Almost always a good experience at Love's.The only issue I can think of is an encounter with a dishonest employee.Several weeks ago a cashier tried to charge her soft drink on my credit card. She quickly tried to distract me and dispose of the recipe so I couldn't call her out. Dishonest employees are poisonous to businesses.

As always, Love’s has what the pro truck driver needs. Be sure to arrive early - before 3pm EST - if you want to park overnight. This is a popular stop and fills up quickly. Also, not a lot of parking spots compared to some of the newer Love’s. Shower was clean and hot. Store was well stocked. Staff was friendly. Truck parking needs some TLC - not very clean. While you are here, visit the Mexican restaurant north of the store. Great food and service. I think they have karaoke Friday and Saturday nights too.

Friendly service and the store area was clean but the restrooms need a wipe down cleaning on the walls. Two of the stalls we're out of toilet paper. I would expect this on a weekend but not on a Tuesday night. The shower I had was not as clean as other Love's I've been to. There was mold growing up the corners over half way up the walls and around the bottom. There was mold and slime build up around the outside of the shower. The shower head was broken and would only hang straight down. I was able to roll up a washcloth to prop it up under the shower head so that I could use it. Where the shower head was connected to the pipe the water was spraying onto the wall and ceiling outside of the shower. I tried to tighten it with no luck. I made my shower quick and threw down the extra towel for the water mess outside of the shower. Not the cleanliness I've come to expect at Love's and I was disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. Always a great place to stop for food, a shower, or just to rest. A very nice area and everyone is always so friendly no matter what time of day it is. It’s a very good stopping point before coming into Atlanta If you’re coming from the west! I’ll definitely continue to keep coming here!

I took my cascadia to this shop on January 6 which was a Saturday because my truck wouldn't start without somebody jumping the starter. Upon arrival, I was told by the mechanic on duty that my truck might need a starter. I was told that I would need a diagnostics on it to see if it needed a starter and they wouldn't be able to get it until Monday. I said I would just let it run until the next day. On Sunday, my truck shut down because it needed a regen. The mechanic on duty named James Forrest Sunday came and jumped the starter for me and told me that it would need a starter. Monday the 8th, I went into the shop and told them what was going on and Justin ordered the starter. He told me the mechanic would be in at 2:30 pm. Around 12:30 pm, he gave me a call and said the mechanic called out and he wouldn't have another until 2:30 pm Tuesday. Tuesday around 1:30 pm, I was called to pull my truck in the shop. The mechanic Forest came and got it started and we got it in the shop. I was told to leave, and they would work on my truck. Around 4:30 pm I came back to the shop and saw Forrest in the office. He told me the truck was finished. We went to start it, and the truck still wouldn't start. After the truck wouldn't start the mechanic just left me there. I asked the front desk worker what was going on and she said the mechanic was frustrated and took a break. After about an hour and a half of me trying to YouTube and find out what could be the problem I was told by the front counter person that I needed to pay and get the truck out of the shop. I paid $741.82 for service that didn't fix the issue. I am very disappointed that your mechanic didn't do a diagnostic test to see if the starter was ever bad or test the other things like fuses that could make the truck not start the right way before doing the starter. I'm an owner operator who has been struggling in this trucking industry. That amount of money to not fix the problem and missing three days of work is a devastating blow to a guy who just got evicted from his home. I feel your mechanic didn't want to be there and didn't want to do the work. So he did what was easy for him. He showed that he didn't care about doing his job to the fullest, and that was a terrible representation of Loves as a company. This was my second time using your shop, and I feel like I wasn't treated as a valued customer. This isn't the way to do business, especially in this kind of economy.

This is a great stop! Place is well lit at night. Clean. Quiet. And everything appears well maintained. The store is well stocked. The rest rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. You can't go wrong.

Older blonde lady working the register was beyond rude. Wouldn't even hardly say a word to me or my mom, preferred calling over her co-worker to talk. She also snatched the card reader from my mom when she was trying to put in her card and refused to even give her a bag.

Skip this one if you can. Took over 45 minutes to get 50 gallons of fuel, attendant stated its been that way for a few weeks. A sign on the pumps would have been helpful before we started trying to fuel.

I spent $1597 on two steer tires and didn’t get a shower with this purchase.I just can’t believe it.I did get some points that is why I gave them 2 stars.Ripped of by tires price and didn’t get a damn shower.

The curb appeal is terrible! Every trash can is overflowing! The parking lot and pumps could use a good pressure washing! Clean bathrooms. Nice staff! Disgusting outside! Fire the grounds keeper and outside maintenance crews!

This Love's Travel Stop is located along Interstate 85 at exit 28 in Georgia. The place is close to the interstate, so it is at a convenient location as well. There is an Arby's attached to this location as well. My visit here was on July 28, 2021.The reason for stopping in here this day was to use the restroom and to get some drinks for the road as the trip continued. In general, I do look for Love's Travel Stops when on the road as I normally have good experiences with them.The men's restroom was clean and well maintained when visiting this day, but my mom said that it wasn't as much the case in the women's restroom. We did let an associate know about it and they said they would send someone to take a look at it. After that, we looked around to see what they had at this location. We ended up getting a few sodas and snacks on this visit and then continued our trip.Overall, this is a good Love's Travel Stop. There wasn't anything for a wow factor to increase the rating above three stars, but this is a solid place to visit if you're in the area and need to take a quick break.

Prepare to spend no less than 45 minutes waiting for fuel. People do not understand the concept of pulling up after fueling. Instead they pull up to the pump go inside get whatever they want then come out and decide to pump fuel and after their fuel is done in 35 minutes beside to start cleaning out their truck or cleaning their windows after all is said and done they still are sitting at the pump I sadly have to go to this stop every other day and if the pumps aren't working or it's not backed up there's some kind of delay in my honest opinion I would avoid and get fuel elsewhere.

Everything about this gas station was nice, clean, and the staff was courteous. The only reason I took a star off was because the bathroom had a bad smell and of course the gas prices - thanks Joe Biden... Other than that you could tell that people preferred this location as compared to the other options on this exit.

As with most Loves, it's hit or miss on the condition and this location is no different. Sometimes the bathrooms are clean and sometimes they aren't.Otherwise, is a decent place to fuel up, take a break, and get back on the road. It can sometimes get pretty busy though.

I would give a 5 if they trained their employees better in customer service kindness and accept nothing less. If I owned a business that would be mandatory of my employees. They forget the paying customers are the only reason they are needed there. Kindness never killed anyone.

We stopped Tuesday night traveling through after a late flight. We had punctured a tire on the road coming through Newnan but couldn’t find a fuel station with air there. Limped back towards Alabama and made it to Hogansville before we just really couldn’t go further. Everyone at the gas station was helpful, but Chris at the Love’s maintenance shop is the real hero. He found the leak - a large puncture and decided it was safer to put our spare on instead of just airing it up. He had us on the road in no time! Everyone was incredibly kind to both me and my daughter. I can’t thank them enough!

I stopped in on 9/28/23 to get some tires for my trailer and Dwight checked me in. He was honest and transparent. He also was very funny and charismatic. I ended up sleeping through my time so I had to check back in the next morning and Robert took care of me. They got mw in and out.

Clean restrooms friendly staff, and it's was Christmas Eve, I got a ham and swiss sandwich and it was FRESH ❤️ I travel to and from Atlanta to see my son quite often so I will definitely make this my "pit stop" ☺️UPDATE 06/24/2022Dirty restroom, dirty store, long lines I was very disappointed since I always stop here😕
