I just thinks it’s funny that there website hours literally say they are open until 1am on the weekends. It’s Saturday, We were sitting waiting to order and mind you it’s only 11pm when we pulled up sat for probably 5 mins and then they turn the drive thru light off so we pull up to the window and they say they’re closed. I think that was kinda rude. It’s like they knew someone was at the drive thru and they just closed anyway. Made there own hours and closed when they shouldn’t have. What’s this world come too. I’m starving lol

Absolutely terrible extremelydisrespectfuland unprofessional, walked in on my lunch break and before i could order a lady approached me and asked me if i would be willing to use the kiosk to order.After saying i cant because im using a company ccShe then proceeds to pester me as to why so after i explain that my company specifically told me im not allowed to use a kiosk or mobile apps to order food she scoffed at me waved her hands in my face gesturing me to leave and completely ignored me.They could have taken my order at the register but they didnt want to because its easier for them if they dont have to input the order.Corporate needs to do an overhaul on the staffing and a complete retraining because obviously the employees at this establishment operate with different rules that wendys should.

If you are going to require patron kiosk ordering based on using credit/debit cards, Wendy’s needs to ensure there is someone available to assist during kiosk malfunctions. My experience was after the kiosk malfunctioned three times during the ordering process, I asked staff if I could order at the counter. The first two employees I spoke to indicated I needed to speak to the manager. In speaking with the manager, sharing my frustrations for the third time- I was told “well I’m on drive thru you will have to wait.” I explained that at least four families had ordered while we were dealing with the malfunctioning kiosk. Again, I was told I had to wait. At that time, I said I’ll just go somewhere else that wants to serve their customers. My problem was with the kiosk malfunctioning multiple times and the way the manager spoke to me, and the expectation to continue to wait before ordering, not any additional staff. If I could leave zero stars based on my kiosk ordering experience, and the managers lack of customer service, I would!

Placed a order at the kiosk received ice cold fries and nuggets the burger was decent was unable to edit it on the kiosk tried to ask a employee for assistance but no one even acknowledged me when the cashier walked by me twice on her phone tik toking never even said a word to me, a second employee didn’t even say anything but looked at me funny when I stood at the counter trying to ask a question when I received my cup I was greeted with attitude of “oh I have to fill your cup” because I ordered a sweet tea and never received a recite either terrible customer service.

40 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich!!!!!!!All of the fast food places in Hogansville are pathetic.The people working here are only here for a check.Customer service is non-existent.Floor is filthy. Bathroom 8s filthy.Best to stay away.

Don't expect to be able to get a frosty after 9pm their machine is either down or they only have 1 flavor and not the one that you want. I was just there at 8pm and they only have strawberry. I thought frostys were one of your marquee items???
