Grooming services are nice; I like taking my puppy to Tina specifically. She is gentle and patient. Some of the other store employees are friendly, but the store manager is pretty stand-offish which is off putting.

My first visit for my fur baby. He will be visiting here from now on, petsmart does not have the patience for most dogs if they are new to grooming or just nervous. Lenzy took care of my baby he had his teeth brushed nails trimmed and he does not like that at all but he did ok with her, he looks great. Thanks see you guys in three weeks

just never particularly had a good experience here. multiple times i’ve waited by the cash wrap to check out and there was no one to be seen. last time i went in the woman looked at me like i had three heads when trying to ask my questions and was pretty curt. :/

This store gives the worst customer service. I was crawling on my hands and knees, struggling to get a big box of cat litter to the cash register. The store clerk, Bri looked at me like she didn't know what to do. The customer that was at the counter had to be the one to ask me if I needed help. Then, when I spoke up and told the customer that the store clerk should've been the one to ask if I needed help, the store clerk proceeded to laugh at me and say that I could've asked for help. If you're a store clerk, and you see a customer crawling on their hands and knees struggling to get something to the register, you are supposed to help them immediately. This store clerk really had the nerve to tell me that I could've asked for help. Of course I did. You just think that I enjoyed having to crawl on my hands and kness to get the big box of litter to the register? Are you dumb? No customer should ever ever have to be the one to ask the store clerk for help, especially if they're crawling on their hands and knees to the damn register. I wish I could give this store zero stars.

If it was possible to give a zero star I would’ve! I took my kitten there for her first bath since adopting her from the Humane Society.Where she was treated for fleas and everything else before I purchase her Also let it be known that she remained indoors at all times. Upon bringing her home and getting on the bed as usual I noticed something on her face & behold it was fleas everywhere on her!I was so upset when I took her into the bathroom and proceeded to wash her face and more of them dropping off from her at work body something we never endured before going here!Michael took the time to try to resolve this issue and I thank him for understanding!

Very clean and great smelling store. Not much to choose from. Associates were very nice and very welcoming upon entering. They do offer grooming services and they are reasonably priced for the groomer services. They also sometimes have cats that are ready to be adopted.

Great customer service and love the grooming service! Been taking my golden doodle every two weeks for the last 3 months or so for full grooming and nail cuts and have had nothing but great experiences. I’ve used several groomer in the area and the can not complete with the price or service.

My dog loves being groomed here. Hard to keep staff. They have "computer issues" often and lose your appt. It has happened more than once to us. And they will not accommodate you by fitting you in on another day for their error.

The store itself is dated but the staff are friendly and their grooming salon is excellent. For the price of most things in the store, are better prices than competitors like Petco or Petsmart. It's a good stors for our dogs we have frequented often.

If I could give a 0, I would. Was excited to book my baby an appointment here & I received a denial text the next day with no follow up or no acknowledgment to why. I called the next day and the young lady I spoke with said she didn’t do it, that she had on denied another one because she is in training and cannot do full groomings. I was instructed to call back the next morning which is today and I did. The individual I spoke to was condescending and stated that they are fully booked on the weekends and that even if the website says that there are openings they don’t have it. I asked so do you apl not call and inform the individual (especially a new client) she stated it depends on who cancels it and that it’s our responsibility to call in and see why it was canceled. I nicely hung up in her face and will NEVER EVER take my fur baby to them & will let it be known how we were treated. I work in hospitality and this is PISS POOR customer service.

I was in here today, July 15th and I was very upset with the care of the ball pythons. They are on aspen bedding, which is a huge no no for these snakes. They also have the supplies to give them cypress mulch, as every other reptile was using it. I seen a ball python that wasn't able to shed because the humidity was 35%. It would be awesome if employees actually cared about these animals. Made me very upset but I expect nothing more from a big corporation, as they don't care about these animals or their needs. Do better.

I have two four legged babies. One 14 years old and his daughter 12. I’ve taken both of them to get groomed by Tina and Nicky for 6 years now. They love my senior babies and care for them so well. I definitely recommend.

Just took my dog there to get full groom she now has sores I'm guessing from the clippers and fleas which she's never had before as she's an inside dog around no other animals and is on a pill for fleas and ticks. I figured I'd try this place as it was cheaper than where I normally go because I'm on a budget but never again. You'd think because they're professionals they know what they're doing guess not. They don't even deserve one star. Oh and my appointment was at 12pm got out at almost 7 pm she was the last to be groomed apparently a rush job. Don't waste your money or time here.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is friendly, the grooming department is great and the stores product selection awesome. Prices are much better than the local competition! As a dog trainer i am in need of a lot of dog treats and training items and prefer to shop at Petsense.

I love going here. They're extremely helpful, pleasant, and personable each and every time I go. Plus, they discriminate against Pit Bulls, and we have two, and we've fostered one. Also, they have great prices for dog hair bows! I will keep coming back and shopping with them online as well.

Prices were decent. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. A cashier made a rude comment towards my husband and I about an inexpensive bag of litter we had purchased by saying "wow, that's cheap." We have forgiven him but will not be returning.

This is a nice store, 9 times out of 10 they have what we need. If you buy 9 bags of the same dog food, your 10th bag is free. There have been a few times where the staff hasn't been so friendly but they do greet you when you walk in. Also, it would be nice if y'all had posted you were closed yesterday, Easter Sunday. Google said y'all were open and we drove there only to find you were closed with no sign on the door stating otherwise.

They have good mark downs. Kudos to Tina in the grooming dept. My big girl is not easy to work with & I think Tina was there alone. Tina always remembers my baby's name, nails were perfect, de-shed perfect. She smelled amazing& felt so soft. A week later it's still like she was freshly groomed. Thank you!

The petsense is a nice store but the employees, from my experience, are okay.. a little grumpy personality.But! The vets are awesome and very friendly, affordable price and made my puppy comfortable while getting his shot. I got out of there in literally about 5 minutes! They were awesome

I booked my dog for the full groom service online. I received the confirmation email and text. When I took my dog in for the confirmed appointment the groomer could not find my booking 😤. I thought “fine, mistakes happen.” I didn’t make a fuss and I was gracious enough to allow them to re-schedule me for the following day. The next day I took my dog in. They kept my dog for 4 hours then I received a call that the groomer never showed up and they could not groom my dog 😡. They offered a discount for a future groom but it was too late for me. They lost my future business. They have horrible customer service, don’t recommend.

Did both of my dogs nails. Walked in and were serviced quickly. They did a good job. Our dogs were very frightened and we were allowed to come behind the counter and stand with them. It was 15$ each. They do not apply military discount to pet services. Grooming service would've been 37 for one dog and 47 for another (bath and shed) weve opted out of it for now because it seems a bit expensive. Our old groomer only charged 35. And another only 30. Small store but the product selection is pretty large

I buy all my little rescue kitty's needs at PetSense! Michael has been so much help with all my questions and concerns. He told me where other customers get their veterinary care, and mentioned 2 or 3 other places I might try.Michael always listens to me go on and on and on and (...you get the idea) about my Cocoa, and he always has good advice.
