The pharmacist is very rude and he questions every prescription!! The only reason I use this pharmacy is because I can’t drive anymore due to severe illness and my family has to pick up my medicine. I’ve never been talked to by a professional that is suppose to be there to help you, like I was by the pharmacist here!! I hope people don’t treat his parents that way!! Prayers for him and his attitude!!!

Terrible service recieved! Customer service, the worst!! Pharmacy didn't fill my entire prescription Because there was "no insuranceon file." Was TOLD to come back after THEIR lunch break to get the other half.. This was called in last night, they open at 10 and at 1pm they tell me to come back!? Why would you not fill antibiotics!? Hours posted on website are completely wrong as well.. Don't waste your time. Use another pharmacy! Or make a double trip and get treated badly because they can't do their job correctly.

Called twice today and waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up. I get home and they gave me the incorrect prescription. Par for the course. And the restroom was blown up.

I love my pharmacy!!! The people here is what makes this pharmacy truly amazing, because they are the most amazing people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!! I will be a life long customer of this location as long as the customer service is and continues to be this amazing. I wish I could remember there names but I’m horrible at remembering anything especially names. But if the management is reading this please let your employees at this location know that they are so amazing, friendly, and that we, the customers, really care and appreciate them so so much!!! They are the best!!! Thank you.

I like this pharmacy. I’ve gotten countless prescriptions filled here and I have never had a bad experience. I do think they could do better about privacy. They announced the type of medication I was filling and about the Vagasil I purchased, lol so I’ve died of embarrassment here. But they place is clean and the employees are friendly. They’re slow af at the registers. But it’s a small town, everybody is slow.

The pharmacist here better hold his breath he does not get slapped with a with a class action lawsuit for discrimination against patients because the medication they’re on. Never once did the man look at me.This boy needs to find a new job because he obviously does not like the one he has. No respect for human beings patients nor lives in general... By the way pharmacists are making money specifically Walgreens pharmacies are making money off of doing Covid test so the pharmacist gets paid $40 every Covid test that he does. That is the only thing he cares about doing. I think that also went into my experience he just did not care about helping on to of a whole lot of discrimination because of my medication.

Shame on you Walgreens! Strike three with this store! I never received a call back from corporate regarding my last experience or email from my last post. The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, therefore, we drive there and wait. It was clear the elder lady in the pharmacy doesn’t like her job. Two people were behind us eventually left due to the backlog. The drive through window had the wrong order. The lady helping my daughter kept taking deep breaths, never interacted with my daughter in any way. Terrible customer service. As she went back serving both at the same time....perhaps multi tasking should not be attempted. More training needs to be done, it took 10 minutes to look up my daughter name and as if she was waiting for the system to provide the info. Poor equipment, internet connection, or practice management software issue? How about ALL THE ABOVE?

The pharmacy is sorry. They are really rude and will cancel your prescription and won't tell you why then lie to your face about it. I will never use this pharmacy again I would rate a negative if it was a option

They actually filed to the wrong insurance company. I had to end up paying a 250.00 deductible twice because they never called me back. I talked to another Walgreens and they told me that they could absolutely go back and file to the correct insurance company. Hogansville Walgreens has no interest in helping me out. Why wouldn’t they want to help me with getting back 250.00 dollars that was their fault it was billed to the wrong insurance. I gave them the current insurance card when I picked up my medication and it was still filed wrong. I am so very disappointed in this Walgreens. I guess they don’t have time to help or care about their customers!

If I could put a zero I would. This place acts like they are to busy to help you or even talk to you. To transfer a prescription it can take 24-48 hours , that's insane.

I honestly wish I could leave zero stars because that's how dissatisfied I am every time I go to this Walgreens. The pharmacist tech Trisha is by far the most inconsiderate and rudest when it comes to customer service. They never have proper medication that they should have and I mean never!! Will never go back there again and will recommend everyone to go somewhere else!!!

Brent, Mr. Randy and everyone are the best here! They are a little slow right now so be patient as they are learning the NEW system. Its been a headache for everyone during this trastransito Walgreens BUT the staff is doing their best!

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 I would. The outright disrespect and attitude they give to their customers is just ridiculous and uncalled for and the worst part is I was a new customer for the pharmacy but I will be going elsewhere for my medications from now on.

Every time I have been in the store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly. The prices are a little higher than some places but it is worth it for the convenience and the sales they run are great deals.

Tried to get covid test here. Supposed to b free. They refused bc i did not make my an appt on line but their website was not functioning...so this way they got to charge us $50 for 2 tests. Very disappointed
